Always love popping in for a sweet treat. The ive cream they have on hand is always so amazing... yes I know they are known for chocolate- but sometimes you want a little something else. They also have these amazing cream cheese cake sesame cake (the name is escaping me) and they are DEEEELICIOUS! And yes- the chocolates are always on point. I love grabbing a bagged snack to take home too. It is a cute spot to sit and enjoy your treat and staff are always so kind.

My husband and I stopped by to grab a box of their well known chocolates. Despite being late in the day they still had plenty of chocolates. The service was a little lukewarm but they did have suggestions for us: Blue corn: Smooth texture but not my favorite flavor Whiskey caramel: Somewhat runny. STRONG whiskey flavor so may not be for everyone Ginger: one of my faves. Surprised I liked it so much. Smooth with lots of ginger but mellowed so it reached the perfect level of intensity. Dubai: Great texture and crunch. A little disappointed by the berry instead of pistachio but not a bad flavor Dark chocolate: Rich velvety truffle middle, not very sweet. Cocoa nib: the inside was like butter and left a coating on the tongue. Thought I would like this one but wasn't a fan of the mouthfeel. Nice flavor on the inside though! Gave a peppermint to my brother in law and a Mezcal caramel to my sister so I didn't get to try! Caramel was quite messy though because it's so soft (not my personal preference) Overall lovely chocolates. I will say the price hurt a little but I have to remember that the prices of chocolate has really just skyrocketed so I can't blame them for trying to cover their costs.

Frocho (frozen chocolate ) So chocolate-y. Yum. Dairy free and vegan too.

One word: Frocho (Frozen hot chocolate)! So good, very chcocolate-y and dairy -free. I really like this location of Monsoon Chocolate. I like that they have a booklet with the ingredients and allergens available per request as needed. Lots of vegan options for drinks, icecream, baked goods and market products. I also like the products they sell in their little market like Harissa and vegan Stroopwafels. I like the outdoor patio. For hot drinks, if you like them to be very hot I would make sure to mention it to the person making them. My general rating system: 1 star: I would stay away 2 stars: Has some good things about it but I generally don't recommend. 3 stars: Pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back but a decent place 4 stars: Great place. I would go back. 5 stars: I highly recommend stopping whatever you are doing and making plans to try it out! An Evie favorite!

Quick stop for chocolate gift and personal snack... no scone, so settled for a sweet, salty puffed pastry.

Such a cute cafe with lots of fun goodies to shop and look at while you wait for your coffee. The chocolate is also delicious and the staff are always super friendly

Finally stopped by the brick and mortar shop of monsoon chocolate! I've purchased multiple chocolates of theirs from markets in the past, but enjoyed stopping by the physical shop. The shop open concept with seating available inside. They also sell some gift store products in the center of the shop. Here they not only sell their chocolates, but they also have a variety of drinks and baked goods. I chose a fresh brownie, which was AMAZING! Service was fast. The only constructive feedback I have is that their bon bons are a little pricey- so they really only can be a special treat. But they are delicious!

Monsoon is such a great local cafe! The service is always wondering which I'm thankful for. Very supportive and attentive. I love stopping in on occasion for a warm chocolate drink and a treat. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. WiFi and bathrooms for customers. And even a little market loaded with unique goodies from local to international. A wonderful place for a new snack to try , fun ingredients for recipes and beautiful gifts. I highly recommend the mocha which is made with their chocolate , yum!

Learned to LOVE fresh chocolate on honeymoon in Europe. A two day stay in Brugges, Belgium to be specific. A US favorite is Chuao Chocolate, a SoCal regional chocolatier. I prefer to buy local and support small business. The Monsoon Chocolate has ample parking and conducive hours for shopping. It's in the Copenhagen business park and all the signage is red and white, so keep a sharp lookout. Ambiance/Cleanliness-Clean, industrial vibe space, bigger floor area than necessary, minimizes the visual impact of items for sale. Well lit. 3 stars Service-was odd. The staff member helping me only used one hand to pick my chocolate bon bon selections. Not rude, but highly affected. Helpful. 3 stars Chocolate- Artistically crafted. No doubt, this is some gorgeous chocolate. Mixed feelings. 15 pieces were $55.00. Thats almost 4 dollars a bonbon. The standouts were caramelized white chocolate, chiltepin caramel, whiskey del bac caramel and milk chocolate vanilla. Exceptional. The blueberry, hibiscus, and chai were unimpressive. Suspected that there would be some strong favorites...and equally, some not...this is true..just wish they could all be awesomely delicious. 4 stars.

