Negatives: 1. They sent the wrong size hose to hook up to the sanitary seat. Took me an hour to get one from the hardware store. 2. Took me another 1/2 hour to figure out why the fill valve was getting stuck. The bulb was hitting the wall of the tank. The top orifice for the fill valve should be moved further away from the wall. Bought a $1,500 tankless water heater from their Amazon store. It arrived so beat up I'm just praying it will work when I install it. Dented up, parts broken or missing. The screws for the cover don't even match so I don't think it was just shipping damage. The box was also clearly re-taped so it has been opened. I think the frauds re-sold a returned water heater. I should have looked up the seller before buying. Now I'm just praying it functions ok when I install it because they clearly will give me a hassle trying to return it. Stay away from efaucets!! I sure wish I would have read these Yelp reviews before I ordered from eFaucets. I have multiple issues with this seller and transaction. My tankless water heater failed, so I ordered a Rinnai RE160iN (natural gas) water heater from eFaucets (amazon) that included "FREE NEXT DAY SHIPPING". The following day, I received a message that there was a problem with the shipment and that it would be delayed - so NOT next day shipping (bait-and-switch on the expedited shipping!). When the shipment finally arrived, I realized that eFaucets actually sent a Rinnai RE160iP (propane) water heater. I contacted eFaucets for a return and was told that the item was not eligible for return due to "shipping issues". When I insisted that the return was due to THEIR mistake they relented and finally sent a return shipping label. I promptly returned the water heater and waited a week for my refund with NO response from eFaucets. I contacted them to ask when I could expect my ~$900 to be refunded and they responded that : "the serial number of the returned item does not match the serial number of the item shipped, therefore the item is not eligible for return." I've filed a complaint with Amazon and am disputing the purchase with my credit card company. eFaucets has provided me with the WORST customer service experience I have ever received from any amazon purchase in more than 20 years on the platform. eFaucets lied about delivery, shipped the wrong item, refused to accept the return, and refused to refund payment. I would advise everyone in need of plumbing fixtures to look somewhere other than eFaucets for their purchases. Save your money, save the heartache and avoid eFaucets like the plague! Bait and Switch!! Bought a drinking fountain from Walmart, they were the 3rd party seller. The picture shows a fountain with a bottle filler attached. The description on included the model number vague on purpose. The product was actually just the bottom part of the fountain. Told me it was my fault I didn't know what model I was buying. The picture doesn't matter. They post the incorrect picture to fool the customer. The fountain was also dented and had scratches. They did not care one bit. I ordered through Amazon, and they ordered through a third party vendor, which happened to be eFaucets. I ordered a toilet tank, and mine was a 2 bolt attachment to the bowl, and the one I ordered was a 3 bolt attachment. I received it, opened the box, lifted it and once I saw it was the wrong tank I lowered it back into the box, taped the box and sent it back. I paid $123.00 and my refund was $39.00. I have never had a problem returning items through Amazon, but it was stated it was ordered through a third party, that's not my problem because your stamp is on the order. eFaucet said the box had been open and there was some black scuffs on the tank which made it nonsaleable. So they charged me for opening the box and saying that the tank was damaged. If there was any damage to the tank, it was sent to me in that condition. I have read some similar complaints. This is definitely a company that I and Customers need to stay away from. I will reach out and file a complaint with every company possible. It's the principal of them stating I damaged their product, give the consumer the benefit and understand that the item could have been damaged in transit. UPDATE: the carrier showed up to pick up our return...a full day and a half late. We had no idea they were coming (how could we have? They never called.) and the man who showed up rang the doorbell repeatedly, interrupting my husband who was dealing with a work emergency remotely. To top it off he was rude. All on my Ring camera, so if I ever get the urge to try eFaucets again all I have to do is watch the video on my phone. REVIEW: I rarely leave negative reviews - peek at my profile to verify this. But my very first experience with eFaucets has been so awful I felt it my duty to forewarn others. I own a design firm so we buy a fair amount of product. I tend to stick to my usuals for client projects, but as I'm doing a remodel on my own home right