I ordered on-line and inadvertently provided the store 1) the wrong delivery address, 2) no home recipient phone number and 3) an out dated phone number from my account. Needless to say, the store was unable to deliver the arrangement. When I called to check on the delivery, the store was very polite and explained what happened. Once I provided them the correct information, they promptly made the delivery the same day. I appreciated their non-judgmental politeness even when I was the one to cause the problems with the order. Wow reviews were spot on. Called to see if they had any arrangements already made for quick pickup or if everything was custom made. He said he was the only one working so he hadn't had a chance to make anything yet for 'the window'. Would be at least a few hours before he could get anything ready. I did an online order at 10AM today, and the email confirmation told me it'll be ready at 10:30. So I get here at 10:30 just as I was prompted. And I get there and no one is up front or anything. I had to wait like 5 or so minutes for her to realize that there was a guest waiting to be greeted. And I told her I'm here to pick up my order, and she said... "Well... I've been having trouble with the online orders and just got yours... It'll be another 20 minutes, and I can call you when it's ready" and I said. No. I'll wait here because I was promised it'd be ready at 10:30 and it's not. And I live 30 or so minutes away. And she just said okay, and went to the back. I work in the service industry and that's not how you treat your paying customers. I'm writing this review as I'm standing here waiting for this order to be ready. And it's already been 20 minutes. Not happy. And probably won't be coming back to this location. also. If you are going to make your guest wait and extra x amount of time because it was the companies fault it wasn't ready. Then you should've at least offered to discount the product, because these aren't the cheapest things. I know ally think that she didn't even bother to check the online orders this morning and that's why she "just now got the online order" We will see if her "rushing" will make my arrangement look like crap. My wife ordered my Father's Day gift and the guy working was very curt with her and the options avaliable to her. The arrangement turned out great and was delicious, however, when my wife went back in to pick up the gift the guy again bordered on being rude. In fact, the only other patron in the store made a comment to my wife about his attitude. I would give one star but the arrangement was very good. read more

I am very, very dissatisfied with edible arrangements of Rockwall TX. First we placed an order to be delivered the day after Valentines. It was for my daughters birthday. We had not heard or seen anything by 3:00pm, so we called. We were told that it was not even made and would be delivered by 8:00pm. No show on the delivery, so we called this morning to see what the problem was, now we get another story that the computer systems were down. At this point we asked for a refund and the lady actually asked if they could deliver today. Thanks but no thanks, my daughter was really looking forward to getting it. I am serving overseas, in the army, I placed an order 5 days before Valentine's day for the wife to be delivered to our house on Valentine's day. I paid the extra cost for delivery on Valentine's day and my total came to 168.00. Valentine's day came and my order was NOT delivered. I waited until 9 pm on Valentine's day then I went to the website and sent them my complaint. The next day I STILL have no email or any notification about my delivery. I am overseas so all I can do is email at this point. I finally tell the wife and completely ruin the surprise and she calls the store. They tell her their computer crashed for three hours so the drivers could not get the addresses to deliver the order. The lady at the store ask my wife if she would like the order today? Of course, my wife says yes. The lady tells my wife they have to make it again and they will try to have it at my house this evening. The lady calls my wife back and tells her they have 35 orders to make and it won't be ready today.. needless to say we are requesting my money back. If I could give zero stars I would. My parents ordered my something for my birthday not realizing I would not be home. It was suppose to be delivered on a Saturday. My mom called the store and had it held till Monday for me to pick it up when they opened. I arrived by store hours on web and they weren't open yet. That was at 8 am. I waited till 9 am and asked to pick up my order. They did not have it and said it would be ready later. They were told I was traveling and need to pick it up in the morning when they opened. Nothing. So I told them I would get later in the week when I returned from my trip. I called on my way home on Thursday and they said they would deliver it in the afternoon. I waited and at 5 I called and the girl who answered the phone said I already picked it up. I said. No you were suppose to deliver it. She said okay the delivery person is out. Is it with them? She said I don't know. Can you get ahold of them? Yes I guess. I will call you back. She didn't even take my number. So we shall see if it ever shows. I will never purchase anything from them. The strawberries were overripe to the point of being bad - no amount of chocolate can cover that fact. The cantaloupe and pineapple were underripe, crunchy, and flavorless. Literally the only thing that was "Edible" on this thing were the orange slices. What's the point of spending over $100 on fruit that doesn't even taste good? Don't waste your money! read more

