My move resulted in a number of damages to my furniture, my wood floors, and my walls. I attempted to work out a repair with the owner of the company but after several texts and phone calls ending with a voicemail telling me it was full, I am giving up. This is the second time I have used Knoble Movers and there is a reason for it. Outstanding work done by Willie, Sydney, and Emanuel. They were timely, careful, and courteous. Update: Owners response below is completely untrue. They said the chair would not fit the stairs…read morebut it does fit, and it was the door that wasn't fit which they did not mention anything at the beginning. Secondly, they declined my request to help me move the chair from upstairs to downstairs because they simply do not want to do additional work and instead they called me disrespectful, even when I was willing to pay more to show my respect. Also this is completely unprofessional to disclose your client full name if you do the same to every customer you work with. Finally they told us where they store the cords but the cord that is missing is nowhere to be found and we have to spend more to replace it ourselves. They also scratch one of our chairs which we also have to replace. Original review: They are efficient and at reasonable price but one of them are not respectful to their client at all when I kindly ask them to help me move the message chair from upstairs to downstairs. I indeed made a mistake by not measuring the door size appropriately in advance but later on I kindly asked whether they can help me bring it downstairs and I am more than happy to pay extra. I know it is heavy so I want to pay extra to show my respect to them and they seem pretty nice. However after being thrown at a tantrum we decide to fix this issue ourselves. If you don't want to move you do not have to but no need to throw a tantrum at your client, and I'm not expecting to pay over thousand dollars to be thrown tantrum at.
