The cake was just perfect for my son's birthday

I contacted Edible Elegance by Eli to make a cake for my son's 30th birthday. I asked them to make a Macallan 30 Single Malt Scotch cake and they delivered! Not only was the cake perfectly done and beautiful but it was delicious. It was a red velvet cream cheese filling. I will definitely have all future cakes made by Edible Elegance by Eli and highly recommend them.

Such a wonderful experience with Edible Elegance by Eli. These cupcakes were beyond amazing. So much better then the reference picture I sent her! I had vanilla cupcakes with champagne frosting and chocolate buttercream frosting. They were perfect and everyone loved them. They also were affordable considering she was doing a custom design. I will defiantly be back and highly recommend this place.

Edible Elegance by Eli did my wedding cake and desserts. I was able to do a tasting beforehand to check out all the different options. Eli was so easy to work with and had great suggestions. The cake was out of this world wonderful. The cake pops, cheesecakes, and key lime pies were fantastic! Delivery to my venue during the month of August in the heat - Eli made sure the timing was perfect! I planned all of this from out of town and she was such a pleasure to work with. I wish I could go back often to have all of my desserts made by Eli. I will definitely be back for our 1 year Anniversary and have the same cake to celebrate! I highly, highly recommend Edible Elegance by Eli for your next event, or just to have desserts!

I ordered a cake for my grandfather's birthday with only 24hours notice, and she did everything possible to make sure it was delivered on time. She was also able to connect with her florist and have an arrangement created in the same time frame. I couldn't have been more impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail. We hosted our daughter's wedding last weekend and purchased the chocolate dipped pretzels to add to our guest welcome bags. Not only were they yummy, they matched the color scheme of all of the wedding decor. Our guests loved them! We also arranged for Edible Elegance to make a birthday cake for the groom's mom, to be shared at our rehearsal dinner. She loves vanilla cake with strawberry frosting, and our cake had just that with fresh strawberries on top. She was thrilled - the cake was beautiful, and absolutely delicious, and it was devoured by the wedding party and our families! Eli was fantastic from beginning to end! She took time out of her busy schedule to meet with us for a tasting close to our home. We had a very specific flavor in mind for our wedding cupcakes and Eli brought us 6 different variations of cupcakes to choose from. I personally have a sweet tooth, so this was above and beyond what I was expecting. After tasting her cupcakes, we were hooked! Eli was very professional through the whole process and was very easily reachable via cell phone/email. She always responded promptly and put our mind at ease with any questions or concerns we had. Her pricing was well within our budget and everything was very reasonably priced. She even worked with us to make sure we had custom cupcake stands made just for us! On the day of the wedding, Eli showed up on time with cupcakes in hand. Due to the fact that we were having an outdoor wedding, she was not able to set up the cupcake display when she got there, but that was per our request. The cupcakes were absolutely delicious and all of our guests loved them as well. I would highly recommend Edible Elegance by Eli to anyone needing cupcakes or cake for any event! read more

We hired Edible Elegance by Eli to make our wedding cake and cupcakes for our beach wedding this Spring. Eli was so accommodating and helpful, and her cake is so delicious and moist. Whether you're looking for a custom design or flavor like us, or even looking for something more traditional, I would highly recommend Edible Elegance! Eli worked with us from start to finish on every aspect of our cake and cupcakes, going above and beyond to help us create what we envisioned. We had our hearts set on a specific flavor, so Eli created a few samples for us to try that used different methods to achieve the correct taste. She created specific colors - even mixed a custom glitter to match the rest of the wedding decor. Her cake stands are customizable, so she was able to build them to match our vision. As a person who doesn't typically like cake all that much, I have to admit that I was in LOVE with our cake and cupcakes. I can't wait to thaw out our cake and eat it again. It was absolutely delicious with the perfect balance of flavor in both the cake and the icing. We also received so many compliments from our guests. Leading up to the wedding, Eli was always responsive and happy to answer any questions or concerns we had. She asked the necessary questions about our event and made sure that the icing would be stable enough for the warm, sunny weather. Because the parking lot is a nightmare with people walking around everywhere, crazy drivers, compact spaces, and only one entrance and exit to the lot. I always park as quickly as possible and run as fast I can for the main market entrance, because I am usually getting stares and cat calls... Never seeing this little hidden bakery entrance to the left of the main door. How did I find out about this bakery retail store? My co-workers have been telling me for years and I never put two and two together. A co-worker last week has to sit me down and convince me that there is another door, it is the left of the main entrance, and there is a bakery in there that is not connected to the main market. I went and was transformed to a sweet bakery world. The sweet smells hit me like a wave of happiness as I entered, the low prices amazed me, and the service brought me back to Chinatown Manhattan. Just like a Korean or Chinese bakery, everything is under $1. You grab a metal tray and a pair of tongs, then walk around the entire room, plucking the best of the beautiful baked buns and sweets from glass cases. Then, bring everything to the register and check out. I said out loud, "This reminds me of a Chinese bakery." And, a man and his wife overheard me, he said he is from Taiwan. We started talking about Chinese bakeries and how there are not any in the area. This is the closest thing. The Churros are only $0.89 each, and are crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, filled with Dulce de Leche. There are many different types of savory breads, that are even cheaper, that I like to buy to make sandwiches. The bread is soft and yeasty. There are donuts, what appear to be Japanese melon bread, pineapple cakes, and cinnamon buns. They make custom cakes and sell massive flans. The Hello Kitty cakes are adorable. There are also many sodas and yogurts to choose from. People at the office are going to love me now, because I bring them bags of baked goodies from here. Please do not make the same mistake I have made for years, by not coming here.

There were tomato pieces/seeds left on the meat of the sandwich. I did not eat the sandwich after seeing that. I told both the server and the host as we left the restaurant. We paid full price and were given a quick "I'm sorry." I wasn't looking for a refund or for the sandwich to be remade. I didn't trust the kitchen at that point. Just a heads up to anyone who dines here with ingredient restrictions. Slow service and careless mistakes.

Eli did a PHENOMINAL job on my wedding cake. She was recommended to us by a neighbor and I am so glad we went to visit her. I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted in different pieces and she created EXACTLY what I envisioned. The most important details to me was I wanted rose gold on the cake (which seemed hard enough to create) and I had to have sprinkles. I was so excited when she said she was able to do that and it turned out perfect with rose gold sprinkles! She really takes pride in her work and it shows. Everyone raved about how good the cake tasted with 2 flavors, champagne and chocolate ganache. It was AMAZING. We finished the cake by the next day. Guests said it was the best cake they ever had. Whatever it is you need a cake for, do not hesitate to see Eli. She will create exactly what your looking for and it will be beautiful.