My husband order an edible arrangement for my birthday to be delivered to my place of work. It was never delivered, they nevered called to let him know it was late or apologize. He called the next day around 2 pm after not hearing from them at all and they said "oh sorry the driver couldn't make it" so why take the order if they can't deliver. My husband cancelled and asked for his money back but they could not refund the money on Saturday because there is no managers or supervisors on the weekend he had to wait until Monday. I thought that there had to be manager always schedule during operating hours? Don't spend your money they need to hire new management and responsible employees. read more

Mothers Day 2014. I ordered a large arrangement for my mother. I was so excited for her to recieve it, but I was so disappointed. Chocolate was dripped all over the arrangement dripping to the bottom of the arrangement. My mother asked why it arrived that way and the delivery man simply said " Its really hot outside."It makes no sence since they supposedly have refrigerated delivery trucks. Never again! Talked to the store numerous times today to make sure the order gets there before noon. They did not honor my wish. Still don't know if my order will get there. Customer service over the phone was very rude and blamed me for their mistake. " we have abundance of businesses today" , her reply to my inquiry. Order from another location. Simply terrible. I placed a $150 order on Sunday, to be delivered on Valentines Day (Wednesday). On their website, it said on busy days such as Valentines Day deliveries can be as late as 9pm. This was going to be a surprise gift to my girlfriend. By the end of Wednesday, the order never arrived. The day was ruined for both myself and especially my girlfriend. I called first thing the next morning and asked for an explanation. Their response was that they received a lot of orders and could not deliver. My order had 2 phone numbers on file and an email address. No one bothered to call or email to let me know the order was not going to be fulfilled despite me ordering 3 days in advance. Very disappointing. For a business that probably depends heavily on Valentine's Day sales this is insane to me. This was my first time ordering from this company and it is absolutely my last. Ordered an arrangement from the Rockwall, TX store for Father's Day and it was never delivered. Called the store and costumer service several times. The owner was never available and never returned my call. I was told they attempted to deliver the arrangement twice. My husband and family were at home all day due to the stormy weather. I was a walk in customer on a Saturday morning and needed something to take to a house party that afternoon. I was so embarassed! The watermelon was tasteless, the melons were hard as a brick (not ripe), the grapes were ok... it was a $70 disaster!!! Only a few pieces were eaten and comments were made, such as... "Wow, I'm glad now I never purchased one of these. I know they're expensive but the fruit is terrible". All of the people attending were close friends so they had no issue with saying how the felt. I certainly couldn't disagree with them! The only thing that was decent was the pineapple... but there were only 3 pieces of it! That was my first and LAST visit to the store in Rockwall, maybe even all of the Edible Arrangements. That's a lot of money for nothing!!! read more

It's really too bad there's not a zero star option. This has to be one of the worst stores I've seen in a long time. The customer service is atrocious, as is the quality of arrangement. My mother received an arrangement for her birthday... There was barely any fruit in it. So little that the kale was poking out everywhere and there was even fruit missing from what was listed online. I usually do not write reviews but I am so furious I had to warn people. I ordered an almost $60.00 coffee mug with some fruit coming out of it for a family member today at 3:30, which is an hour and half before the cutoff of delivery. I called at 5:00 to see when my order would be delivered and they let me know that there delivery driver got off at 3:30 so it would be tomorrow. I asked why I wasn't informed so I could call another store or figure something else out and he told me I could come pick it up and he would refund the $12.00 delivery charge. Went to help deliver arrangements during Christmas for extra money. We had delivered in previous years at a different location. We're told to arrive at 8 am. We got there on time and the Mgr was late. Deliveries not ready, not organized, and we waited an hour to start. Made 6 deliveries, took 3 hours due to the chaos trying to get deliveries scheduled, went back for more and again the Mgr wasn't prepared. You are paid per delivery at edible arrangements. The Mgr then asked us to help blow up balloons to get more orders ready. For free. I explained that we were paid per delivery and not to fill orders for free. The Mgr was highly offended that we refused to do her job for free. We suggested that she pay us for what we already did and we'd be on our way. She stomped off in a huff, brought back a temporary check (luckily it was good ) and informed me that she would send word to other stores about just how rude we were. ??? Apparently rudeness is defined by a refusal to work for her for free and a refusal to waste our time and gas delivering her random orders. She was uneducated and unprofessional. The few orders we did deliver were day old at best and did not compare to the quality we saw at other locations. The fruit was not ripe and the presentation poor. Cannot recommend this location. read more
