I would be better off accepting the settlement offer from insurance. L-M could have taken my money and made repairs that didn't make sense but did the right thing and gave me good (and free) advice. I hope you don't need a body shop for your car, but if you do, check out L-M Body Shop. Someone rear-ended my vehicle and I had a third-party insurance take care of my repairs. Here is a rough sequence of events: - Liberty Mutual kept trying to cheap out on the repairs (cutting needed time to fix in half, making up some b.s. to fix my car as cheaply as possible - LM kept pushing for a correct repair: new parts, original paint This went on for some good 3 weeks, until my car finally got to a final conclusion... a total loss. LM also advised me not to release the vehicle immediately (a common tactic by insurance companies to gain leverage over the value of your car). Once I got to an agreement of the settlement, then I released the car. Overall, great service. I hope you don't need a body shop, but if you do, check them out. Cheers read more

Went there a few years ago for some minor front under pinning and skirt repair after my F-type hydroplaned into a plastic bollard. When they were finished you could not even tell where the bodywork was chipped or cracked. They did a fantastic job at a reasonable price (they were not the lowest bid, but nowhere near the highest). Just wanted to leave a review for L-M after my recent experience. For some reason, a repair that had been done over 10 years ago by L-M was starting to fail. It may have been that it was never their fault to begin with, but regardless, they had me bring it back in and it was repaired with no questions asked for FREE. They warranty their work, and they are a shop that's been in the industry a long time. I was hesitant to even reach out as it had been so long since the initial repair, but they didn't hesitate to get this fixed for me. Spectacular job!! Lorri and her team did a wonderful job repairing my car. I got in a hit and run a few weeks ago and it seemed like there was a hitch or something drilled into the front of my car. On top of it, the bottom of the bumper was pushed in. When I went to pick up my car, it literally looked brand new. I am soo happy with the way it turned out :) They were so kind to clean my exterior and interior as well, when they don't even need to! Returning customer here. L&M brings a lot to the table: friendly people, high quality work, and reliability. During the pandemic too. My Mazda 3 was in a low-speed fender-bender during the last snowstorm (some broken plastic mostly). So it was a trivial job. Even so, they under-promised and over-delivered! The job was handled with good communication, and nice attention to detail. The repairs look as good as new, as expected, and I appreciate how they even flattened out my bent license plate to make it look new also. This is one of those business you don't expect to find anymore. They really care about their customers and they really do great work. When our Mazda was involved in an accident a month or so ago, I was becoming hopeless as no body shops seemed to be available until next year. They arranged the tow, took the car in, worked with my insurance, got the parts and did the job in record time so that it wouldn't go beyond the rental allowance I had from my insurer. On top of that, they handled all the paperwork, kept me very well informed and were even able to take the return for the rental car. So I went onto Yelp to find a reputable body shop since my last experience with McLeods Auto Body in Kirkland did such a horrible job on my brand new 2019 Tacoma Limited truck. I had originally discovered L-M Body Shop on Yelp after being the victim of a T-bone accident and, contact via, Yelp. Lori, responded rather fast; which is a great thing. When I took my car in, she seemed knowledgeable and pretty efficient on getting my car in. I was picked up by Enterprise at the shop and, from that point. Lori, pretty much took care of the rest: Dealing with the other party's insurance (appraiser/adjuster) and the whole thing. Unfortunately, I had my car their a lot longer than expected. 6 months as opposed to being under a month. Although being 2020 with all kind of things going on top of 3 up coming holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year). I was understanding that it is not really the shop's fault. Although, they could of provided my vehicle back. Lori, gave me the option to wait for the parts to come in or try to repair it with the existing damaged parts. This was already past a month or more, so I opt. to wait for the replacements and, not risk any issues down the road with pre-damaged parts. The fact that Lori (owner) was honest and provided me the options in the progress - It only grew my faith and trust in how she managed/operated her business. Long story short, I got my car back like new. The impacted area looks like it never happened. In addition, the tech/staff did an excellent job matching the paint. They even went the extra effort to sanitize my interior and detailed it during this CovID 2020 era. Albeit, their was some post issues that I had to take the car back for some adjustments. Lori's team was all in all very professional, friendly and did quality work. Further more, the other parties insurance was no longer paying for the rental. However, L-M, took the remainder of Enterprises cost and covered whatever the other party's insurance didn't pay for. That right their... is really looking out for their customer service. Overall, here is the break down from 1-5 (5 being the best/Excellent) Customer Service = 5 Honesty = 5 Quality of work = 5 Price = Pushed through like champs under my anticipated cost to the insurance. Awesome place that will care for your car and your business! I was shopping around for some estimates after one person T-boned right into my car by accident, causing the two doors to damage. When we first got to L-M Body Shop, Dave (I assumed he's the owner) promptly came out to greet us and provided us with an estimate. He was so humble and you could tell he really appreciate everyone's business there. I love it even more after finding out from him his shop has been there for 20+ years. To top it off, the quote that he provided us was very, very reasonable that even our counterpart (who was going to be paying for the cost of fixing my car) indicated they preferred we go to his place, too. When I was there to drop my car off, even though Dave was not there that time, one of the shop persons promptly came out to greet and took my car in (and even asked if I would have a ride back to my place so maybe he could help me find something if I didn't have any cars to ride back). On the day of the pick up, I was amazed. My car was as pretty as I used to see. To top it off, both the interior and exterior of my car were super clean! I was really happy with their service!! L-M body shop is very customer focused and always does the right thing. I was rear-ended 9 months ago and I got my bumper replaced by them. A few months later it snowed and my car was parked outside the whole time. A few more months passed and I noticed that there was a leak in my car's trunk, most likely as a result of the collision. I went to them today, nearly 9 months after the initial repair and they took the car. They diagnosed it within minutes and fixed it the same day. I asked them for the bill, and they told me no charge, so I asked them if they are going to charge the insurance, they said that it was easy enough to fix and this one is on the house. People suck. Having someone hit your shinny, pretty new vehicle and then driving off is a crappy experience. However, the folks at L-M Body Shop have made it better each time. I've used L-M previously on another car (someone puncturing a front bumper and a keying down the left side of a car), and when someone parked by Braille into my nice shinny new Crosstrek, L-M came through yet again. Lori took a look at both unpleasant gouges on the rear bumper late on a Monday afternoon and first thing Tuesday morning they had it in the shop, fixed and repainted just like new. And, at a decent price. I wasn't even expecting a ride home after dropping off the car and when I got it back, it was clean and looked like the day I drove it off the dealer's lot.
