I just had body work done here, this was one of the best body shops I have ever used, a rare thing and deserves recognition. I used to live in California, everyone does lots of high mileage driving, so lots of minor car incidents and examples of body work. There are many bad or lazy body shops out there but not this one. The Caliber Edmonds remediated orange peel and bad finishing from a previous poor repair and also repainted some delamination in another spot. Some of the work I paid out of pocket and the price was very reasonable. The cliche "you can't tell" or "looks new", but very true for my repair and I've owned this car since it was new. On the balance the worst thing I could say about my experience was there were a few small smudges of glue or tape around the car that rubbed off. The car was otherwise almost spotless inside and out when I picked it up. Thank you to Courtney and her team, the communication, responsiveness was very good and they are all working very hard. I would definitely come back. One team member I chatted with said even during the pandemic the company treated them well, I believe happy workers are also good workers. John who handles Progressive work hasn't been good to deal with. Car was dropped off 2 1/2 weeks ago for what was estimated to be a week to complete tops. I was told that I would get updates but didn't so I contacted John and he said my info wasn't put into the system. I'm just down the street so when he tells me my car is in "paint" because they didn't match the colors correctly, I drive by and see that it's not in fact in paint, rather it's sitting in the same spot it was the week before. I don't appreciate being lied to. The only communication I've had from John is when I have contacted him. I've gone by to see him in person and told he would contact me but he doesn't. Just got a text with an update and more charges that it will be ready by end of 3 weeks. At this point I don't believe it will even be ready then. I'm not sure how they are running things but my car is not a priority at Caliber Collision Edmonds.. I tried to contact John today after update and he is out sick. I have been extremely patient as I just started new job and need my car to get to my job but it's been way longer than expected. I'm waiting to hear from a Supervisor named Tim and if my car isn't fixed soon I will be letting Progressive know of my experience. If they painted the wrong color paint or didn't match it correctly, they shouldn't be adding those charges for more paint and labor costs. I'm very disappointed and it feels like no end in sight to getting my car back. Damage wise, it's not a 3+ week job. The only good thing is Kaitlyn the receptionist has been nice. read more

Worst experience I've ever had. 1. Did unauthorized repairs that didn't fix the car and we were forced to pay to get our car back 2. Tried to arrange a tow to get the car back and he ignored our emails and calls. 3. Took a week and a half to get a hold of him and then he told us he had to get the car out of there as soon as possible. Our car had been rear ended so the whole hassle to get things sorted out and fixed was an anticipated nightmare. However, once we turned things over to Justin it all just fell into place. He kept us updated on the project and his completion projection time was right on. I got a text from caliber collision because a State Farm customer ran into my car on January 1... I called them back to schedule service the gentleman on the other line Darius was extremely rude and told me I need to handle my own towing ... I told him State Farm assured me that this was already handled any hung up on me. Therefore I will not be using caliber collision for anything I will be going elsewhere... Maybe train your employees... That was ridiculous as a 57 year old resident in my house for over 23 years I've never been treated so rudely EDIT: just got off the phone with service King... I scraped the rear fender of my Toyota Tacoma on a concrete post in a parking garage. Not a lot of damage, but enough that I wanted to get it fixed. On the recommendation of a friend, I took my truck to the Edmonds office of Caliber Collision. When they gave me the rundown on what they did I was surprised to find out they decided to just replace the fender.  Apparently on Toyota pickups the rear fenders bolt on. I was expecting the to hammer out the dent and use body filler. But what I got was much better than what I expected. My truck is now just like new, no body filler required!  They also said that the paint job that they did comes with a life-time non-transferable warranty that covers potential issues like peeling. The staff was friendly and easy to work with.  I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone who has to get their car fixed. read more

Very disappointed with caliber collision as I myself chose to send my car here after knowing it was expensive, and me being dumb thinking expensive means good. No the service was far from good. To begin I brought my car in to have the windshield repaired after a branch landed on it from the storm sometime in early November and just received the car yesterday. My wife left her AirPods in driver door (took everything out myself but of course the one spot i didn't check) And they were stolen when I talked to the receptionist she was extremely rude and she didn't care telling me many times it's not their responsibility, like yeah I understand if my car was broken into in the lot of something but this means someone from your team is a thief! To procede the windshield was done improperly and there is water leaking into my trunk, speaking of that It's obvious they scavenged through my trunk... And to top it all off They replaced unnecessary things such as a wheel lug and an emblem and did an alignment? They also left me the wheel lug in the passenger seat, if this was the only issue i would be happy as ever to simply toss it, but since I can see the part, it looks perfect no rust or NEED to replace! I believe they did this so they could charge the insurance the 8 grand that they did, it's whatever to me because I didn't pay but the audacity they had to just continue raising the price like that is so unprofessional. I wouldn't trust these guys with anything, it is my daughters car and she just got her license this week, after not being able to practice for the test in her car these past two months she won't be able to drive it for probably another month as these guys move at snail speed. I am still waiting to hear what insurance what's me to do. I'm just very very annoyed as they did all this extra work but didn't even fix the initial problem and they looted me! We brought one of our fleet vehicles down for an estimate to fix front end body damage. We were told the estimate would be ready in a few days, and that it would be emailed. After a week of no response, I called to make sure the email was correct, couldn't get anyone on the phone, Tried the next day, confirmed email was correct and was told she would contact the estimator. Another week goes by and I called Monday. I was told they only have one estimator and that he is 3 weeks behind. I asked if she could at least tell me when the estimator could contact me, she said she would leave a message. 3 days later...nothing. Took the vehicle to FixIt in Poulsbo...had the estimate within an hour. read more

I tried this place because the higher rated shops were too full. I came in with an APPROVED insurance company estimate from another shop. The female estimator was successful in convincing the insurance adjuster that nothing should be covered because of prior damage. After 5 days of multiple calls with the insurance company, I picked up the car in the same condition it was when I dropped it off. If I had been patient and waited for the other shop who was focused on the insured and not the insurer, I could have saved myself a big headache. I had some minor damage in a rear end accident. They were professional and I can't tell where the damage was. The customer service was great, my car was done ahead of schedule, and the quality of the work was top notch. I was specifically impressed with the paint blending my car is black, and black paint sucks to match. I was so impressed I brought my car back to have the front bumper done out of pocket. Caliber Collision did a great job in repairs, were friendly, kept me updated, were timely, and took care of organising a rental car, no problem.
