Ended up here by accident and I'm thankful I did! I met Joe (Founder/Master Distiller) and had great conversation and learned so much about the distillery. They are a grain to glass establishment and he has his hands in every part of the process. Unlike so many others, he actually distills his own product and truly cares about what he is doing. It was obvious that this isn't a hobby, it's a life style. Even the ice he uses is a concern of his! Plus it's nice to enjoy your drink and get to look at the still face to face. You'd be a fool if you don't stop and try their selection.

What a fun evening with friends! Just north of Churubusco on HWY 33, is this quaint little distillery producing some high quality cocktails. We visited when they had live acoustic music out back and Jimmy BBQ food truck in the parking lot. Great, laid-back atmosphere to have some drinks and relax. The staff was friendly and efficient, with abundant seating all throughout the property. Will definitely be back and hope they continue to be successful!

We have been to Edwin Coe twice now in the last month. Super friendly and attentive staff. Cant say enough about how enjoyable they made our two trips . Great drink menu. They have a very creative cocktail menu with traditional and unique combinations. My favorite was the summer mule. Great twist on an old classic. We highly recommend this distillery. Weekend food trucks and entertainment.

For Adult Beverages and food truck fun, this is definitely for the over 21 crowd! Worth the road trip!

The restaurant wasn't super busy, but there was a large party in front of us, so I assume that's why the food took so long. Something we couldn't figure out though. We waited 50 minutes for our food, but my husband's fries were cold and soggy and our hamburgers were barely warm. I ordered sweet potato fries that the cook forgot to make, so I got lucky and got those hot and fresh. We didn't mind waiting for our food at all, but why wait 50 minutes only for the food to come out cold? You could tell just by sight that our food had been sitting in the back for a bit. We took a few bites and asked for boxes so that we could heat our food up at home. There was no point in complaining as these days, most restaurant managers/owners couldn't care less and those that complain are stigmatized as "Karen's". The bill was almost 55 dollars for two hamburgers, two orders of fries and two soft drinks. Pretty pricey for cold food. Our server was really nice though and unfortunately I don't know her name to recognize her good service. We won't return and will not recommend to anyone. I also want to say that I don't want free food. That's exactly why I don't complain at restaurants. Like I said above, the stigmatization is real and I don't want to be labeled as that person. I just think it's sad that in this day and age, we have to just accept bad experiences or else face the consequences of being called derogatory names. If the food would have been hot though, it would have been outstanding.
