I was greeting with great customer service by Moe and the store's decor was lovely, as well as the merchandise for sale in the store. I explained my dilemma to Moe and ensured me that he could repair the boots without further issue regrading my heel or refurbishing my UGGS. Moe explained why the boot continued to break and said he would be glad to repair both pair. When I picked up my boots, Moe had astoundingly restored both pairs of my boots to an almost new store-bought piece of merchandise. I can't tell you how pleased I was with his work. Sam is honest. Just today I saw him advise a woman not to get a particular pair of shoes repaired, because they were just too far gone. He could have easily taken her money, but did not. Not perfect but fine enough for my kiddo to have functional boots. The second was a pair of Danner Boots. The rivet pulled and we needed it fixed. The "fix" is ATROCIOUS. Not only did he use a huge patch that is a different color he used different color rivets. I then called to ask for a refund given that the work looks like a toddler literally did it and he told me "you dont wear boots out on a date so who cares what they look like." He not only refused to refund me he was krass and rude about it. You can look at the picture and see for yourself what his craftsmanship looks like but stay far away from this place.

It's a funky little place with religious icons all over the store (I think the guy is Armenian), which gives it beau coup character. Cash only. And you have to pay 1/2 up front when you drop your shoes off. I can't blame the guy. For the prices he charges, I'm certain he can't afford to be stiffed for his work. If you have a pair of shoes that need some work (new soles, heals, etc.) do the world a favor and take them to Shoe Re-DO before you throw them out.
