I have been a member of Logix for several years and today I went in person to pull out my monies because I found a promotional rate at another credit union was very good on a 9 month CD. Brian the teller was so kind and not judge mental or negative about what I was requesting and I really appreciated the way he was interacting with me. He also got another very professional but easy going and accommodating credit union employee to assist with the transaction and proceeded to let me know that they would be happy to offer me the same CD for just a couple more months. She ensured it was approved in writing with her supervisors and I left the credit union happy that I could take advantage of their product without having to transfer to another credit union. Service is top notch at Logix. Banking, Account Managers and other employees always greet me with a smile and provide excellent service. They have some of the lowest auto loan rates, about 1.74% at the time of this review. Their website and simple to use and has plenty of functionality without being too over whelming. First off, the employees at this branch are great and always very helpful. However, the problem is that the indoor mask order is not being followed or enforced at this branch. Things are really bad covid wise right now and the past two times that I have come into the branch, I have seen numerous other people walk in without a mask. There is no enforcement of the mask rules by the person up front or any other employee and I do not feel safe and do not appreciate the possible increased exposure from these other unmasked customers. When I questioned this, I was told that corporate has advised the employees that they are not allowed to deny service or make people put on a mask. This is extremely disappointing and unfair to the customers who are following the rules to keep themselves and others safe. Walmart does a better job of enforcing the masks on customers than this branch does. read more

I love Logix and I have nothing but great things to say about them. But I stopped in today because I needed to speak with a teller, my experience was pleasant, but what really irritated me was having a manager stop me on the way out to let me know that I'm not allowed to bring in my small dog to the branch next time. It's end of June and the temperature is in the low 80's. I probably should have stopped off at home and left my dog but honestly it seemed easier to take her in with me. There were 2 other members in the office while I was there, my dog never barked or lunged at anyone, we were in and out. So I'm surprised she pulled me aside to assure me it was not okay to do what I did. Considering they are geared toward "customer satisfaction", perhaps she could have let it slide? I guess not. You let me down Logix :( Needless to say, I won't be returning to this branch. read more

Great rates on auto loans and mortgages! They definitely provide a much more personable feeling then any of the big banks. The savings account is on par with most banks meaning they give you next to nothing for your money. I do not have a checking account with them yet but plan to check that out in the future. I love this branch of Logix! Extremely warm personalities from everyone I've worked with: Kris, Ben, and Enrique. Kris specifically called me when strange things happened with my account once, and I am so thankful for the call and her help with it! When I had to open a new account, Ben was more than helpful in the entire process, and I think I asked too many questions, but he answered each one with a genuine smile.
