I searched on google for a bakery that will do custom cookies with pictures or designs for my son's high school graduation and based on their amazing google reviews I had to give them a try. I didn't want to get them from a company such as publix and everyone was very glad I did! They were SO DELICIOUS, fresh, the photos and designs were excellent. I opted for them to be individually wrapped which was a an extra charge but great idea because people were able to take as a gift to enjoy at home. I placed the order online and submitted the photos, they emailed me and asked me some questions about it, set up a pick up date and time. When I arrived to pick them up I was confused since the sign said they weren't open yet however they were since I had scheduled an earlier pick up time and I appreciate it that! The inside ambiance was as your typical bakery shop, not too big, just enough to get your baked goods and head out. The price is very reasonable for their amazing work. I truly appreciated and will definitely recommend to all friends and family. I will come back in the future for cakes because if they are anything like their cookies then it will for sure be a hit. YOU GUYS GET IN HERE! This place is super adorable and those little cupcakes are the perfect size and deeeeeeelish. This is a bakery doing it right. To be fair- I have only had the mini cupcakes because they pack in so much sweetness and flavor that I don't think I could handle the regular size. Not only are the cupcakes dainty and beautifully decorated, but they taste good. The cake itself is super light and fluffy. The buttercream is not overpowering, but full of flavor. I have no idea how they can cram a filling into those tiny suckers, but they do and it is awesome. I really do like the dipped ones-similar to getting a dipped cone, it has a hard candy shell on top of the cupcake and frosting. I thought it would make the cupcake too sweet, but it enhances it. My favorites are the white chocolate raspberry, key lime, nutella, and carrot. I like the lemon, but I will say the cake itself gets a little soggy. Super bonus: join the rewards program and you get insider info on great deals. Example: This weekend all of those minis were one dollar each, and regular cupcakes were 2 bucks. WHHHHHHHAAAAAT?!?!?!? We got a cookies and creme cake (10/10), and an assortment of cupcake flavors that everyone loved. The white chocolate raspberry is to die for and their smores is my personal favorite. I'd heard about Sweet Doctors for some time now. Decided to pop over and pick up some treats for the book club ladies. They did not disappoint. Well.. much more than not disappoint - the cookies and cupcakes were great. I picked up an assortment of each. The cupcakes are petite and pretty. A couple of scrumptious bites. The best of the best. A wonderful Mother and I think son team. They Bake all night and often sell out before they close. Check hours before you go because I forget sometimes - and 45 minutes each way is very disappointing. The cupcakes are out of this world and so clever with their elaborate recipes. Holy smokes these cookies are amazing! While leaving the mall I happened to have the want for a sweet and the sweet doctors were staring back at me! I opted for the brownie chocolate chip and Oreo cookie. It was enormous and so moist and fresh and only a few bucks too. It literally ended up being dessert for the whole family that evening. The cookie wasn't short on ingredients or toppings ensuring every bite was jammed with flavors! I don't get to the mall often, but I will make a trip for the Sweet Doctors again!! read more

First and foremost - the cake balls are irresistible and delicious and heavenly and I'm HOOKED!!! I could go on and on about the cake balls for dayssss. Secondly - the wine they carry is divine!! I've never been a huge fan of red wine but the varieties they carry are light yet full of flavor, and not overly sweet. The reds and whites alike are literally perfection in a bottle. Third - Cheryl and her son are the sweetest and treat us like family every time we are there. Cheryl goes above and beyond to ensure we have an amazing experience and we never walk out without at least twelve bottles of wine and a large assortment of cake balls (this coming from someone who doesn't drink a lot and eats pretty healthy... Sweet Doctors is my cheat food)! The cheesecake and cupcakes they make are insanely delicious as well. My boyfriend and I were first introduced to Sweet Doctors last year via my cousins from Chicago that got married in FL and had a Sweet Doctors cake ball wedding cake. This place is inside the mall. It a small little place. They have cookies, cupcakes, and truffles just to give you an idea. The cookies are soft, chewy and delicious. They have a smores, brownie and Salted Carmel flavors. All definitely worth trying. Also I had a cupcake. I got the butter batter flavor dipped in chocolate. It was fabulous! I'm not a big cupcake lover, but this one had moist cake and the frosting with the chocolate on it was ridiculously good. The price for 4 cookies and one Mini cupcake was $16. The best cupcake I have had in a very long time!! Our office got desserts from here for our holiday party. The snickers cookies were gone before I could get to them (they looked so good), but my chocolate chip cookie was chewy and delicious. I then took a vanilla cupcake with sprinkles to go and it was moist and the perfect size for just a quick sweet treat. I guess I should have asked about the consistency of these cake pops before ordering. I have probably tasted about 300 different varieties from different bakeries/vendors over the past few years. They have all been moist and had a cake-like texture. The two dozen cake pops I purchased from Sweet Doctors today were all gooey inside and tasted like batter instead of cooked cake. The group I bought the pops for wouldn't finish them. This may be how this shop makes their pops. They tasted more like truffles than cake. I would ask for a sample, if available, before you purchase. Each of the 14 flavors we tried all tasted like undercooked eggy batter. I would not recommend any of these cake pops. **Update to my review** I am shocked at the extent of unprofessionalism shown by Cheryl at Sweet Doctors. My Yelp reviews are honest and almost always sing the praises of a business. I have received thank you comments from the businesses as well. Cheryl took the time to find out WHERE I WORKED TO CALL ME AND COMPLAIN about the review I submitted. Instead of asking questions to better understand my experience with her product, she ranted on about being a family business in a slow market and how she didn't like the review I wrote. Shocking behavior from a business! I reviewed your product as a personal consumer via Yelp. As a vendor, you have the capability to contact your client THROUGH YELP, not track me down and call me at my office to complain. Cheryl wouldn't even take a breath. I told her how inappropriate I found it that she would put such effort into finding out where I worked, which is two hours away, to call and berate me. Reviews are subjective. I delivered your product to different groups of people. Ten of the twelve people all said the cake pops tasted undercooked. The photos I shared are of the remainder of cake pops we opened after tasting the undercooked pops. They were not transported or melted, as you suggested. They took a trip of ten total minutes around UTC area. If you would like to further discuss my experience with your shop and your product, please do so via Yelp. You should be ashamed that you tracked one of your consumers down to attack them rather than accepting some feedback about your product and their experience. Reprehensible! read more

I went to the Sweet Doctors in the mall as I LOVE sweets and the reviews on a different site have all been great. I ordered 6 different flavors of cake balls to try out. Maybe I'm just not used to it or what but every single cake ball was less cake and more like under baked chewy batter. I ended up throwing all of them out after eating 2/6. I split the other 4 in half to see if the batter was the same gunky moist consistency and they were. I don't know if that how they are meant to be or maybe someone wasn't trained to cook them throughly but they weren't cake-like at all. I am STILL in awe at how wonderful the staff were, how clean it is kept, how unbelievably awesome the presentation of every single dessert looked (so beautiful I'd hate to eat it lol) BUT best yet, you'd be even happier you did eat it because the exact words my child used after trying a cakeball was "mommy, it's like heaven in my mouth!"
