    Matcha flight
    Keisha M.

I saw numerous tik tok videos that had good reviews. Looked at the menu and saw matcha flights and was sold. The inside and decor is all so cozy and super cute. From the chandelier, to the cute phone booth and flower walls, this makes for the perfect brunch spot for people to take pics. Our server was super nice, sweet and helpful with menu suggestions. The matcha flight was everything I thought it could be. 4 out of 6 options I chose strawberry, banana bread, vanilla and carmel. All 4 were delicious. For brunch I tried a skillet (hash browns, spinach, tomatoes, onions, chorizo and scrambled eggs) with GF pancakes. The skillet was just ok. It wasn't bad but not great either. The GF pancakes were pleasant to the eyes but not good at all. The texture was SUPER grainy and you can tell they are GF. Because I live in the area, I'd be willing to re-visit to try something different. However, based upon this dine-in, I was underwhelmed with the food. I can get matcha anywhere and this is a breakfast/brunch place.

The place is cute but they do not have a good seating system it seems. They fit a family of 6 in a corner for a table of 4... we were like bumping elbows and what not. The server was awesome but the person doing the table assignment knew we couldn't fit but still did it. Food was alright a bit overpriced for what it is though. Maybe if we sat properly we could enjoy.

I saw this spot on TikTok and, we figured we had to try it. The waiting area is Instagram pretty. First, it's a small space -- and on a Saturday (Valentine's Day weekend) around 10am, it was packed. The waiting list hovered between 40-50 people the entire time. We were quoted 40-45 minutes and ended up waiting over an hour. It just felt a little disorganized overall, so definitely plan ahead if you're going on a weekend. They do have outdoor seating, which is nice. Inside, though, it was pretty cold. We mentioned it and the staff was very kind and said they'd turn the heat up, but it still felt chilly during our meal. I came in hungry after a workout, so I was ready to love everything -- but the food didn't quite hit the spot. I ordered the hot honey chicken and it was just okay. I didn't really taste any hot honey. On the bright side, my latte was really good. Overall, I'm glad I tried it, especially since it was all over social media. But it's probably a one-and-done for me -- I wouldn't go out of my way to come back.

Dropping a strong 5 star review for Egg and Berry for their food and service. We got in early (recommended since it fills up fast. We got there by 845 and there was still plenty of room) and got to experience some great service from the team. The walked through the menu, gave recommendations, and gave time for us to make a choice. Ultimately we got both steak options, which are made to order. The ribeye was great, well seasoned. The potatoes were crisp and flavorful as well. The skillet was excellent, filling, but didn't leave me feeling bloated or weighed down. The lavender matcha was very well made, and if y'all like a strong Americano they've got it waiting for you. Overall, worth stopping by again, and worth getting in to experience the food.

I had to wait a while to write this, as I was highly disappointment/upset. All respect given to the business owners. Owning a business cannot be easy. I found this establishment on Instagram, by a woman that lives in Orland, that has her own business. It was nice she suggested this place to her followers. I will say this is an Instagram restaurant. What I mean by that: You can come in and take pictures with the pretty backgrounds and props they have available. That's cool. It's cute. But when you get down to it, for me, it was over priced, the service wasn't good, and I left empty, in several ways. My review: $101.00 later for 2 people. And yes, that price is REAL. I cannot say I will return. On the drive home, we realized, we never got the meat we paid for (the bacon). LOL I truly laughed at that in anger. We ordered starters: Stuffed Churros: Hot, crispy, tasty. Mini Chicken and Waffles (my date stated they were flavorless and dry), I didn't have a bite myself. Main entrees: I got the ribeye steak bowl with special dices potatoes. The bowl was flavorful. Meat was tender. Arnold Palmer was my drink of choice. My date had Strawberry Shortcake Pancakes, with a side of eggs and the meat never came. His response to the meal: It was dry. Everything was just so dry. To have come here for the first time, our server was VERY nice, but she did not tell us one thing about anything. Not one special, nothing they suggested for from the menu, the day, nothing. I knew NOTHING about this place besides what IG provided. I listened to the server at the table next to us. He introduced himself, asked the couple was it their first time coming to the establishment, he shared the specials of the day, what they specialize in, and asked for questions. I told my date "That is how you get it done!". I am new here, don't assume I know the lay of the land. I do not. Our server was a sweetie. She just didn't do her job well. And I just really wanted to go home. $101.00 later, and the experience just wasn't a good one for me.I am still just disappointed. I am certain that pricetag plays a huge part. What began as excitement for breakfast, ended in disdain. I don't care anything about picture taking for the gram or facebook, if my meal doesn't make sense in taste and how much it cost. Breakfast is a simple meal. Simple. How did this happen? $101.00 I can only post my experiences. All the best. As always, you don't have to take my word for it...Go Get You Some.

