M&D sent out four ladies, and they did a great job. We were mainly looking for baseboards, high dusting, and light fixture cleaning, as well as floor cleaning (hardwood, carpet, and bathroom tile). They worked fast and cleaned more than I expected. I was very pleased with the results, and for the size of home the cost was very reasonable. I will be recommending them to my neighbors, and will likely call them in for a move out cleaning if our sales contract stipulates.

We used Noble twice as part of a move in to our new home and move out of our old house and they were AMAZING! With a move, timelines can be tight, but Noble was able to get cleaners (and a steaming company) to both houses with just a few days notice and make the entire process seamless for us. They were proactive about letting us know the timing for their team and while we were not able to be there, their team sent us photos of the results (which we then verified in person--results were amazing). For cleaning our move out house, they called to say it would be one more hour (and a higher fee than the initial quote off the internet). We had ZERO issues with paying that. It is hard to do an accurate quote without doing a walkthrough, so if you book them online and the final cost is a little higher, give them grace. They do a really good job and are fair, communicative and transparent about pricing and scope of work. As said, our former landlord loved their work. We will hire them again this fall to clean before and after for one of our parties. They have a really great team and deserve your business (and cash tips).

Can you wipe your finger on the top of your whiteboard, that part waaay up there, and see no residue on your finger? I can. After someone cleans your desk, is it both spotless and have nothing out of place? Mine does. Let me cut to the chase. If you need a cleaning team that treats your house/office like you had all day to clean it yourself, do yourself a favor and hire this crew. Ok, left them a message that I was going back upstairs and to call when they were closer. I found out they were in traffic due to construction. I think they should have called to tell me that. It was a workday for me! Anyway they arrived and hardly spoke English and I don't speak much Spanish. Recommend to the company that they send someone who at least has some basic knowledge of the English language so its not hard to explain things to them.
