I had the best experience at Eggsquisite Cafe. The wait was 5 minutes, the service was eggcellent. We were seated in the middle and wanted to change tables. It was done immediately without hassle. The coffee was plentiful, the food was out of this world but the service was the best I have ever eggperienced. The server upon giving me the check asked if wanted coffee to go. That blew me away. The staff was exceptional. Service is great and the owner was so involved. The food came out fast and that worried me but one bite in and my fears were gone. I got one typical eggs Benedict and one smoked salmon and both were exceptional. I wish the sauce was less thick but honestly not a thing else to change. My husband got the Santa Fe skillet. It was so fresh and loaded. Very spicy but can't complain. The flavors were outstanding. They offered Salsa and I had low expectations as it's not a Mexican joint and breakfast but I have to say that blew my mind. Best salsa EVER! Might I add, their pancakes are life changing. My wife and I ate at the Eggsquisite Cafe in Southlake on September 19, 2025. The breakfast was excellent, no complaints. I ate everything on my plate, but my wife left a lot to be taken home in a "doggy bag". When we got to the front desk to pay, my wife realized that she forgot the bag with her leftovers at our table. She immediately went back to our table to retrieve it. When she got there, the bag had already been removed from the table. So she promptly went to the kitchen area to enquire about it. She was told that the bag had already been tossed in the trash. Couldn't someone clearing the table have grabbed the bag and run up to the front desk to ask us if we had forgotten it? OH NO, COULDN'T BE BOTHERED!! I would have asked to talk to a manager about this, but we had just come from a medical appointment where I was under general anesthesia, so was not completely recovered from that. We had planned on going to this cafe on a regular basis, but this "misadventure" has made us drop these plans. read more

Wonderful little family owned and operated brunch spot in suburbia. This cafe is killing it as far as quality of food and customer service goes. I just wish they had mimosas! I had to try the gluten free waffle because I rarely see them on menus. Lucky for me, it looked, tasted, and smelled like a classic Belgian waffle. I was so happy eating it. I recommend spending a few extra bucks on the real maple syrup, by the way! I also ordered a side of sausage (which was the perfect savory accompaniment to my sweet waffle) and a side of sliced avocado (which was the perfect cool and buttery addition). Jon ordered the Cowboy Omelette (huge and stuffed with ham, sausage, bacon, and cheese) and a side of cinnamon French toast (classic cinnamon-raisin swirl bread given the French toast treatment). Both of our meals were lovely and delicious and consisted of too much food! Portions are pretty large here, something to keep in mind. The staff is laid back but professional and attentive. First time here. The staff was friendly and attentive. The waiter mentioned that everything is good and she wasn't lying. I had the veggie skillet with English muffin and added avocado. Then skillet came with marinated tomatoes and they had so much flavor! The English muffin had butter melted on it when it came out and it was so good. My fiance had the chicken fried steak. Once seated, our server attended to us right away and we had our food within a few minutes. I ordered the salmon toast, which was overall, pretty good! I love lox and capers, so this hit the spot. The avocado mash was a pleasant addition. Eggs were cooked fine (I ordered mine over medium). The bowl of fruit was okay. My husband ordered the steak and eggs, which looked good. The steak was a bit fatty, but the hash browns were excellent. The manager stopped by our table to check in and even brought us some A1 sauce my husband asked for. Everyone we encountered was really nice. It was a bit loud, but perfectly reasonable for how packed it was. Overall, I was incredibly impressed by the speed they served and attended to everyone. Three of us had breakfast at this location on Sunday morning. They were extremely busy but well organized. The manager was very good at walking around and checking on everyone in the restaurant, making sure they were being taken care of. Our server did a great job. I had one of their breakfast bowls (not my norm), and it was good with lots of flavors. The eggs, pancakes, waffles, and chicken were all cooked perfectly. A little disappointed with the transparency here. I ordered a salmon Benedict and the menu states the price as $14.99 and includes one side. I ordered the Benedict with hash browns and the server asked if I wanted cheese and onion and I said sure. If I had known the price of that would have been $2 more I would have said no thanks! When I got the bill I questioned why the salmon Benedict costs $16.99 instead of $14.99 and there was no up charge included in the receipt either related to the cheese and onions on the hash brown. If you're asking me if I want to add cheese and onion to the hash brown you should also tell me that that costs extra and the receipt should indicate that as well. I would not have gotten cheese and onion if I knew it was extra. It was only $2 but the lack of any transparency was super annoying. The menus should be updated to include that hash browns with cheese and onion cost more.. read more
