She was immediately snappy, offered no greeting, apology or explanation, and rushed through our order. By the time she finally spoke to us (rudely no less), I was ready to walk out due to time constraints. I didn't appreciate the lack of professionalism from a place I frequent often and enjoy eating at. Sadly, it'll be back to Gold Star Donuts for us until the customer service team can improve on this. The donuts are great, but not good enough to wait 10 minutes for such poor treatment from staff.
