I called and said I had some furniture in a storage pod in my driveway that I wanted moved into my house. I specifically stated that I had a chest, dresser, 3 tables and a sofa. When I asked for the rate structure, I was told it would cost $300 (without an explanation on number of guys, the hourly, nothing). My response was, "Wow, it would cost $300 to bring those things in the house." The person responded by hanging up. Their ad said-- "THIS IS AN A OFFICIAL BUSINESS. The best moving experience ever happened today for me. I always use Yelp to find various services. I read the reviews for Wee Ready Movers and decided to message them. Mike (the owner) called me in no time. I explained I thought we needed 2 men, a truck and trailer for a 4 hour job. Turns out, I really should have had a 3rd guy helping and a longer duration. Mike did not take advantage of us as many moving companies will do. He gave us a fair price after working double the hours. Mike and Omar were very personable and friendly from start to finish. Where do I start, maybe with the hour late arrival time "driver was in a accident " or when I met with my movers me telling him " I think your truck is to small ". Anyway the 2 guys moving my 2 bedroom apartment took 8 hours and still hadn't emptied my apartment hence the smaller truck, therefore I had to rent a U-Haul van and make 2 trips in my car to complete the job. My issue is I thought I was hiring a competent moving company because I didn't want to do it myself. The movers were nice don't get me wrong but there should've been more. I explained to Mike the furniture and boxes I had, he probably should have come out for a estimate because I explained to him that a guy had come out (from another company) to give a estimate and it was really expensive for me and Mikes price turned out to be the same $840.00 I was trying to avoid I guess I will be going to a Home Depot parking lot next time cause it won't be this company read more

Lemme tell you about this wonderful company! First I went on here to search for a inexpensive moving company around Aug/Sept. i was not moving until November. I sent in a quote and Michael contacted me the next day and communicated on everything, made sure I did my research before confirming then told me whenever i am ready to let him know. I only needed to do a deposit and that was it. Second, day of move he contact me (on time) conforming my pick up location. Had someone with him and i swear i didn't think i had a lot but i did. Took them about 1 hr 30 mins .... no stop work . No BS! All he asked me was what was what and how he was gonna place it in the truck. Very open , communicable and reliable. Ooh and WORTH IT!
