The staff at a couple were unhelpful and, sadly, a little pushy. My wife, smarter than I, searched further afield and sent me here. Wow! I was greeted by a tech named Tom. He checked me into their system in about a minute. He made me comfortable working with him because he actually listened to my concerns and needs. After examining my account he recommended a new phone that is the current state of the art ... iPhone 15 Pro ... and a plan that had higher speed and he explained that with a trade in, and a switch to automatic paying with a checking account, my monthly bill would remain the same! There was a minor glitch with the trade in, but Tom went to their help desk while I sat and he cleared everything up. While I waited, he updated the iOS on the new phone and transferred everything perfectly. Tom was amazing. Really. He knows his products. He doesn't sell more than you need, rather he listens and recommends options that he thinks will offer the best value. My experience with him told me there are still people who come to work to do the best job for the customer and properly represent the products his company offers. Quite a rare treat in these me-first days! Great service, amazing sales tech, perfect transaction. Sad I can only assign just 5 stars.

Every time the Tech visits, they always ask the same question: "where did the equipment come from" and then follows it up with "this equipment is not on record at the office". Our house has also been re-wired inside too. You call the office and they say the same thing: "pull out the plug and wait 10-seconds to re-set", but this never works. Here is a news flash: optimum's equipment is sub-par, trouble shooting skills suck and everyone you contact seems to be located outside of the USA having a heavy accent that makes communication almost impossible. As of 11/11/2025, just spent 2-hours on the phone with no results. Now have to wait 2-days for the Tech to come again (third time this year). Now planning to find a nearby location to visit in person!

She also seemed to not know NYC neighborhoods...when I gave her my Astoria address she was like 'ok, so that's in Astoria, New York, 11105'? She then said 'oh yes'. I said 'and where are you located?' She said 'I'm at the head office....Broad Street...I mean...Broadway'. Hmmm.... Another time I called and was told that 'Josh' (apparently the only person at this 'office' who can set up a new account)...that Josh was 'on vacation' apparently abroad...that he was 'asleep right now'...but that they'd send him another message to call me. Now imagine having upload / download times that are 3 times as fast as what Verizon can provide. Now imagine this being two thirds the price of Verizon. Finally imagine a company that provides almost instantaneous support / service. This is what Natural Wireless is. My specific experience: 0) Before moving, I requested a quote on service and pricing. I received an email instantaneously. 1) Moved into the new apartment on March 19th. Signed up for service. It was available immediately. 2) Same day added a Roku via email. Within 10 minutes it was on the network. 3) Same day discovered a laptop I used for work was not compatible with the default network. Placed a call. 4) March 21 a tech shows up, updates their equipment (see picture) and my router. Laptop now works. My entire home including echos, google home, smart plugs, additional laptops, FireTV are all on the network and are working great!
