Instead of assisting me through the final steps of the process, Brett questioned my information for over an hour and made assumptions that made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I felt stereotyped and judged rather than treated as a valued customer. As a Latino professional and business owner, I work hard and take pride in my financial responsibilities. No customer should feel dismissed or profiled based on appearance, background, or assumptions about their income or success. The customer was yelling, cussing, calling the employee names, and becoming increasingly aggressive while she remained calm and professional throughout the interaction. What concerned me most was the lack of protection and support for your employees during the incident. There appeared to be no physical barrier or safety measure between the customer and the employee, and although a security guard was present outside, he did not intervene, attempt to de-escalate the situation, or ask the individual to leave. As the customer became louder and more hostile, it was upsetting to see the employee left to handle the situation alone. I understand businesses want to create a welcoming and personable environment for customers, but employee safety should also be a priority. Situations like this can quickly escalate, and employees should feel protected and supported when dealing with abusive or threatening behavior. It was honestly very difficult to witness such disrespect toward this young woman and your staff. I hope additional measures can be considered to better protect employees and ensure they feel safe while at work.

I remember getting all the information that helped persuade to open a membership. They assisted me with a credit card and then a personal loan to help me be debt free from past credit card uses! As of now, I'm close to paying off my debt and feel that Logix FCU gave me the chance to make that a reality!
