Sonny and his team were amazing since day 1. I never once had to reach out to him to ask what the next steps were or wonder what was happening. When he said he would show up, he and his team did. There was even a day I was in the newborn trenches and had to take my daughter lunch and he told me absolutely not and he and his son bought my daughter lunch and took it to her. He contacted the garage company, window company, and gutter company for us--we did not have to lift ONE finger at all. When he said they would show up this day at this time...THEY DID. He checked on me and Emma and made sure none of his guys were ringing the doorbell or interfering with her nap time. He came and checked his crews work after completion and if he wasnt happy with something, he made sure it was fixed. We clearly were not going to get on the roof and check and of course would have no idea what to look for, it didnt matter, he takes pride in his work--thats integrity.
