I had visited this store several years ago and was not impressed and was reluctant to put again. However, it seems that it's under New management! The fruit was extremely fresh and looked so good that it was a shame to eat it! The manager was very friendly and ensured that I got exactly what I wanted. Great customer service!!! read more

I had an issue previously before with the same platter due to a hair being on one of my chocolate covered fruits. I spoke with someone and they said they would remake the platter. So I immediately threw the one with the hair away. Fast forward now to 4/14/2020 when they delivered my remade platter. The grapes were covered in dirt, and there's a spoiled strawberry that's slightly molded. The spoiled part of the strawberry was hidden perfectly beneath the leaf before I noticed. Hence why it was the only thing mostly eaten. So, I immediately called and spoke with a young girl, and throughout the conversation she spoke to me rudely. Which I found to be strange because it was their fault, not mine. Again, no apologies were made to me at that time. So I just asked for my boyfriend who purchased the platter for me to be refunded his money. I was not willing to go through another mishap for a third time. The manager I'm guessing said she could not refund me the full amount, which was fine, and asked for the platter back. I found that to be a little strange, but I told her she could absolutely come and send someone to pick it up. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!! Cannot stress that enough. BF ordered something for me to be delivered on 2/14/14 and it is now 2/17/2014 and still no delivery or even a phone call from them. I do understand that we had a snow storm on 2/12 going into 2/13 but our order was put on the truck for delivery according to the tracking update. We have tried calling the store numerous times, waiting on hold for up to 15 mins each time and no answer. Their 800 number can't get ahold of the store either. You can't even cancel the order if u wanted to because u have to talk to the actual store. Took our money and no clue what's going on with order. Would give them no stars if I could. Buyer beware, especially for a holiday delivery. UPDATE: The store finally contacted us. The driver Jennifer said they turned the phones off all weekend so that they could catch up on the deliveries. Great customer service there. As for our delivery on the 14th she said that since it was going to the Marine Base and they heard it was closed (base opened at noon on the 14th) that they didn't even attempt delivery. Umm....our order status all day was out for delivery. If you couldn't make the delivery, a simple phone call would have worked. He was more than willing to pick it up. UPDATE: I physically went to the store to find out about the status of my order. According to their computer they attempted to deliver my order on the 2/14 around 2pm and that it was a failed attempt so it went back to the store and it was my fault. I was still at work at that time and no Edible Arrangement deliveries were made. So, now the driver is lying about her attempts to make deliveries to cover themselves. I wonder how many others are in this boat. I asked for a refund but the only person authorized to do a full refund is the manager. So now I still can't wipe my hands free of this mess. 3 days later still no Edible or refund. read more

I don't even live in VA--but this was the closest location to my parents so it popped up when I placed an order through the national edible arrangements site. I didn't even think I had to look up reviews for the location that was filling my mother's day order but lesson learned. My parents said the strawberries I sent for my step mom fell apart once they bit into them and tasted like they'd been frozen multiple times and melted right before they were dipped in chocolate. Gross! Even worse they said the ENTIRE BASKET was like that! What a waste of $40! I was a big edible arrangements fan but I think I'll be going the Shari's berries route from now on or just no fruit, especially if the order has to be fulfilled in the Stafford area. read more

I was immediately greeted as I arrived at opening to place my order. The pick up time was 11:30am but when I arrived to pick my order up they needed 15 more minutes. I understood as it was Father's Day. The balloon was different from that in the picture and so I asked for another one because the balloon had golf on it. Not only was I given the one in the picture but I was given both so my daughter can have one too. She kept pointing and saying balloon so she was given one. The representative also carried out my order to my car for me as I had my daughter in my arms. I had a great experience and would return. The fruit was fresh and everything was beautiful. read more

I was hesitant to stop here after all the bad reviews but I needed a last minute gift fast so I said what the heck. Glad I did! Jackie was extremely helpful. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted but she helped me figure that out. My purchase took a bit longer to put together than anticipated however Jackie kept me posted the whole time and even gave me a bonus at the end for my wait. I will definitely be stopping here for future teacher gifts and others gifts. read more

My husband ordered something for me to be delivered the day before valentines day. We had a big snow storm. I get it and understand. Because of this they left him a message saying it had to be Friday Valentines day the sent it. Unfortunately I had plans. I wasn't going to be home. So that didn't work for me. He called all morning for hours literally calling to see if we can pick up, never an answer. Fast forward to 12:20 I walk in and no surprise it's busy. They were taking a customers order and told her it'd be ready by 3. The lady in front of me was next. When walking up to the counter they said were not taking anymore orders. The lady was upset she waited and they didn't seem to care. After that every customer that walked in was yelled at by saying "we aren't taking anymore orders" when I walked up and explained i wanted to pick up my order they had my husbands name under "Ronaldo" his name is Robert. I told them we'd been calling all morning and he said something about it wasn't his problem they're busy. The guy cont. to be rude said it was already on the truck and if no one was home they'd leave it there. Really outside. No. When asking if I can pick it up later and get my 12$ delivery fee refunded they said no. I canceled all together. I'll drive to Fredericksburg if I have to. Way to ruin a present. read more

I placed an online order which was not filled for several days because the recipient wasn't home when the delivery guy went by. They left a "Sorry we missed you" note, but they left it on the ground so my friend didn't see it initially. I received no update about the delivery of my order and when I called about it, the woman I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful. My friend eventually received her fruit treat, but she had to call the store herself. Maybe if you pick up the order in person your experience will be different. You will be unable to send something from this store as a surprise. read more

Decided to ignore the reviews for this location and stopped by to get something for my wife as an anniversary present. After walking in, some lady walks out looking like she just crushed a carton of Marlboro Cigarettes and smelled of it too. To say the least she was zero help! Instead of trying to help me, she kept telling me what she could not do. In no way was she trying to help or make a sale. After a few minutes of listening to her excuses to try and get out of work I walked out. No way I will spend money with this bitch. I placed an order here on May 5th for Mother's Day. I placed it for chocolate covered mixed fruits. I arrive on Mother's Day (today) and pick up my order all happy. I get home, open the box, I only see chocolate covered strawberries. I'm sort of livid at this point because this was a gift for my mother and she was on her way home. Now I had to go all the way back to the destination (which smells) when I already had to wait about 15-20 min when I got there when I should've just walked in and walked out since I placed the order may 5th. Others were already in the organization and were furious about the wait time. I go back, and they get management out. It's the old lady. She talks to me in a way which makes me sound like a idiot and they say "on holidays we don't give mixed fruit." I asked her why wasn't I told this earlier. "I can't do that cause I had no time." So you're automatically going to assume I like all strawberries? The arrangement was for my mother BUT we all were obviously going to eat out of it. My sisters don't like the strawberries. So I was told that "you can give this box back to us and come back Tuesday and get another the mixed one." Yeah, cause Mother's Day is on Tuesday. The way I was talked to was extremely disrespectful especially since I didn't get an apology. All I have to say is to have your box(s) checked before you leave. And I believe that I should've received the box that I paid for with all strawberries and also should've came back Tuesday for a FREE box of mixed fruits since I wasted gas money to go to the establishment, drive home, go back, and come home with a order I'm not satisfied with. read more
