Not even eye contact or a gesture to say "one minute!" We stood there awkwardly waiting for her to finish, as she spoke of things we were not meant to hear. (Finances, payments, bills, etc). Only after concluding her call did she grudgingly acknowledge us, but it was with a bad attitude. She was immediately snappy, offered no greeting, apology or explanation, and rushed through our order. By the time she finally spoke to us (rudely no less), I was ready to walk out due to time constraints. I didn't appreciate the lack of professionalism from a place I frequent often and enjoy eating at. Sadly, it'll be back to Gold Star Donuts for us until the customer service team can improve on this. The donuts are great, but not good enough to wait 10 minutes for such poor treatment from staff.
