They've got an excellent beer list as well with beers from a variety of places and variety of styles. I don't know Waconia that well, but assume their beer list is one of the best. I wouldn't drive to Waconia just for the food, because it is quite far, but I would happily eat the food again and throw down a couple of beers.

Resolution: we didn't ask for anything; just communicated that it wasn't a burrito and wasn't very good. The almost full plates probably gave that away as well. The server brought (2) drink tickets for a future visit. Recommendation: if you're going to have a section on your menu highlighting Mexican Cuisine. Someone needs to do a taste test on these items.