now, figured I'd see what eFaucets had to offer. What a mistake. Needing a tile-ready shower pan, we called to ensure the one we needed in our size was, and were assured it was. It was not. So we ordered another pan. Fine. It got her and is correct and is exactly what we needed. Where this transaction has gone off the rails is in trying to return the incorrect pan. First, my rep wanted to charge me a restocking fee for their own mistake. In her defense she removed jr, but not before letting me know she "couldn't do it again." Hey, listen, I have no issue paying for my own mistakes, but not for the mistakes of eFaucets's uninformed sales reps. Second, the shipping carrier has no-call, no-showed twice now. With five hour pick-up windows you'd think they could make it. Nope. And to add insult to injury they don't call to say they aren't coming. After the first skipped pickup I emailed my rep, Ruth, who said she'd contact the carrier. They said they could "be there around 6pm". Mind you my delivery time was 8am to 1pm and I had cancelled my morning to wait at the house for them. I said I was no longer at the house and could they come the next day? I was told no, they'd have to be rescheduled and to do that I'd need to wait for the carrier to send me an email and choose a date, four days from then. Fine. I did that. Two days ago I emailed my rep to ask her to please make sure the carrier would show up this time. Here is my email: "Hello, Ruth. I've scheduled for February 20th between 8am and 1pm. If they're going to be tardy or need to reschedule again please let me know. I have to schedule myself to be home at this time, so a formal cancellation is preferred to a no-show. Thank you." Here is her response: "If they are late, you will need to contact them to confirm the time. You can call the carrier directly to confirm. We do not usually get involved with the pick ups. They do not notify us if they are running late or early." Obviously I don't feel it's my responsibility to not only schedule the return, stay home for five hours, but also call and ensure the carrier will, you know, SHOW UP. Especially considering I supposedly have an account rep. My response: "They are welcome to let me know if they are running late, as are you. The onus should not be put on the client to make sure the carrier used by your company is running on time. That is not my responsibility. Again, if they are running late they can let ME know. They didn't show up at all last time. I would hope you would be doing everything on your end--as the account rep--to ensure they do this time." And hers: "If they do come late again you will need to contact the carrier directly, you can even contact the carrier in the morning to see if they are running on time. They do not contact us if they are running on time or not." This was two days ago. The pickup was scheduled between 8am and 1pm today. It's now 5pm. No pickup. I have emailed my rep. No response. If my sales team treated a customer in this manner they would be asked to leave my company. Use this company at your own risk. read more

Then, unfortunately our contractor got seriously sick, and couldn't install it for another three months. When he finally tried to install it, it turned out to be a cheap, flimsy piece of junk. Far and away THE worst experience I've ever had with an internet vendor in the last two decades. Have shopped online for home remodels before, and this place was the worst by far. When I placed my order, everything was in stock and ready to ship. But then when a vanity was missing on delivery day, I called (this is a few weeks after I got order confirmation and an email stating it was being shipped out the next business day, etc). Turns out eFaucets processed my order without notifying their distributor to send me my items. By the time they realized this (and admitted they screwed up big), everything is on back order for a month. Then a month turns into 2....and then I'm notified it would be 3 months late. When I was told the Chinese New Year was going to add a 3rd month delay I was done. Previously my remodel was on time and on track - their delays cost me hundreds in having contractors have to come back out for additional visits, not to mention the stress of trying to find a stand in vanity that would fit in the space to get through a final inspection. Was I offered a discount on the rest of my order to apologize for their multiple screw ups? No - they told me they 'guessed' they could refund the items that were 2 months past it's 'guaranteed delivery' date and I could just find another vendor. I guess I should be grateful that their refund process only took two weeks. Pay the extra $20-100 somewhere else; the stress of dealing with this retailer and their affiliate group (eImprovement.com LLC) is simply not worth it. No amount of planning for delays on your part (I was having my items delivered a month in advance) can fix incompetence and poor customer service. read more

