    I emailed Callie to ask about filing a claim for my car. After a week with no reply I went online…read moreto file the claim. I called their office the day repairs were completed because State Farm sent me a notification my insurance was going up $1100 a year and I may lose my good driver discount. The call went to voicemail and no one ever called back, so I called State Farm directly. They put me on a 3 way call with the agent. The call was answered by someone saying they were 'Cal' but I learned in a few minutes this was Kelly, not Cal, because she wanted me to believe I was speaking to the agent. She said she'd have Callie call me back. Four days later, no call. I sent another email 5 days ago, no response. I called again this morning, Callie's on another line...will call me back....I'm filing a complaint today with the CA Dept of Insurance, while waiting for that return call.

    The worst most incompetent and neglectful agent there is. I have spent the last 5 months of my life…read moretrying to get life insurance that should be done in under 30 days. She didn't do one single thing for the first 2 months. Every time I contacted her she said she was going to start it but never did. 2.5 months ago she told me I could bind while we were in underwriting. But when I tried to do so she did not return my emails for the next 2.5 months. Then over 2 weeks ago she finally said we were done & ready to pay. Now I've been chasing her for over 2 weeks to try to pay. She refuses to send me a copy of the policy, credit card authorization form or call so I can pay. She said the only way that she would take payment is over the phone. But will not answer the phone or call back for over 2 weeks. Even though it's now been 5 months that I've been trying to start this policy. Her office told me every single day this week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday she would call me but she never did. The last time she called me was June 25 and it's Sept 12 now. I signed up in May but was not done until September and now 2+ weeks later I can't even get her on the phone to pay. Stay far far far far away from this absolute Nightmare and waste of time. Imagine how she would treat you if we were filing a claim, if this is how she treats clients when they're trying to sign up & pay.
