Absolutely heartbreaking experience. My son sent me a beautiful arrangement, and I never even received it. The delivery driver marked it as delivered and submitted a photo, yet the arrangement was still sitting in the seat of the delivery vehicle in the picture. To make matters worse, my son still has not received a refund or even an apology for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused. Very poor customer service and extremely upsetting, especially when these gifts are sent with love and good intentions. I would not recommend based on our experience. read more

I called in an order for my birthday 12 count dipped fruits for pickup at 2:30pm but I arrived at 1:30pm and they were still able to accommodate my time and apologized for the delay even though it was my fault for coming in early with no notice. I really appreciated it and my fruits were absolutely delicious and beautiful and boxed so nicely. I highly recommend this location and these dipped fruits. The products are excellent in presentation, quality, and timeliness of delivery. The only reason I didnt choose 5 stars is price. It's rediculously expensive, but worth it in a time crunch, especially if distance is a factor (like needing to send someone in another state a last minute gift). There is a possibility I will use them in the future, but it wont be very often. I would definitely spend more with them over time if the prices were reduced significantly. read more

I placed an order for my friend's birthday for same-day delivery at 12:30pm on March 3 and was told that the deliveries are usually made till 9PM. So, my friend waited till 10PM that night with no news of the delivery. No one even bothered to call to let either of us know that they couldn't make it that day. I mean, I understand stuff happens sometimes, but it was very unprofessional of them to not let us know that they had an issue with their driver and couldn't finish the delivery the same day. Instead, they waited until I called to check the following day and then told us about the situation. However, they tried delivering the next day and no one were home. Finally, I had to tell my friend to pick it up from the store the 3rd day. The lady said she remade the order freshly and then when I checked the order it didn't have all the things I had chosen and paid for, and the lady who was taking care of it was all over the place. The experience was not at all good, but I gave them 2 stars for their effort. They added some flowers to the order and waived the delivery fee and the missing item charge. My suggestion for this location--Please arrange for the order to be picked up instead of opting for delivery, if you want it the same day. read more

Placed an order over $50 on May 6th, to arrive on May 15th. On the day of the scheduled de date, there was practically radio silence. I was will to wait because the delivery policy says that delivery times go up to 9pm. I don't know how that works if the store closes at 7pm but by the time it was 10pm, there was still no sign or update on my order. The next day, I called 3 times from about 8:40 to 1:00pm, and there was no answer for any of them. I'd understand if they were busy, but the fact that I've heard literally nothing about my late order or got no heads-up that my order was going to be late is highly unprofessional. Please reconsider buying from this location if you're buying for a special event or a specific date. read more

I placed an order at 2:30pm for same day delivery today. I'm in California, my sister lives close to this location. I had to call because my sister wasn't going to be home when they were going to be delivering. The employee (can't remember her name) was extremely nice. She tried to change delivery location but it ended up being out of their delivery area. She said she would get it as close to when my sister was arriving home. She delivered 5 min. Before my sister got home. She even called me to let me know she was delivering and where she had put it! That was awesome! Great customer service. When family out of town want to send a special gift to those they care about they usually don't want gifts being delivered to cause frustration as well as damage to their property. We all are humans and being humans means that accidents happen however adult, honest people take accountability and act responsibly to take care of things after accidents happen. This company is known nationwide however this Tulsa location is NOT responsible or honest in their actions. My uncle very sweetly sent his sister a gift from Edible Arrangements in December 2022 and now in April 2023 the property damage that happened has still not been taken care of. Their driveway has/had 2 brick retaining walls on each side, there is now only 1 as the delivery driver knocked down 1. The driver admitted their fault when it happened, the company originally apologized and stated they would take care of it. My mother and stepfather looked to get estimates and then the company stated they weren't paying for the replacement as the damage was the responsibility of the driver. The delivery driver's insurance is refusing to pay for the damage as well. Accidents happen, choosing to be irresponsible and dishonest is purely a choice. I said earlier in my review, this company is known nationwide, I would suggest to you perhaps you should truly shop locally. The sweet intentions of my uncle has turned in a giant mess for my mother and stepfather purely because this company is not honest or responsible. read more

