I don't have a picture because this was a gift and a picture was not taken. However, I will say I use this location for the first time to deliver a gorgeous arrangement on Saturday morning. I delivered this arrangement to a couple who celebrated her birthday in the month of September. And their comment was that it was a gorgeous arrangements and it was the size of a small tree. They loved it Alan my delivery person was communicable and timely and follow up on the delivery was also quite good. This place should be ashamed as a company that advertises fresh fruit arrangements. The chocolate covered strawberries I received were OLD and wilted, some of them peeking with mold. Absolutely disgusting. On top of that, it looks like the arrangement was missing a few strawberries, it looks incomplete. My mom was so disappointed for her birthday. I was offered a re-delivery of only 6 strawberries, since my original order was for a $70 arrangement. Did not accept, am still working on a refund. Embarrassing. read more

Received a gift from a friend after my husband's surgery. We were not home when the delivery came. the driver called us from the house. Although it can be expensive to order an edible arrangement it is well worth it. I have not only ordered from this particular store but I have received gifts from there as well. The fruit is always fresh and delicious. I remember when this store opened many years ago. ...after having moved far from NY a. couple of years ago I placed an order just recently from this store. I ordered and paid for an edible arrangement a week in advance but then found out that my friend was going to be away on vacation. I tried to call multiple times to cancel the order but no one answered for two days straight. I finally drove there to cancel, only to be told that they do not allow cancellations. I told them that I KNOW they allow them if it's no closer than 24 hours to the date. She looked at me and I guess knew I wasn't going to back down (since I was correct) and she refunded me the money. Recently ordered two $120.00 arrangements for funerals in one weeks time. One was delivered on time. The second order was NOT delivered as ordered. My family wanted the order delivered the day of the wake. The night of the wake we found out the order had not been delivered. How embarrassing! My sister-in-law went to the store and was told "it was an honest mistake" we are delivering it today (a day late). It ended up having to be delivered to the restaurant the family was at AFTER the funeral. We ordered it to be delivered to the home the day of the wakes! An honest mistake?? A $10.00 credit to be used towards future orders? That's how you rectify your mistake? We were embarrassed and quite frankly very angry. We spent over $250.00 with your company in one week. Perhaps sending the family another arrangement or issuing my sister-in-law a partial refund on her credit card would be the right thing to do. A $10.00 credit for future orders - no thank you! Beware!!! I placed an online order for delivery on a Saturday morning for an 80th birthday party that evening. I was unable to attend the party, but wanted my family to know I was thinking of them and wishing my uncle a Happy 80th Birthday. When I placed the order I received a confirmation # and my account was debited. They called me the next day at 11:15am to tell me "they were not in on the day I ordered - so did I want to send it then"! The party was yesterday and my uncle had returned home (out of state) by then. So NO. And the girl was in no way concerned or apologetic. Only positive is my account was credited in a timely manner. Placed an order on Tuesday before Mothers Day to be delivered to my wife and mother on Mothers Day. I got an update that the order was out for delivery around 1pm and in the description it states that the fruit will be fresh b/c of the refridgerator vans they use. Well 3.5 hours later the driver shows up in his own personal car and rings the doorbell to deliver the item. I open the door and he states "Um yeah i think your supposed to have another item with the order but they never gave it to me, so i noted it on the account and they will refund the money for the chocolates and balloons that i was supposed to get." It was to late to call the store b/c they were closed already. So bring the item into the house and the fruit was warm and gross b/c it was not refridgerator cold like it states on their company site and the chocolate heart that was in teh fruit was melted and broken, strawberries in the fruit that was chocolate covered was melted. So i call the store first thing Monday morning and they said the manager is not available/in store and will call me back. I called back again at 4pm and the manager still not there. I was told if they don't call me back today they will call me by WEdnesday. So i call the corporate phone number on their site and behold it directs you back to the store where the order was placed. I expected a FULL REFUND on the entire order b/c that is BS that they didnt bring the entire order and was delivered in a personal vehicle and was warm and gross. Paid $160 for the order and was beyond gross and expect a better response from this company. Ruined the Mothers Day Gift for my wife and mother. read more

This location is awful! The manager is rude and so unhelpful. I had to call customer service because they ruined a birthday surprise! They didn't even try to help me out or anything they just gave me my refund. I will never be ordering from them ever again. I shortly had an issue with the fruit, called the Westhampton edible arrangements and in two days they sent me a complimentary arrangement. Great customer service, very understanding management.
