I coordinated with Jonathan after my vehicle needed major work after a deer accident. The repair covered the front half of my car. Most of the initial work turned out ok - but I had to follow up numerous times to get the hood seated and painted properly. First main issue was the hood did not line up with the body on each side of the car and it rattled excessively (so the shop fixed that portion and claimed it was OEM issue from Honda - OK) Second main issue - paint spot/debris/dip buildup on the top of the hood (to sum it up - not a great paint job and I know sometimes things can happen but this was too sloppy - I've seen better elsewhere). On the 3rd attempt after picking up the car - Jonathan mentioned to not rub the hood or put much pressure on it since the paint was still fresh. Well on the same day on the way home, the paint on top of the hood gets damaged due to debris from road. In my 30 yrs of driving several cars - I've never had this issue. The paint had not properly been CURED yet Jonathan released it. This is not rocket science - Had the shop kept the car for another day or two, this would not of happened. I was told to call back if I had any issue and when I did - I got nothing but excuses. He wouldn't offer to repair or touch it up. If this is how you do business - I will never use your shop again and I have let Geico know of your poor business. I hope this review gives some insight to others considering using this shop.
