Eventually, he remembered and said our agreed day was okay. I was grateful he took it in. The day of pickup I called in the afternoon and asked about my tailored product, they suggested I pick it up the next morning since it wasn't ready yet. I was mad, I said i needed it picked up on a day we all agreed on! Luckily, they were able to suggest pickup later in the evening. I was able to get my product, but it wasn't worth the stress. Price was decent. I'll have to find another place.

Service with a smile and a great attitude. Needless to say, if I have any other tailor needs I will return to John the Tailor.
