We visited Eggbomb for Nomsmag Cherry blossom festival. What we got: Spring Matcha Latte Iced matcha poured over creamy milk, topped with a cloud of delicate cherry blossom cream. Like the first bloom of spring in a glass. Cherry Mascarpone Snow Fluffy milk-based shaved ice topped with velvety mascarpone cream and crunchy meringue crackers. A light, airy cherry blossom treat. Cherry Mascarpone snow was so delicious!! Shaved ice was so light and incredibly fluffy. And it paired perfectly with creamy mascarpone cream. so delicious. Meringue was nice accent and I am addicted to this shaved ice. So good! Spring matcha latte need a bit more refinement. Cherry blossom cream was ok, however, I could hardly taste matcha flavor and there were too much ice. I need a bit more sweetness. Overall, For shaved ice, it worth visiting here. I wish this item will be a permanent item.

Loved the original Eggbomb in Langley so had to try this one! We got the tiramisu croffle, the fruity croffle and the honeybee latte. The food itself is as good as the Langley location, and the fruity waffle was especially delicious and had the perfect crispy texture. The honeybee latte was strong and very sweet, and they were able to sub oat milk. The interior was very modern and futuristic, and I especially liked their moving flower lamps! The service was quick and friendly as well. Glad to have a location closer to home, so I will definitely be back!

Eggbomb is what happens when someone turns "just eggs" into a whole personality and then cranks the brunch vibes to 11. The room is bright, modern, and just chaotic enough, with an interesting ambience and a very photogenic staff situation that definitely doesn't hurt the overall experience. Unfortunately, my server seemed to be running on low battery, because my order simply never made it to the kitchen. By the time I asked where my food was, my partner had already finished eating, and my plate showed up fashionably (and awkwardly) late. The server apologized, but it's hard to fully relax over brunch when you're watching someone else's yolks disappear while yours are still a theory. When the food did land, it was actually pretty tasty. Both the salmon eggs benedict and the egg "busy" situation hit that satisfying umami note that suggests there might be a little MSG magic happening in the background, which would explain why it tasted better than the ingredients themselves looked. The components felt more "Costco run" than "farm-to-table," but the seasoning and sauces did a lot of heavy lifting. The Oreo milkshake, however, was more Oreo milk than milkshake. If you're expecting a thick, ice-cream-based sugar bomb, this one leans more watery and drinkable, like someone asked, "What if a milkshake went to the gym and cut carbs?" It's fine, just not the dessert-level indulgence the name promises. Overall, Eggbomb is a fun place to go if you want egg-centric dishes, a cool space, and an attractive crowd, and you don't mind the gamble of slightly chaotic service. Go for the eggs, the umami, and the vibes; maybe skip the milkshake, and hope your order doesn't also get scrambled.

Friends wanted to try Eggbomb+ because of the central location. Trendy place with shiny silver chairs and white tables. Hated that the menu is by QR code and the expectation is for you to order and I assume pay by phone. Our server was very helpful in refilling water and coming over (eventually) when we just wanted to order the regular way and checking on us. We had to get up to ask to pay the bill though. Food came extraordinarily quickly considering how long it took to flag someone down. The website through the QR code is useless when "calling a server" - it just hangs in limbo. I enjoyed my Fried Chicken Benedict. Portion was great for $22 with salad and potatoes. Might have tried a fruit ade but didn't feel like driving up my lunch to $30 before tax and tip. One friend of our party of 3 didn't finish her Bacon Benny and left the bacon so it must not have been that great. Guess I wouldn't recommend that one. She seemed to have enjoyed her mango latte though. Don't know if I'll be back. Noise level was a little loud for my liking. For parking, park in the mall parking lot upstairs and walk over to avoid the paid lot.

We came to EGGBOMB+ for a late brunch across from The City of Lougheed Shopping Centre and had an amazing experience. First of all--they accept reservations, which is a huge plus since this place is getting a lot of buzz. We had high expectations, and they fulfilled our expectations. The interior is modern, bright, and super clean, creating a welcoming space for a chill brunch date or a casual hangout with friends. We tried a few of their signature items and were super impressed: * Teriyaki Beef Sandwich - Massive portion and so good. The egg yolk on top and tender beef - this is a must-try!!! * Bacon Crodise - Crispy croffle topped with crunchy bacon and a perfectly poached egg. Pure perfection! * Truffle Pasta - Creamy, rich, and comforting. Portion size was generous. * Volcaffles with Ice Cream - Dessert is non-negotiable for us. The warm waffles and ice cream were the ultimate finish to our brunch. * Pistachio Latte - Nutty, smooth, and not too sweet. The flavour was so unique. Loved it. * Fresh Mango Latte - Super refreshing and fruity. We've been to many brunch spots around Metro Vancouver, but EGGBOMB+ surprised us in the best way. The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors in every dish were bold and well-balanced. It really feels like premium brunch without the premium price tag. EGGBOMB+ is officially on our top brunch list. We will be back for more! Food: 5/5 Must Try! Service: 5/5 Kids: 4/5 Yay! Price: $30-$40 each person (brunch) Presentation: 3/5 Parking: 4/5 It's pay parking in the building but you can save money if you make some purchases at SAVE-ON-FOOD. Tips: * Reservation process is easy and recommended. * You can browse the menu and order right from your table via QR code. * Lots of fun drink options--both alcoholic and non-alcoholic--at great prices. * It is a great sport for casual brunch date or meet up with friends near Lougheed SkyTrain Station. Would I Return: Yes ‍

Tasty Korean brunch spot next to lougheed centre. As a minion loving gal myself, I adore that they have Bob put out front in the waiting area. Food was solid and the strawberry bliss cocktail was perfection.

