Sonny and his team were amazing since day 1. I never once had to reach out to him to ask what the next steps were or wonder what was happening. When he said he would show up, he and his team did. There was even a day I was in the newborn trenches and had to take my daughter lunch and he told me absolutely not and he and his son bought my daughter lunch and took it to her. He contacted the garage company, window company, and gutter company for us--we did not have to lift ONE finger at all. When he said they would show up this day at this time...THEY DID. He checked on me and Emma and made sure none of his guys were ringing the doorbell or interfering with her nap time. He came and checked his crews work after completion and if he wasnt happy with something, he made sure it was fixed. We clearly were not going to get on the roof and check and of course would have no idea what to look for, it didnt matter, he takes pride in his work--thats integrity. I had my roof done by WDR in 2021 and honestly everything during the install was fantastic. They…read morewere quick, at one point it was going to rain mid-way through the install so they pulled out all the stops and they got my roof done ahead of schedule before it rained. Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.
