My bank ended up charging me over $100 in overdraft fees. I finally got in contact with my insurance company directly through one of victors co workers who not only explained why I was being charged this but was called progressive (parent company) for me and made the process much simpler. After all of this I tried to contact Victor and after explaining the bad experience I have had he just hands me the number to progressive and says he can't personally help me himself.
