If I could leave zero star rating I would! This is without question the WORST company I have ever dealt with in 40 years in the construction business! I orders a simple trim, as my local supply house was 3 weeks out and the customer needed it ASAP. efaucets claimed 3 day shipping. It took 2 weeks to ship (simply drop shipped from the manufacturer). In that two weeks I spend endless hours on the phone with "customer service" hold, only to be hung up on in the automated system, NEVER getting through to a person. Numerous emails went unanswered regarding a ship date. The trim finally showed up from the manufacturer, and it was the wrong trim. This error was not Efaucets , but the manufacturer. Now the fun REALY began! Same exercise getting through on the phone, but you can get closer by asking for sales instead of customer service (surprise, surprise!) the women in the phone wanted me to "just leave the unit on the porch and someone would pick it up, and once they got it back, they would credit me and ship me the correct one!". They would not supply an RGA, give me a contact number or person or anything. Once again several phone attempts including once when I did get through, the rude sales lady literally hung up on me! I insisted that they cancel the order as I wasn't going to go through this to get the proper trim. I finally contacted the manufacturer, they admitted the problem with out question (in the interim I ordered the proper trim from a different vender and had it in 2 days! I told the manufacturer that I had canceled the credit card payment to efaucets but didn't wish to stick them with the loss of thier product. I told them to figure out how to get it back to them. Finally, three weeks later I got an email with an RGA from efaucets (I sent them the same email every few days saying I had canceled the credit card and if they ever wanted to get thier product back it was up to them to deal with it!) I dropped it off at the UPS store, and now three weeks later, my credit card has been credited (I never expected to see that!) So, for a $200 faucet trim (which I could get from my local supply house cheaper) my customer had to wait three weeks for the trim, and I wasted several hours on the phone, between the vender, the manufaturer and the credit card company! So, even if they are the ONLY supplier of what you need, DON'T use them! They are simply a boiler room/Internet drop ship company. They only broker items on line taking a mark up. My guess is they will stiff the venders at some point, go out of business and reappear as a different dba. I can't stress this enough, do not patronize these people! read more

I ordered a faucet from these people on January 9, 2012, and they charged my credit card $264.38 the next day on the tenth. After not hearing from them in one and a half weeks, I sent them an e-mail inquiry about the status of the faucet. I got the following generic response. "The Belle Foret N110 01 CP you ordered has an ETA to you of about 2-3 weeks from today." Another 2-3 weeks from today?!! On January 30th, I called them and spoke with a representative. She "checked" with the warehouse, and came back and said that the faucet would be shipped on the 5th of February... a Sunday. When I called her on the Sunday shipping date, she corrected it by saying she meant Monday... the warehouse had given her the wrong date. OK, the 6th of February, I called for a status update... this time, I spoke with Trina and she stalled by saying it would be in this coming Friday, February 10th. I cancelled right then and requested a reversal of $264.38 to my credit card. She said they would send an e-mail confirmation of my cancellation... they did not. The bottom line is... they do not have an inventory... they charge your credit card immediately... then order the merchandise from the manufacturer... and they ship it to you. Their free shipping deadline is a joke... it changes as the deadline date approaches. Agree with everyone else here. Customer service is horrible and they won't do anything to help even when an order is damaged. Shopping is horribly slow. I will never shop here again. EDIT - customer service private messaged me so they could "help" me. Instead, Leigh from CS used this so she could defend the company against my review. Here is what actually happened. The item I shipped was a tub - if you know anything about bathroom renos, this is the MOST IMPORTANT item in the renovation. Everything revolves around it. It took about 7 business days to get it delivered - by the time it was delivered, it was broken. I called SAME DAY AND WAS PROMISED TO GET IT DELIVERED WITHIN 2 business days. The item was in stock at a local facility less than 1 hour away. However, it took over 6 business days and many angry calls for it to get delivered. I literally could have driven over to pick it up but the company policy does not allow for it. Not only did I have contractors sit and waste money and time, efaucets didn't give a hoot about helping me. This is a bs company. Don't ever use them. Efaucets has ACCESS to a lot of nice faucets. I say "access" because every faucet I've ordered was 'out of stock' and backordered (yes I've ordered several at different times). They often won't give an estimated eta. I don't think they actually have a stock of anything anywhere. I think they order from the manufacturer for the most part. They surprise-shipped a faucet to me when I was out of town. Fed Ex left it in a bag by my front gate when they were supposed to hold it until I got back. Not happy about that. ORDER CAREFULLY. They claim easy exchanges or