My 2024 Toyota Tundra was damaged when my wife accidentally hit a parking post. I took it to the South Tryon Calliber Collision. I could not believe the excellent service I received! I worked with a terrific service expert named Stan. He called to update me after every part of the repair was completed. He was knowledgeable and treated me like I was top priority. Today when the truck was completed, my wife was at a meeting until 5:00 and I couldn't pick it up, he brought the truck to my house, which is only five miles away. Who does that? Nobody I have ever heard about. The truck looks great, the quality of workmanship superb and the total price was very fair. What should have been a straightforward repair has instead become a prolonged, deeply frustrating ordeal that has resulted in the total loss of my vehicle. This vehicle was not simply transportation. It was a gift from my husband, and your facility's failure to properly protect and secure it has caused significant emotional and financial hardship for my family. For nearly two months, I have been without reliable transportation while receiving little reassurance, accountability, or meaningful resolution from your company and its constituents. On March 30, 2026, a Snap-on truck backed into my vehicle while it was parked at your facility. The incident was captured on camera, yet the driver fled the scene afterward. Since that date, my husband and I have been in continuous communication with the Caliber Collision team in an attempt to resolve this matter, but those conversations have produced little progress, accountability, or meaningful resolution. At this point, the inconvenience and damages extend far beyond the vehicle itself. The lack of urgency and responsibility shown throughout this process has been extremely disappointing and has forced me to consider pursuing legal action if this matter is not immediately rectified. From this moment forward, I am formally requesting that Caliber Collision provide an appropriate cash settlement for the financial burden and inconvenience caused, or alternatively provide substantial compensation or a voucher toward the purchase of my next vehicle. Given the circumstances, this is the least your company can do to begin correcting the damage that has been done. I would appreciate a prompt response from management regarding how Caliber Collision intends to resolve this matter before further action becomes necessary.
