First impressions was that it was in a cozy area and was very welcoming. Not only do they have drinks but they also have tea, coffee, mugs, crochet coasters, and other cute goodies that they sell. Me and my sister got the mango matcha latte and the peach matcha latte and we absolutely loved it. My sister's a matcha aficionado and she loved their matcha latte. I would say that the matcha is quite expensive but I could tell that it is high quality which makes up for it. I spent about $24 for 2 of the large sized matcha lattes. Their drinks were quite good and so if I'm ever around the area I'd come back to try more of their drinks! The server was also quite nice.

To balance it all out, the Cloud Cake was so light and airy, it literally felt like eating a fluffy dream. This is definitely one of the best cupcakes I've had.

Despite being jampacked, as it often is, there was a good supply of the pastries we sought. New to the mix, is their version of a tiramisu. It is off the charts! The pastry chef is truly an artist. If you wish to try possibly the best pastries in the entire GTA, this is the place to go. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. It was not too sweet and had just the right amount of tang. Fairly light, but still very flavorful. Pricing I thought was a little on the pricey side. It was. $103 for the small cake and 7 cookies. I guess that's probably average, but coming from a smaller town, it's more than I expected. Still happy to support small businesses.

It's located by a food court - so you can swing by there if you wanted to sit and enjoy it right away, however food court was pretty busy, so may take some time for you to actually get a table. The tofu dessert was sooooo satisfying - warm, soft and literally just melts with just the right amount of sweetness - I wanted seconds right away. The soy milk was also not bad, that we toke home and enjoyed the following day. Will definitely find a chance to re-visit in the future!

The Soy milk drinks are similarly delicious. Plain, almond or coconut, all delicious! If getting more than two, consider getting the family jug. Plain is my favorite here. The staff can sometimes be grumpy I agree. But the soy puddings and soy milk is better taste and cost wise than what I can get back in NYC so I'm willing to suffer.

I was in and out within minutes - exactly what I like. There were also a lot of people sat down for a Sunday at 4:30pm. The cake itself was delicious. It didn't look like the image online when I ordered - it was actually much more beautiful in person. It was a hit with my Asian grandma and family, including the kids - so you know it's good. You could really taste the strawberry and lychee flavours. The jelly strawberry layer was still frozen when we cut into it a few hours later (stored in the fridge) but it was still very good. Will definitely be ordering again!

They're only open starting in the evenings and going until midnight. Small shop and you have to wait for them to prepare your dessert with a buzzer and they will call you when they finish. I would come back if I was in the area and craving dessert and a heartbeat.

This spot is best if you're coming to hang with one person, otherwise it's not very accommodating for groups due to the limitations of their space. Even still, you might not score a seat right away especially if you're coming during peak hours.

I also had to ask for the black vinegar to go with it which it should have been given. The spicy sauce was already at the table. The pickled cabbage was a nice crunchy side. The winter melon tea was nice, but not enough tapioca since I paid extra for that. The popcorn chicken was amazing. They nailed that one and also, the deep fried tofu. It reminded me of my trips to Taiwan. The boiled veggies were a nice touch to the meal. To end it off, we shared a hot tofu dessert dish. Overall, it was a great experience. There could be some changes to the restaurant, but I know their focus is on two main traditional Taiwanese dishes.

The noodles had a Smokey flavour, very different than any noodles I've had. Loved the intestines and beef, tender and flavourful. The space was nicely decorated. Order via app and pay at the counter. Food came out quickly, everyone looked cooked already on the hot table.
