Having to have your vehicle repaired after an accident is not a pleasant thing, but I must say, I couldn't have chosen a better shop to fix my little Fiat. Larry (the owner) gave me a comprehensive estimate, which included the possibility of fixing and re-using a part, rather than simply replacing it, as another shop proposed. The price was competitive, the service was expert, and the people were a pleasure to deal with. My car looks great. They repaired it while I was in the hospital, and delivered it to me when I came home, thus saving me car rental charges. I thought the service was above and beyond, and while I hope I won't need them again soon, I certainly know where to go. read more

11/22/2017 Fortunately, I had a small job done ( out of pocket ) at Edmond's Auto body and Larry was great to deal with. The work done was perfect, and my CRV never looked so good. Estimate was better than expected and completed when they said it would be. You can see their place is organized and well run. Hopefully, don't have to return, but if necessary certainly will. I needed a body shop to replace a failed truck door on my work truck. I searched ratings. I did not want the high price buff everything quote, as this was not an insurance funded deal. I couldn't be happier. I wanted a local family-run , non-corporate shop, and I found the best. Larry knew what I wanted, found a used truck door, and it was all done ahead of schedule and for original price quoted. I will be coming back with my other work trucks, and, having dealt with body shops for 30 years, I would give this operation the highest possible level of recommendation. Shop is clean, well-run, neighborhood-conscious. I got a photo when truck completed. No I don't need the logo for Chevy attached, although he could do it. I'm sure they can do the high-end work too, but not all of us need that, and Larry instantly understood Pay by check for cheapest price. At this point this would be considered "old-school" Use it. He told me it would be done in 5 days and he e-mailed me the day before to confirm that it would be ready on time. The work was exceptional. He replaced a damaged door and expertly blended it with the surrounding panels. In fact, the entire car looks better. It was shining on the outside and pristinely clean inside. I just picked up my car today from Larry's Autobody in Edmonds following repair and can't say enough great things about them! I was rear-ended on the freeway so had rear bumper damage to repair. I decided to get an estimate from Edmonds Auto Body Shop based on the reviews I read on Yelp. I'd like to thank the previous reviewers for their honest opinions that pointed me toward the very best small business -- auto body shop or not -- around. I walked into the office and was greeted immediately by Michelle. She had a huge warm smile, went outside to look at my car, took all my questions into her capable hands and explained some options I had for my repair work. Shortly Larry emerged and reiterated almost exactly what Michelle had explained. Sweet -- they're in accord! I went back inside to wait for the estimate (which took less than 5 minutes), and ended up chatting with them for considerably more time. Larry and Michelle take immense pride in the quality of the work they do, and they take even more pride in the quality of the experience each customer has. I asked them to fit my car into their schedule, and to repair it while I was out of town. When I came back to retrieve my car, it was in impeccable shape. The work they did is not perceptible to the human eye -- you'd NEVER know they had to pull out a dent and refinish/repaint it in the likeness of the original car. That was flabbergasting enough, but what was even more incredible to me is that my car was cleaner (inside and out) than it had been in a very long time. Every little detail was taken care of. Nothing was out of place or off. The price was exactly as stated. The work was accomplished exactly on time. When I picked up the car, I had the epiphany that they should be voted in as the "world-class business of the century" just because every aspect of the total customer experience is delivered in an unexpectedly outstanding way. They have a lot to teach us -- me included -- about how to care for the people they serve. I am 100% impressed with Larry and his staff. I was checking out the handicap device shop a few doors down and as I was leaving I inadvertantly drove my car over a 'hidden' curb. It was hung up on the curb with the front wheel dropped below the curb and the body stuck on the curb. I couldn't go forward or backward. I noticed Larry's shop a few doors away and asked him if he might have a roller jack to lift the front end off the curb and roll it sideways about a foot. He and 3 of his guys came out and within a few minutes lifted the front end and freed the car from its stuck position. I offered to pay him for the emergency service , but he said "no thanks, just think of me for when you need auto body repair." I sure will. He was the nicest guy and his team of guys were sooo helpful. If I have any autobody repair job in the future I'll be sure and take my business to Larry. It' hard to find any auto business that has such personal care and concern for potential customers! read more

My car was in need of some seemingly minor door repairs after a parking lot collision. After speaking with my insurance company, they recommended I use another auto body repair. I checked the reviews of the other auto body shop and Edmonds Auto Body Shop and there was no comparison. I convinced my insurance company to use Edmonds Auto Body. When I brought my car for an initial estimate, it was already dark (and cold) outside. Larry (owner/supervisor) had me bring the car into the heated garage. He carefully examined every facet of the door - of what was apparently damaged, and what might be damaged. At one point, he grabbed two other workers to come over and look at the car. Ultimately, he included in his estimate the potential damage to the internal workings of the door. After repair, the car looked like it did when bought off the lot. Perfect. In fact, after living in a tropical climate for the past few years, the door trim had faded due to the sun. He went above and beyond and fixed all the door trim to match. Perfect. Speaking of the sun damage, I asked Larry to also fix my headlights because the lens had fogged. He quoted a pretty low price and when I tried paying, for some reason the credit card machine wouldn't work. I offered cash instead and transaction was complete. I only mention this because, the next day the credit card machine charged my credit card. I was too busy to go back and deal with this and when I finally had a chance, I noticed that Larry must have already seen the discrepancy. The charge was reversed. By the way, he completed all the repairs over the Christmas holidays! I would recommend Edmonds Auto Body Shop to family, friends, and everyone. Did I mention the repairs were perfect? read more
