I had such complex orthodontic needs two years ago that two other orthodontists declined to start Invisalign treatment with me unless I went through the traditional braces route! However, they referred me to Dr. Ashraf and Dr. Herchold and I'm really glad I went with them. Not only has my treatment surpassed all of my expectations, but every time I've visited this office, I've felt incredibly welcomed and comfortable. Their team has always helped me with any extra needs, such as tray cleaning or fixing tooth attachments. The orthodontists are really kind to work with, and Essence, one of their orthodontic assistants, has always been amazing and brightened my day anytime I've visited. This office always demonstrates incredible professionalism and kindness, not to mention that they are incredibly good at what they do, so you can't go wrong with picking them for your orthodontics needs!

One and a half years later, I have finally completed those sets, and they presented me with 21 more! They could have at least told me about this! Needless to say, I will be stopping my treatment in a few weeks. I have additionally been here for braces about six years ago. Back then I was a child with mostly baby teeth. What did they do? They gave me an expander and braces. (I was a little kid, it's not like I had a choice) Thank you SO much! It's not like those teeth are about to fall out anyways. The only good thing I have to say is that the staff are nice people, but that's it. When visiting any orthodontist I generally have moderate expectations, and I never expect to see a circus with a bunch of swindling clowns! Would not recommend to anyone for any reason.

We followed up to accept that resolution, and were then told that Dr. Gorton had "taken the offer off the table." This doctor seriously injured my child, left her treatment unfinished without regard for my daughter's health, and has now withdrawn the refund that was previously offered for treatment that was never completed. The result is that care that took years is now reversing, and we are having to pay additional thousands of dollars to address the damage. Based on our family's experience, the lack of follow-through and reversal of promises and agreements made has made an already devastating situation even worse. Any prospective new patient should be very cautious. Based on our family's experience, when something went seriously wrong, we were left with no meaningful recourse other than formal legal action, and no care for the actual patient and their treatment.

I regret choosing this orthodontist. What a nightmare!…read more Dr. Haney recommended Invisalign to close a small gap between my teeth in preparation for a bridge. I was told the treatment would take about two years and cost approximately $8,500. I followed the instructions carefully from 2021 to 2023. I wore my aligners day and night, attended all required appointments, and paid the full amount through the office's progress billing system. Unfortunately, the treatment was not completed successfully. When I moved from California to Oregon in late 2023, a new orthodontist evaluated my treatment progress and determined that the Invisalign treatment had not actually finished correcting the spacing between my teeth. In order to complete the work, I had to undergo additional orthodontic treatment and pay approximately $2647 out of pocket to the new orthodontist to finish what the original treatment was intended to accomplish. When I contacted Dr. Haney about this, he initially declined ANY responsibility. After further communication and with the help of Invisalign Corp. he later stated he would send $847 toward the additional cost and asked for my mailing address. I provided it, but the payment was never sent as he failed to uphold his promise to me. At this point, the additional orthodontic treatment I had to undergo represents duplicative costs for work that should have been completed under the original treatment plan: $2,647. After multiple attempts to resolve the matter privately, I received no further response. Because the issue remains unresolved, I have filed a formal complaint with the California Dental Board. I would still prefer to resolve this matter professionally. If reimbursement for the additional treatment costs is provided, I will update this review to reflect that the issue was addressed.