Decided to give this place another try- second time around things were so much better! Went on a Saturday so it was extremely busy again. But this time around I checked on Google before going and they now had an option to join waitlist in advance. Highly recommend doing this! Added myself to waitlist around 11 before leaving home and got a message around 12 that table was ready so timing was perfect. This time around I tried their waffle and chicken for appetizer, this consisted of 4 mini waffles that were delicious. For entree, tried their Tex mex chicken omelet and loaded egg sandwich that was also very yummy. Also tried 4 mojito flight- wafa coconut dream, chili mango, blue candy, and pina colada..all of these were soo flavorful and delicious but my favorite was chili mango. Will definitely be returning again to try other items. The service was also pretty fast this time around.

Went here for breakfast during the week. Nice ambiance very Instagrammy. Staff was very nice. I dined my myself. I ordered the Carnivore and a order of buttermilk pancakes. The Carnivore comes with 2 eggs, sliced avocado, 2 eggs, potatoes an of course some meat. In this case the meat is sliced Ribeye. It was cooked nicely, had solid flavor, mainly salt but that's a good thing. It also came with some chimichurri sauce. The eggs were eggs. The potatoes were decent. The pancakes however were really good. Light, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Overall a really good meal. They offer a good variety of drinks, lots of pancake options. I'm going back!

    Outside area

Ts was ass son, sat outside for 15 mins before I had to ask for the server to come out. We got the mango energy drink and latte flight which came out quickly but the pictures make the glasses look bigger than they are and it's overpriced as lord. We got the French toast bites and there was no French toast flavor just tasted fried, the oil in the fryers is probably old as shit. We got the breakfast burrito and the hot honey skillet both were just bland tasting and overall mid. 3/10 don't recommend save ur bucks.

The decorations are BEAUTIFUL. Idk if they are year round or just for Valentine's Day. We ordered the steak egg rolls and french toast flight. The egg rolls were a 2.5/5. There was a lot of cheese on it that got coat kind of quickly I didn't like. The French toast were pretty good. It took the waitress a while to get the water we asked for.

The food was so delicious and unique , so many choices that are not typical of most breakfast places locally. The flight of lattes is what brought me in , but the flight of French toast , the egg white omelet and the delicious banana foster pancake , was AM

The ambiance is so cute here! Definitely picture worthy! The Greek pizza and the French toast were my fav! But honestly everything was good. We also tried the hot honey cheese egg rolls and the carnivore plate and it did not disappoint. The coffees were a little too sweet for my liking but I enjoyed the teddy gram one the best! I also did like the mango matcha soooo good

Loved Egg and Berry Cafe. We went on NYE around 11:30am, had about a 10 minute wait before being seated. The restaurant was busy and vibrant. Good customer service, nice ambiance. They had a full brunch menu with traditional and specialty options. We ordered the two eggs and meat combo with pancakes. It took a little while for our food to arrive, but everything was delicious. I especially loved the freshly squeezed orange juice, the pancakes and the turkey ham! Yum! Prices were reasonable. Would definitely return.

Food is definitely important when going to a restaurant but so is the overall vibe of the place. I enjoyed Egg & Berry Care very much! From the friendly welcome at the door, to our waiter being knowledgeable about the food items, to the decor, the music and food! Collectively this spot understood the assignment. Please check them out!!!

For example, we could not get just a plain croissant. But even given that, this was a very nice coffee stop for those that really like good coffee. The dining room was nice and large, with many different sections to settle into with your coffee. Loads of outlets to plug in your lap top if you come with one for a little work. Staff was very friendly, and it is pretty much an order at the counter and get your coffee. They don't need a large staff to run this place, as it pretty much runs itself other than the coffee-master. Give this place a try.

The foam was also great on the macchiato, and my wife seemed to enjoy that drink. The sugar cookie looked amazing, but was very hard and seemed overpriced at $6.95. The drinks were reasonably priced. I started with the salted caramel latte and it was perfection (as someone who likes a little coffee with their sugar). I wanted to try everything but since it was my 1st time just went with a standard 2 egg breakfast, which one really can't get wrong, and the White Sheep definitely didn't. Everything was cooked well and potatoes were really really good. The pancakes are pretty large so providing one as a side is actually so much better than 2 or 3 cakes. My mom had the steak and eggs and that serving size was so generous with the prefect cook. Well worth the price, imo. We LOVED this place and will be visiting again. Additionally, my mom had a to go box which she accidentally left behind which we didn't realize until after we left. The peach mimosa was honestly one of the best mimosas I've ever had. They serve it in a decent sized glass, and it comes with a peach ring at the bottom, which was such a fun and delicious touch. I ordered the chilaquiles, and my friend got the chicken Caesar salad. We were seated right away, the service was friendly, and the food came out pretty quickly. Unfortunately, my first order of chilaquiles had a hair in it (circled in photo). Another waitress noticed my reaction right away and checked on me, then my server apologized and had the dish remade immediately. I appreciated that they corrected it, and the replacement food was actually really good (after close inspection), but I do wish there had been some sort of gesture for the inconvenience, especially since I had to wait again for my meal and was honestly pretty grossed out. Once the new plate came out, the food itself was flavorful and enjoyable. My friend also really liked her Caesar salad, though she wished there was a shrimp option available. Overall, the food and drinks were good, but the hair situation definitely impacted my first impression. I'm not sure yet if I'd return, but I can definitely recommend the peach mimosa.