returns. They don't mention the restocking fees until much later in the fine print. We ordered 2 faucets that didn't fit our sinks and would not take them back. We had ordered and PAID FOR 11 items for our bathroom renovation. On receiving our shipment, we discovered that two items were missing. After DAYS and NUMEROUS calls and given the run-around on the 2 missing items, the woman who said she'll look into it decided to cut a major attitude and had the audacity to accuse us of never having ordered or even paid for the 2 items when we have a copy of confirmation receipt and credit card statement. Besides having wasted my time and having to acquire the missing parts from elsewhere, I now have the added headaches of trying to recover the money that eFaucets technically STOLE from us AND a renovation contractor who can't extend his schedule due to this delay. I've ordered my bathtub on Friday morning. Their website said that there are 3 in stock and that it will be shipped the same day if ordered before 3pm. They did not ship on Friday or the day after. Actually, they just charged my credit card and did nothing. I send email complaint on Tuesday, no response. Called on Wednesday and they told me that there was high volume and it will ship the next day. Needless to say it did not ship. I called on Friday 4pm, during their business hours, but their lines are off. Saturday, during their stated business hours and still their phone is off. Its a weekend now and no change. Several days later, after I didn't hear anything back, I followed up with them again. They offered an excuse about how there was a delay hearing back from their vendor. KNOW their return policy. It has several different sections with the first stating " That's why we make buying easy with 30 Days Return or Exchange!" It is not until you get to the 5th section, does it say "for a full refund, less shipping charges and a restocking fee." Nice to casually throw the restocking fee in there at the end. I understand shipping charges but restocking fee should be mentioned in section 1 where it's stated what can / cannot be returned .... finally in the 6th section the different restocking fees are listed. I did receive my order in a timely manner. Now I am waiting to see how long it takes to get an RGA number and then a refund. read more

Prices were a definite advantage compared to some of my local lighting suppliers. Order a Blanco sink 440207 on 10/07 after 3 calls to find out why same sink was Iisted with 3 different sku #s and 2 different prices. My order was 1 of 3 new in box return items discounted over $100. After being assured the sink would arrive in perfect condition or I could return it.... and get a replacement in short order... I made the $404 purchase. Sink arrived 10/11. Here were no sink brackets or a template in the manufacture'a box, sink in new condition. Per efaucets instructions I called to return as incomplete/damages. The customer service rep told me it would take no time to get the template and brackets. It took 3 1/2 weeks... during which time Iconstantly called to the obtain status of the items. Attempted to return within the 30 limit because I was still missing the template... they wouldn't allow an incomplete/damaged return because the replacement parts were on order. I waited a month to get what I bought to be usable. It finally boiled down to...I had to have sink before they got the parts delivered or hold up my building schedule. Now I have a $404 sink that will cost me $194 to ship back. Aren't you so happy for me that they waived the $$80.80 restocking fee? If I could give eFaucets negative 2 stars, I would. I ordered a Kohler shower trim valve for a bathroom remodel. When the plumber showed up to install it, I was informed that I ordered the wrong item and that it wouldn't work. I packaged it up carefully, contacted eFaucets to initiate the return, and shipped it off. I paid for shipping myself as I get an enormous discount with Fedex through my work. It was delivered to eFaucets 2 days later. After 2 weeks, I still had no received any confirmation whatsoever from eFaucets that my return had been received. I contacted them to inquire about what was happening with my return. Later that same afternoon, I was issued a refund for the two items in the return (I also returned the water valve that goes behind the wall in the shower). The next morning, I received an email from eFaucets (at this point they had had the trim valve in their possession for 12 days) stating that they were rescinding the credit for the trim valve because there was a scratch on it. The email I received from them included the email forwarded within eFaucets from the receiving department to the customer service department. It stated that there was damage to the box in which the item was shipped and that the credit should be reversed. So, to be clear, they received the item, did not contact me about receiving it, did not reach out to me to state that the box was damaged in transit, and then after 12 days of it sitting in their warehouse, claimed that it was damaged. I have a REALLY hard time believing that Fedex damaged the box. I have shipped hundreds of packages with Fedex and have literally never had a single damage claim. Having packaged these items personally, I find it exceptionally difficult to believe that Fedex damaged the box and that somehow it just scratched the face of this trim valve. But, I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt. I contacted eFaucets and asked to be sent pictures of the damaged box and of the damage to the returned trim valve. I