First, they provide so many pictures of the complete sale, which is hugely helpful for deciding whether a sale has the kind of items I'm looking for. They also put the pictures up early in the week which really helps in planning ahead. I've been going to Edna Louise Estate Sales for more than 15 years! I find that Charmaine and her staff to be very professional, knowledgeable and fair. If I have a question about an item her staff has alway been helpful in getting me an answer. Charmaine has been known to go the "extra mile" when executing a sale. I saw this first hand when I was first in line at a sale and was anticipating getting the item I wanted. However, once I got into the house to where the item was located I was surprised to find it not there, (this item was in the photos and was available for purchase). After talking to Charmaine about this issue, she did some investigating and found out that a family member came to the house the night before and took the item. Within a half hour Charmaine was able to have the family member bring the item back to the house. I've had this happen to me with other estate sales and not one of them was able to do what Charmaine did for me that day! Kudos to Charmaine! read more

There is no other Estate Sales company that can compare to Edna Louise. They are just the best. They present everything in such a great way (and during the sale when things get messed around they continue to "clean up" and present the "product" in appealing ways so it sells). The prices are always reasonable and fair. The staff at the sales are always friendly and welcoming. They are always accommodating in every way. There is a reason they get the best homes and sales to sell. It's because who they are. Professional Knowledgeable and nice. I look forward to seeing the pictures posted every week. She also respects her employees and never have sales over holidays weekends like this weekend Thanksgiving. I have read some of the other reviews and just don't understand that they could be interacting with the same company. Best call we ever made! We were trying to clean out a hoarders house for over a year and finally hit a wall! We contacted Andrew to come out and take a look thinking he would run for the hills. Andrew, Charmaine and their team tackled 4 floors packed with over a hundred years of living and honestly worked a miracle! When they finished the house was organized and setup like a museum. WARNING. DO NOT WORK WITH EDNA LOUISE LIQUIDATORS. Owner is a thief and a con artist. It is a bait and switch. Lesson learned, do not have an estate sale unless you are in the house during the sale. A typical all cash business where she pockets all the cash. I would consider my family's experience to be a violation and elder abuse. Beware of a 50 something year old guy named Eric that works with her. He has extreme anger management issues and is volatile. This is a very dangerous company. read more