I've been wanting to try Monsoon Chocolate forever so when a book pop-up event was announced, I was super excited. Aesthetically, both the cafe and chocolates are incredibly appealing. However, out of everything I tried, it was a mixed bag. There were some chocolates I really enjoyed and others I don't care to try again. The chocolate is also pretty expensive but does reflect the time, effort, and resources put into the chocolate production. My favorite part was the cheesecake I ordered and I would recommend getting one of the pastries out of the case rather than the actual chocolate.

Stopped in during a book event & while very busy, the line moved quickly. Service was a tad slow once we ordered, there was only one person making drinks but once we received our drinks they were fabulous! I also grabbed some dark chocolate cocoa brittle & it was by far the best brittle I've had in a long time!

I've definitely found my new addiction/favorite spot! I've had monsoon chocolate before, but I've never visited either location and I was so delighted! The space is large and airy, without feeling sterile. The staff was SO warm and welcoming. And everything we ordered was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend the miso brownie - not too sweet and just the perfect mixture of cakey and fudgey. Paired with a plain latte - perfection. I will def be back!

Monsoon Chocolate's cafe is as whimsical and beautiful as their chocolate! I've been a long time fan of Monsoon, purchasing their chocolate from their original location and at farmer's markets for years, but recently (finally!) went to their cafe in midtown. What a treat for all the senses! The decor is bright, colorful, and playful, it smells of fragrant coffee, pastries, and sugar, and OF COURSE the food and drink are divine. You can't go wrong here: the bon bons are superb, the ice cream is excellent, and the coconut macaroons are to die for. Monsoon Chocolate is my not-so-secret go-to gift for foodies, and stopping by this location for an indulgent bite is definitely a gift to yourself!

This is such a neat spot. They have bonbon chocolates (works of art), ice cream, baked goods, and coffee. You order at the front counter, and they have a swanky seating area in the back with tables. Monsoon's bonbons are famous; google them! 14 international chocolate awards! I've bought variety boxes and had tasting sessions with friends and family. We get a sharp knife and cut them in fourths. My bonbon palate may not be sophisticated enough for some of the flavors, but I always enjoy trying different flavors. Definitely a culinary experience. The back seating area with tables also has a small market area with carefully curated foods that are great for gifting. I noticed local in addition to international food goods. I wish the seating area had cozy touches, like fluffy chairs or couches. It's a very nice place to meet up with a friend for a visit or pop in some earbuds, study and get some work done.

The storefront has a really cool vibe, although I've mostly just stopped in to pick up my orders rather than hang out. They also sell some excellent rim dips that are perfect for adding a fun twist to homemade drinks. Another thing I appreciate is the flexibility because u can have your order shipped or pick it up at one of their locations and save on shipping costs. If you're looking for quality Mexican candy, Tannas Botannas is definitely worth checking out.

Fudge: I could take it or leave it, mostly leave it…read more Me, trying her fudge: I GOTTA HAVE THIS FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE!!! Really, if you want the best fudge on the planet, you have to get some of hers. BUT you have to come early because she sells out of it very fast. And I'm serious--I LOVE this fudge! I love it as much as I love ice cream. And that's saying a LOT. (For me, ice cream is a food group.) When I eat this fudge, I really really really have to exert all of my self discipline and say, "OK, I *will* be nice, I *will* leave a little sliver for my wife and daughter to have some, too." Yes, it's SO difficult. Everyone I've talked to that has tried her fudge is THE SAME WAY. Deb makes it all from scratch with no recipe. She has been doing this for years, started out making it with her grandmother who taught her how to make it. And yet, it turns out consistently heavenly. Every time. The fudge is not too sweet. So smooth in consistency. Perfect. And I'll get to her peanut brittle and toffee in a moment... Flavors (I'm not sure of the official flavor names): Peanut Butter/Dark Chocolate Fudge, Milk Chocolate Pecan Fudge, Dark Chunk Chocolate Fudge, Milk Chocolate Pecan Fudge, (Dark?) Chocolate Cherry Fudge, Milk Chocolate Fudge. The smart people will text her and reserve the fudge you want. (See her website for contact info.) OK, the brittle and toffee. Peanut, cashew brittle and toffee. Same story! Same Story! Such great stuff. My favorite is the Toasted Coconut Cashew Brittle. Coconut is perfectly toasted. Her brittle and toffee is perfect, not the kind that will break your teeth or stick to your teeth and take out your fillings or crowns. The perfect crunch. Amazing flavors: Dark Chocolate Peanut Brittle, Fear the Reaper Peanut Brittle (Definitely fear this one--so hot! She does not recommend this one. I haven't been brave enough to try it yet.), Hot Hot Hot Habanero Peanut Brittle, Jalapeño Peanut Brittle (another of my favorites), Perfectly Peanut Brittle, Pleasantly Pecan Brittle, Sea Salt Peanut Brittle, Toasted Cashew Brittle, Toasted Coconut Cashew. Toffee flavors: English Toffee, Espresso Toffee, Sea Salt Toffee, Toffee Tossed Pecans. She says, "Always gluten free. Dairy free & nut free options available." She is at the St. Phillips Farmers Market on Saturdays and Sundays 9:00 - 1:00. Her husband is at the Rincon Valley Farmers Market on Saturdays 9am - 1pm (Oct. - Apr.) & 8am - 12pm (May - Sep.). At the market, by 4 get the 5th one FREE. Also, orders $40 or more get free shipping. Go to her website, www.SweetArizona.org to get her phone, email, FB, etc. and other details. You will either love me for this review or hate me because now you have found another way to burn holes in your wallet/purse! 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