could not get a manager on the phone. I was told multiple times when I called that she was the only manager at eFaucets and that she was "in a meeting". I left a message and was told I would get a return phone call. After 3 business days I heard nothing. Sound of crickets. I called again on the 3rd business day. I finally reached the lone manager and was assured that she would send the requested pictures so that I could file a claim with Fedex. I NEVER heard back from anyone. Nothing. So, I contacted my credit card company and disputed the reversal of the credit. Thankfully, they took care of it. In short, I wouldn't order ANYTHING from this wretched company. Called back to see how long it would take to refund my money and was told 5 days. After 10 days with no refund I filed a claim with my bank. At day 14, I received a partial refund from them (minus the shipping cost to ship it back to them) even though they mistakenly shipped the order. We were recommended to shop eFaucets by our contractor. We were looking for a large, dark-color, gel-finish shower pan we decided we had to have. It was such an unusual item we didn't even try to shop for it here in northern New Mexico. It arrived a little slow but OK and it was in perfect shape. Echoing the other outraged customers: Efaucets' website does not update and they often indicate that stock that is in-hand and ready to ship, when in reality it's 2-3 weeks away given their apparently low-priority status with Kohler. Next, customer service is atrocious. I'm waiting for a refund in the amount of 1600 dollars that was supposed to be back to me within 7-10 days but we're on day 13 and no correspondence. Then, I spoke with a sales staffer named Ronald who asked that I place my order with him after the weekend so he could check on some stock questions. When he failed to call me back, I called him (trying to get him credit for the sale) and after 20 minutes got him, only to be put on hold for 20 more minutes. When he then asked me to email him my order, I told him I had waited 45 minutes and that he'd already forgotten to call me back once. His reply: "Oh, yeah, well, thanks for calling my bluff. I'm gonna make this as short as possible: 1/18-called to order a vanity ($837) I asked the guy to double check and make sure it was in stock, he checked and said it was in stock and as the web page said will be shipped 1/19. I look up he tracking # and I see the freight company already try to deliver it, but I'm not back home yet. I call efaucets and they said it was never cancelled and they had No Notations of my call on 1/23. So they have to cancel my delivery,get the truck to send it to the sender and then process my credit card once THEY get the credit!! In the mean time my credit card is due! When I got back I noticed 3 calls on my work number from the freight company trying to contact me, so efaucets never changed my number to my cell phone either. Bunch of inefficient inept people working there!! I already contact my cc company to suspend the charge, now I have to wait and see how long it's going to take them to refund my cc. We ordered a large soaker tub.Their Truck could not fit into our neighborhood, so we had to meet them to pick it up. So we didnt get a chance to inspect until we got it home.Brought it home, opened the box and realized there was a large crack in the side of the tub. We called customer service, who immediately sent another tub. Within 2 days we had the 2nd bath tub.Their inspector came to inspect the 1st tub within in a couple days.Even left us with both pieces.It was easy breezy.Customer service was very courteous and a polite to work with. After a number of calls and emails asking about the item finally a UPS ticket was made and 12 days later it is finally being process to get shipped. My contractor is suppose to install sink on Saturday and we have no sink. When I called to cancel it they said I have a 20% handling fee and a 15% restocking fee. The item has not gone to UPS yet and they refuse to cancel order. I've been on the phone for an hour now waiting to talk to someone to get my order/fees canceled. This is ridiculous. We purchased over $3,000 on our latest home renovation from them . Was convenient to order. this is our 3rd large renovation project. took us from July to December to complete the project. Tried to return a $35. item today and they told me I was a week beyond their allowable delivery period and would not accept the return, even though it was less than 1% of my total purchase. I asked them to reconsider and they don't even respond to my email. I ordered from them for convenience - never again! they have no interest in servicing and retaining customers. Guess I should have looked at these reviews before I ordered. I was in a tight timeline so I specifically only orders items that said they were in stock and were going to ship 3-5 days out. After one week, I had not received any email telling me the status, whether it shipped, or a tracking number. I called the items were now backordered. Nobody planned on notifying me. Unless I took it upon myself to call, I could've been waiting 2 months. I highly recommend faucetsdirect through build.com. I get email notifications, their customer service reps take it upon themselves to check my orders continuously. I understand that these companies are distributors and don't have that much control over their vendors inventory. When 2 of my parts became back ordered on faucetsdirect, they called me immediately and notified me and already had another suggested part in my cart and overnighted it to me for free.