Cute spot for brunch! Very spacious, bright, lots of seating. I tried the bacon crodise as well as the teriyaki beef toast. Both were very filling. I also had the tiramisu croffle as dessert and it was a nice sweet treat. The drinks were okay as well. Service was prompt.

Salmon Benedict with my pretty latte

Got to finally check this place out. I was totally expecting a regular cafe but nooo. It's very spacious with a lovely layout. You are greeted a minion at the entrance and then a lovely staff seats you. I felt...like I should of dressed up a wee bit more. It is so cute and fancy. Okok and the food was suhhh yummy. We got a salted caramel latte, matcha latte, Smoke salmon Benedict and the Volcaffle. It's a little more on the pricy side but when you get there see the food and meet the staff you know it's worth it. Def recommend for a cute date, ladies catch up or if you wanna just go somewhere nice

Finally made a visit to Egg Bomb Plus for brunch and it sure was an experience that left a lasting impression! I ordered one of their signature brunch plates, Chicken Crodies, and I was blown away by the vibrant plating and thoughtful presentation. Every element seemed carefully crafted, with beautiful colors and textures that made the meal not just a treat for the taste buds but for the eyes as well. Another highlight of my experience is the Pistachio Latte. It was a perfect balance of smooth, nutty flavors, and the way the rim of the cup was adorned with chopped pistachios and a rich pistachio cream was simply genius. I'd happily order the dish and drink again and again.

The presentation of the sandwiches and space inside is very nice! I tried the teriyaki beef sandwich, but I found the taste to be just okay. I didn't think it was great, and it wasn't bad either. It was a generous portion of food, the bread and egg is done well, but it's just missing that extra spark that's makes everything come together.

Beef Fiesta. Icy cold egg yolk. Avocado not fresh. It's black! Rice was hard like a stone, and it's cold. Salad had no taste.
    Terry F.

We are regular customers of Eggbomb, but lately the food quality is really bad. I ordered the Beef Fiesta. The avocado was not fresh. It's black. The egg yolk was icy cold. The rice was hard like a stone, and was cold. The salad had no taste at all. It was 5:30pm, not busy at all, but we had to wait for 40 minutes for the food. The waiter was good, and he offered me another meal, but I refused. We wanted to talk to the manager (I think she is the owner), but the waiter told us that she is in a meeting. And actually, the manager was having the meeting with the chefs at the table just in front of us. I mean at least she has to come and take a look at the food, and at least apologize to us. I do not recommend this restaurant.

My friend and I went for a brunch. We reserved online. Great service and delicious food. Recommended this place.

Spacious restaurant with many seats available. Good quality of service. Quality of ingredients could be improved since my salmon was not in a good condition.

Gray Olive Cafeteria is a bright and simple brunch spot that serves a variety of classic, but well-executed brunch dishes and drinks. The popularity of the place showed as we waited almost an hour for a table today (granted it was a stat), with people continuing to flow in while we were dining. My boyfriend explained that they were originally a small diner, but later upgraded to more spacious seating. The waitress (who was also hostessing) was kind and apologetic for the wait. After we sat down and ordered, the food arrived very quickly. The chicken and waffles immediately caught our eye as it seemed almost one person at every table had ordered it. For $1.75, you can also opt to have your chicken made spicy, and it was very worth it! I also really liked the waffles, despite usually preferring chewier waffles. These waffles had a crispier bite, but were fragrant and delicious regardless. The crab cake benny was also a delicious umami bomb with great textures and flavours. Keep in mind, there probably isn't a lot of actual crab (mostly imitation from what I saw and tasted), but it still tasted good. One standout was the hashbrown potatoes. They were perfectly seasoned and so crispy! I also appreciated that everything wasn't too salty and perfectly seasoned for my asian taste buds. I will definitely return, but on the basis of coming for a reservation only!

We both selected the Oven Roasted Beef Striploin and for dessert there was a choice of cheesecake with caramel sauce, cinnamon cheesecake, and black forest cake. My Mom chose the black forest cake and I ordered the cinnamon cheesecake. The mussels appetizer dish was quite generous in quantity for $23 and mussels were a good size. Served with 2 slices of toast, the white wine sauce was more watery than other places but still decent. For the $45 course, the Summer Corn salad comes with artisan greens, feta, carrot, radish, tomato, red onion, orange vinaigrette.
