    Pistachio Gelato

My prize for a great Bike Ride (55 KM) and trying out @edsrealscoop over their lakeshore location. First impressions this is a place loved by the neighborhood and I can see why. Gotta love the generous portion and also the value of the scoops. If I wasn't on my bike I would order pints for some late-night snacking. I went with the Burnt Marshmallow that had a delicious caramelization with a great taste of Marshmallow. Underneath are Cookies and Cream. I love how it has chunks of cookies and cream for the crunch factor to it. Lastly, since they also offer gelato, I had to go for their Pistachio Gelato and it was heavenly. Note: Honey Yuzu and Earl Grey are something I would come back for.

Ed's knows ice cream, and each of its four shops in Toronto creates premium frozen treats in small, in-house batches using premium ingredients: Real cream, milk, sugar and farm fresh eggs. From the moment a spoonful hits your tongue, you'll be able to taste the difference -- and you'll dream about it too! What's the key to good ice cream? Recipes are made with a blend of milk and cream and churned at a low speed for an irresistibly creamy texture. It's no surprise that this ice cream is one of the city's best! Fan favourites include sweet cream, triple chocolate and burnt marshmallow. Shops have been open during COVID-19 with extended hours for the summer (check beforehand). If you can't make it into the shop, consider ordering a pint to enjoy chez vous...but it won't last long!

Ice cream, sorbets and general deliciousness. Cute little ice cream place in Roncesvalles that we stumbled upon. So many eclectic varieties of ice cream and makes everyone feel like a kid in candy/ ice cream store!! We tried the burnt marshmallow and chocolate ice cream sundae and oh it was so so good! The ice cream was so smooth and delicious, just perfect for a summer day. Although it was pouring rain that day! The staff are very friendly, place is super cute and nice. Highly recommend!

Close to my NEW HOOD Ed's Real Scoop has been the popular joint for awesome cool treats whether Gelato or ice cream, they've got it all. I decided to have their toasted almond, because it somewhat resembled my favorite gelato, Torrone/ turron. They've got plenty of flavors on hand and some stowed away in small takeaway tubs. Overall customer service is good and friendly. I'll be back soon

The flavours are just ok, is taste more like ice cream than Gelato. Lola's gelato is a better deal for your buck.
