I highly recommend this Lens Crafters to help you fill your vision prescription and get into the right frames. They are an ethical group and will not pressure you into a frame or lens just because it brings them a higher profit. You get what you want, because you get the feeling their priority is to make you happy. I have been other places where it felt like their priority is to sell you the most expensive pair that they can. I hate that, and now that I found these good people, will stay loyal to their practice. I was helped by Maria, who was extremely patient and supportive while I changed my mind several times during the fitting process. The honesty and professionalism of the LensCrafters sales team is questionable because I received my reading classes and noticed that the slight prescription ordered was not done. My first time wearing eye glasses and I noticed that there wasn't any improvement in my vision when I put them on. I simply needed them for reading . The representative Caroline of the sales team was more focused on the sale then apologizing for the error made on their part. Caroline was cold , unapologetic and focused on me paying more money without customer satisfaction. She never apologized for the error that the prescription was incorrectly filled she just kept saying she didn't know how the lab was given the wrong information. It was simple , Caroline take accountability and resolve. I stated I wanted a refund and wouldn't recommend this lenscrafter for your eye glass prescription . The ophthalmologist was great but I wouldn't fill my eye glasses order prescription at this location. My experience with the honesty, integrity of trusting their team to provide clarity to have a corrected eyeglasses to be able to see was let down by this team. Dr. Anna-Kay Tenn is the most thorough optometrist I have ever had the pleasure of visiting! Wow. She is so patient, explains every single thing she's doing, the rationale for what she's doing, gives great recommendations, and is so damn cool. She introduced me to a new model of contact lenses that no one had ever told me about that worked better for my eyes. As she said, "I was using flip phone technology." She also gave me a form for a rebate for contacts. Very cool of her to save me some $$$ So glad I chose to come to her. Cheryl (not sure if I'm spelling it right) was the tech at the front desk and was so sweet. She made me feel comfortable and promptly saw me for my appointment. I think I got lucky the day I went because there was only one other person there. So I got everything done in about an hour. Vision exam and ordering contact lenses. To order contact lenses, that's done with the LensCrafters rep. Jessica was the rep and she was available right away for me while I was waiting for my eyes to finish dilating. Horrible experience at the Lenscrafters location in Pembroke Gardens.I was going to buy to pair of glasses, instead I ended up losing money, losing a claim with my insurance company not to say all the time I wasted ( 3 months ) due to the incompetence of some of the staff members. When I went the first time, the optometrist stated that my eyes were fine and after 3 wrong prescriptions she suggested that I needed a cataract surgery, which I don't have. Also the manager was condescending towards me every time I went to check the status of my glasses and always said " I am trying to help you" When I presented my case to the customer service dept. I was thanked for writing to them, but my request to at least reverse my insurance claim, wasn't even acknowledged on the reply. It looks a computer used a template to reply my email. Anyhow, I wouldn't recommend this company for glasses. Very unprofessional. Now they will comment on my post, stating to sequence of events are not as described by me. I literally loveee this place. I got my first pair of glasses in 2022 of November. Ever since I got my glasses with them, I've been going to do my exam there, including getting a new pair of glasses. I recently got my second pair of glasses and they actually broke because of me, unfortunately. I came in today and I spoke with one of the desk associates I , and she was so well mannered, understanding and welcoming!!! Every single time I come in there I get that vibe. Long story short I wanted to use my protection plan but she gave me a better idea and told me to use my protection plan at a LensCrafters closer to my school so that way I have glasses to wear without having to wait on my (brand new) glasses. She helped me out and had one of the ladies in the back (glasses tech) fix them enough until I could get my new pair and they look wonderful. I am horrible at scheduling appointments in advance. Hair or health... This store took walk-ins which was great for people like me who would just never get it done. I will say the initial hour wait was agonizing and then even after the exam there was still a long wait for the doctor. But all in all without an appointment is was okay. Staff was great, from reception to Dr. Tenn the optometrist to the helpful but not pushy sales staff. I've ordered my glasses online from China for a decade or so and really just need a prescription and have been to places that don't want to give me the Rx or won't give me the PD measurement or whatever. The Rx here was printed and given to me as the default. The glasses sales feels like an entirely separate business on the other side of the property and they were helpful, but didn't pressure when I said I didn't see anything I really liked. Oh, and I was literally in and out in an hour, perfectly timed and my exam started when the appointment was scheduled. Dr. Tenn is funny and attentive and fast without making you feel rushed. She was curious and listened and even explained what was going on with where the focus of my right eye is on my retina that NO ONE has explained to me in the last 40 years of having the same old condition I've had since 2nd grade. This is one of the worst experiences! My insurance is very limited and the deal at the store was better. But it's like they take advantage of you and try to make the most money without considering what you need. It's simple math, when I brought this to Art's attention he easily dismissed it. Like oh! You're right! Plus, the unwillingness to answer questions was definitely not appreciated. I actually call back on the phone only to be passed around and disappointed again! We had a looooong wait before they could see me and my husband for consultations with appointment. We were just curious how much fashion contact lenses would cost us and we were told it needs consultation. The girl at front desk didn't even want to understand what we were asking but gave us the quote over the phone anyway. I had an eye appointment today. I waited an hour past my appointment time to start the exam. My wife had problems with glasses being made incorrectly here. They are pushy about the ultralight lenses. They are also expensive. They quoted me nearly $1,000 for progressive lens glasses. They charge $20 a box more for my contacts than our warehouse store. Finally, Andrew is obnoxious, lots of unwanted advice about frame choices. read more

I went there about a month to get new glasses, I pick out a frame but it was all scratch up, I told the lady to order a new one for me, and went back to pick my glasses up they gave me the same exact one that was on the display and I ask the lady was that a new pair and she say yes, but I know it was the same one because it has the same scratches on the exact place, and I had ordered another one witch take another week.. So if I didn't look at it they would just fool me... So I just want to let people know that those people at the Pembroke lens crafter are not honest, they are hole bunch of lier and they charge a arm and a leg for their frame, you can buy those frame from the Internet for half of what they selling..