I'm not buying it as I think candy in general is terrible for you. I was only in there cause my friend wanted candy and probably a sugar high before she started her depressing journey of hw. I ended up purchasing a giant licorice black rat packaged by Jelly Belly as a prank gift for $3, and she ended up getting a small bag of chili mango jelly beans that were weighed out by the owner... jelly beans ended up being close to $6.00 for a tiny portion. Yes, the owner allowed us the sample some jelly beans, and etc and she was very nice, but I thought her prices were kinda expensive and her store could use a little more "class". Her items should be presented more nicely.. to attract more customers. There were also party balloons and tacky leis+things that I could find at the .99 cent stores in the back.. that didnt really leave a good impression on me.. especially since the store is called Classy Sweets. I'm unsure how much longer this place will stay open, even though it just opened about 4-6 weeks ago.. they really need to make this place look more inviting.. and less chintzy.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! - Prices NOT marked for a reason!…read more- Candy is OLD and even EXPIRED - sometimes by YEARS! - They REFUSE REFUNDS and claim "their machine can't do refunds". Background: I wish we read some of the other reviews for this store before shopping here due to similar experiences others posted. My wife and I thought this shop and the owner were sweet when we first stopped by after a lunch in this plaza/decided to give them our business and bought a few small candy items for the kids for Easter. The total was VERY high - much more than we expected! The receipt wasn't itemized, and this put us in an awkward situation to ask questions or just accept the cost. We felt bad for not asking and decided to just accept the total but left the store feeling totally ripped off. When the kids got their candy on Easter, our son immediately said his first jelly bean "tasted stale and was really hard". Upon inspection, the "Use By/No Later Than Date" was a year old! We checked the rest of the candy and ALL of it/everything we had purchased was expired - some of it even had a "USE BY" date of 2023! Her shop is halfway across town from us, but we had saved the receipt and took all the candy back still wrapped/sealed (minus the 1 jelly beans container our son opened). The lady informed us "their business model is buying expired candy and re-selling it at a 'discount'. This was never disclosed. She assured us "the candy is still fine - even years later, but the chocolate might taste a little different"... She even suggested she has customers who "like the harder jelly beans because they like sucking on it and it softens after a while". Incredible! Finally, she said the "USE BY" date is simply a "SELL BY DATE". I pointed out "USE BY" implies consuming the candy or it would say "SELL BY" and that we would like our money back. She immediately said "her machine can't do refunds". Interesting, because her machine certainly took our credit card, but then she claimed she couldn't refund it? I asked if she could do a cash refund instead then. She refused. Full disclosure, she did offer for us to hunt for non-expired candy in her store to exchange for our return, but I reiterated we just wanted our money back, had our receipt, and all the candy was still packaged but expired. She refused. SUMMARY: BUYERS BEWARE!!!! This store re-sells EXPIRED CANDY under the name "Classy" Sweets (ironic) without disclosing this business model, DOESN'T MARK PRICES on items so they can mark them much higher/whatever they want at checkout (our fault for not asking first), and REFUSES REFUNDS - even if you bring a receipt and everything is still packaged. We definitey will NOT be doing business here again, and we plan to warn EVERYONE about this place! It's apalling there are still businesses like this.
