Cute, personal, generous free movies and TV nights. Concessions are relativity inexpensive. Thank you had fun.

It is nice small theater in downtown Edmonds, perfect for date nights and close to restaurants and bars. My husband and I love it here.

If you want a AMC or Regal theater this is not for you. If you want to watch a movie relax and feel almost at home, this is the place to be.

This is a great family owned one screen theatre which also means there aren't outrageous prices.

Service is great! Popcorn is The Best compared to all other cinemas I've been to. It's nostalgic to sit inside that theatre.

I LOVE the balcony and it's so cool to sit in the first row and have a completely unobstructed view of the screen.

But it's clean and well-maintained, has a nice mix of mainstream and art-house films, offers bulk candy, and is staffed by universally nice people. I ordered a coffee once and assumed I'd need to pop back out to the lobby in five minutes to pick it up--imagine my shock when someone *came and found me* at my seat instead. (Yes, this was before the show.) It was wholly unnecessary, and just the kind of small human touch that makes the Crest such a pleasure. Also, you know how at huge megaplexes you actually have to go track down an employee to report a sound or projection problem? (Or if, say, the wrong film is playing entirely, as happened to me at Thornton Place last summer?) Doesn't happen here because they actually pay attention. I've only ever experienced a couple of technical issues here anyway, and each time the staff was already on top of it.

Turns out the line had to be processed by two cash registers, who were taking food orders. There was no line for ticket holders who wanted to get to their seats. Both the manager and the general manager did nothing to move the line along, even though the movie started. We sat a few minutes into the movie, we should've just walked right in, but we wanted to scan the tickets. Honestly, the most nonsensical and unfriendly Service I've had in a movie theater for a long time. They offered apologies but no explanation why they couldn't have a separate line for ticket holders who are not interested in buying food. They gave us three passes as "compensation" but the shabby nature of the theater and the poor customer service make it unlikely that I will ever return.

Even when you are right in front of it, you worry that you might be at the wrong door. There's plenty of parking and some stairs to the theater on both sides of the complex (I believe there is handicapped access in the back). We saved some money by getting our tickets on groupon via goldstar. Picking up tickets a few minutes before the show at the will call desk was pretty easy. Its also good to know there are beverages available should you desire something to drink. This theater is pretty small, making all seats good seats. We were able to see the stage easily, although like most older theaters seating is a bit cramped. It was also a bit warm in the theater. We saw The female of the species which was an enjoyable comedy about a subject matter that appeals to me. I appreciated the sign in the lobby alerting me that there were gun shots to be expected during the performance. It was also helpful of them to discuss how to become season ticket holders prior to the show, prices are very reasonable and even cheaper for seniors. We definitely thought this made for a nice evening out and plan to check out some of the other upcoming shows.

It's great for people who want to get out of the house and have some mobility issues. I think its probably good exercise for the brain if you use the paper and daubers. The people who go frequently definitely all seem to know each other and the staff that work here. It's changed a bit over the years and no longer has food available besides from vending machines and a few refrigerated items. Seems like a lot of people bring their own food and make a night out of it. I was surprised to see children were able to play as well., apparently you do need 10 or older. I do like that this is a non profit that supports junior hockey. I have no idea how prices compare to other bingo locations, but I do appreciate the number of tvs and screens available and that the callers speak clearly. It seems like there is always something special going on. I recently tried the electronic gaming machine which does seem to take most of the fun out of bingo, but I won 480$ so I can't complain. There are also pull tabs to keep you entertained while you wait during breaks.