Ordered a faucet that arrived defective. We called to return it and was told that because it was installed the manufacturer won't accept the return from efaucets. Therefore, efaucets won't accept the return from us. How is somebody supposed to know a faucet is defective without installing and trying it? I was told to call the manufacturer and work it out with them. I didn't buy from the manufacturer. I bought from EFAUCETS. I can't imagine what kind of reputation I would have if I sold one of my own customers a piece of defective equipment and then basically told them it wasn't my problem. The manufacturer offered to send us a replacement cartridge but we couldn't wait and ended up purchasing a different faucet from a local supplier. I ordered a $600 Kohler toilet. Ordered mid October. Delivered early November WITHOUT the toilet seat. The contractor installed the toilet without the seat, since I figured hey Ill call and they'll just expedite it quickly to me...Not the case. Called November 16th and 20th and asked where is the toilet seat. They responded that its not their fault since Kohler was shipping it. First off I ordered from Efaucets, you should take responsibility.... They moved to request it be shipped to us and stated that we would have it in a couple weeks. A couple weeks go by and I call again on the update. The first person lies as she states " we do have a tracking number but the person who has the information is not in, it has been shipped". I called Dec 2nd asking for the tracking. Another reply back with a lie stating "it shows in the system as ordered and shipped, ill have the confirm to you by tomorrow". I received an email today stating that the toilet seat wont be sent out until Dec 20th. WTH! As recommended by other reviewers I think I will use Amazon from now on. No one at efaucets wants to take responsibility. With family and friends visiting over the holiday season, the missing toilet seat is such an inconvenience and an embarrassment. read more

The delay in obtaining the right plumbing components cost me many hundreds of dollars paying my contractor to undo and re-do the plumbing. Then I had to expedite the correct components (which cost more $$$), to get it right. Then working with Customer Service, Shawna and her manager Kristen took months to work out a refund for the wrong components - which of course they did not repay me for the contractor rework or expedited shipping charges. One would ASSUME a company with "E" in the name would be e-commerce friendly. Maybe not Amazon quality but at least able to deal with electronically knowing what's in inventory, pulling it, shipping it... you know, basic stuff for on-line sales. (not so much). Step 1) No hot water in shower and hubby who can fix anything goes to mfg web site, figures out the part needed, sources it on eFaucets.com and orders it for overnight shipping because well New Year's Eve and we had to turn off water to the house to prevent dripping. Inventory says they had 17 in stock. Step 2) No Part, No word from eFaucets.com, No Customer Care working... but a really nice plumber came by to fix the problem and said he would trade out the part when it comes. Start playing the obnoxious on-hold music now... Multiple calls, A few empty promises (like an email which never came), A hang up after being on hold for 20 minutes, Customer Service which is apparently completely different from Customer Care and not on the same data base (not sure what the difference actually is)... and when you actually get a rep on the phone hahahahahahha. eFaucets.com (a .com company) in theory takes between 24 and 48 hours to cancel an order for a part they don't have in stock, won't get in stock for another 2 weeks and yet shows in their inventory as having 17 of them. Worst online retailer I have ever used. Placed my order for a "in stock" sink on Feb 20, 2017. Received an email the next day saying the sink is out of stock and would take 8-10 weeks for delivery. Frustrating but not a deal breaker since we would not need the sink for another four months because it was for new construction. Decided to patiently wait it out. After 9.5 weeks and noticing the sink in stock on other retailers websites, I called and spoke with Heather in customer service. She seemed very nice and said that the sink is back in stock and that they just needed shipping dimensions and weight from the manufacturer before it could be shipped. She said she would follow up the next day with me. After a week of not hearing back I called again and spoke with another customer service lady who told me I could not speak to Heather and she would help me. She looked up my order and told me the same thing Heather did. That they did not have dimensions for my order and that she would get back to me. Still nothing. Now it has been 11 weeks since my initial order. After looking up reviews of this company I decided I better just try to get my money back, since I paid in February, Reviews sound like they have a long history of ripping people off.
