Having done that job before lots of people don't know the difference between lattes and cappuccinos and teaching people on the differences is fun. The difference is everything is a latte except a cappuccino. Simple enough and Zack had it down. The coffee was good and tasted great. Got a medium 2 shot for $3, great price! The cinnamon roll was a little too pricey for its size. Going 5 stars on the coffee bar! I hope the restaurant has gotten better in the meantime.

Umm yea..I'm here for donuts. There was no "Welcome in!" Or "How's your day going?" Nothing. As someone with 13 years of customer service/sales experience I expected better service. The black lady who rung me up, was a lot nicer (hence the 3-stars). She asked me questions and was more personable. She could probably sense my annoyance with the experience.. Would I return?