A Good Friend & Neighbor was recovering from an illness, so I ordered a 'Get Well' arrangement. Because he was having a pretty rough time that day, I opted to send a Same-day arrangement ($9.99 Delivery Fee for Same-day, Plus arrangement costs). Since this was a surprise, I wanted to make sure his Wife would be there to answer the door, so I put in the instructions w/EA to call B4 delivery. I called a few hours later to make sure the instructions would be adhered (Not rushing their work, just that I'd get a 'Heads Up' prior to delivery for the reasons above) and Kaci informed me that they would be. However, I still hadn't received a call/text by 4:50pm (91st/Memorial location closes at 5:00pm on Sat.), so I called/spoke with Chance. He was really short and slightly rude, but said it would be delivered soon. They both seemed 'perturbed' that I'd called, but what's the point in a "Surprise", if the recipient/resident is unavailable or Not there? Besides, I've had Plenty of arrangements completed by both Kaci & Chance previously and never had any problems. So, later on, the delivery driver (John) called and made the delivery, shortly thereafter. John was really Friendly and Pleasant. He also texted me the arrangement, after he delivered it to our Neighbors home (included pic). They loved it and said the fruit was Delicious. I have to give props to the store on 91st and Memorial. I placed an order online last night right at closing and came in 9:15 to pick it up. Of course I thought it was odd that it would be ready that soon but figured I'd give it a try as I needed it for brunch. The manager greeted me at the door, asked if I was the 9:00 order and began to apologize for not having it ready. I was expecting this, but hopeful, nonetheless. He was very apologetic and asked if 11 would work. Not really, but because I knew the situation I was willing to wait. He must've read my sad expression (haha) because right away he said he could figure something out and make it work. I walked out with the perfect arrangement and soooo happy that I didn't have to make the trip back again at 11. The arrangement was DELICIOUS! The fruit was perfect and it was beautifully done. My mom (her birthday) was super pleased and impressed. THANK YOU for making the extra effort to make her day special and make your customer number one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store. I went in to this store for the second time ever yesterday evening and I was amazed at how friendly the girl was who waited on me! The first time I went to this location was last year and they were rude and I ended up not even ordering. This time the girl was so friendly and took time to show me options and even told me they could do extra things such as add an anniversary balloon etc to my order- I was really sold when she let me TRY a chocolate covered apple because I thought it wouldn't be very tasty and I was going to remove that from my order... however it was absolutely delicious!!!!! I'm very excited about using them again for future gifts! Oh and they also sent me away with a small bag of chocolate as a little take home thank you treat...which was so fun...I ordered for someone else and they gave me a treat too? This will be the first and last time I use Edible Arrangements. Spent $90 on an arrangement to be delived on my step mothers birthday and now it's 2 days later and still no arrangment. The delivery guy said he left a door hanger on the door trying to deliver but my parents said on the there was nothing there that day . The least they could have done was tried to call them or me. So I placed a $115 Valentines order for my overworked, stay at home wife so that she would have a tasty treat during the day and not just the usual throw away flowers. This was a disaster from the start. After my wife hadn't received anything by 4pm, I became concerned. I called the local store off of 91st and received a busy signal....fifteen times to be exact. I suspect that they took the phones off the hook to avoid customer calls. By 6:30, I figured that they decided to disregard my order, so I bought flowers on the way home from work for my wife instead. At 8pm, as we were putting our children to bed, my wife noticed a vehicle parked at the end of our driveway. It was the delivery man, looking disheveled, as I'm sure he assumed the wrath of many pissed off customers before me. As he was waking towards my home, the balloon that came with the order flew away and he proceeded to explain to me that the teddy bear that came with the order sold out and that I should call tomorrow to find out what to do.....I asked for the name of the owner and couldn't get it out of him. I reluctantly took the pitiful, small, $100 basket of fruit. The strawberries looked like they came from Walmart, half-green and unripe. The pineapple tasted like it came from a can. Should I go on? This is an absolute ripoff, made worse by a franchise owner that is clearly inept and cares nothing about their customers . I could do better with $15 at sprouts. They will never get another dime from me and shouldn't from you. Buy flowers gentlemen. read more

Ordered and paid for 6 matching fruit bouquets a week prior to a breakfast event for table centerpieces. The store would not open earlier than 8:00 a.m., so had to have the bouquets delivered the day before the event to my office and manage to get them over to the event myself without disrupting them. The driver arrived late afternoon of the day before our event with ONE bouquet in a white container. She called back to the store and found that my order was for SIX bouquets. They went to the store, bought more fruit, made up more bouquets and managed to get them to me by 6:00 p.m. that evening. That's the reason for the one star - otherwise it would have been no stars. The additional bouquets were in red containers, so I had one white and five red containers. If you have a boss who's a stickler for details, it was not a happy occurrence. The delivery person was the only one who actually did her job AND went above and beyond to make it right even though she wasn't the one who took the order or filled the order. Will not order from them again - plenty of high-end grocery stores in town will make up fruit bouquets, so no need to get stressed out by these folks. I had already read the reviews for this location and the Peoria location (both owned by the same people) and that should have been enough to put me off, but boss insisted. Lesson learned - by both of us. read more
