I purchased my first PRP facial through Groupon and was pleased with the results, though I encountered significant upselling prior to the procedure. When I bought a second PRP facial, I went to a different location and again faced heavy upselling. Just be prepared for that aspect when purchasing a Groupon. During this process, I purchased what I believed was a $200 Add-On to my PRP facial. I even asked for clarification from my tech to ensure I would still receive the PRP along with what I believed was the add-on. Despite that, I did not receive a PRP treatment. I explained my confusion to my tech, who agreed it can be overwhelming when multiple staff members are involved (I spoke with three people). I completed the microneedling procedure, but won't be returning because it felt a bit deceptive. read more

I went here yesterday for 2 services. Everything was less than satisfactory. One of their staff members called a few weeks to let me know that I had purchased a couple of services a long time ago and never used them. She wanted to see if I wanted to schedule a time to get it done. I did since I already paid I wouldn't have anything out of pocket at this time. My appointment was at 5:00. I was there at 4:52 to full out new patient paperwork. 5:00 they take me back to this consultation chair to sit and gave me a make up wipe to remove my make up. She took a few pictures. She asks me my skin routine and if I had any services done recently. I answer then the other girl upfront comes back to talk to me bc she is doing my microdermabrasion today. She looks at the iPad and says she's going to come up with a treatment plan for me. She leaves for a while then comes back and says I would recommend this...and it's normally $700 per session but I will do it for you for $300-$400 (I forget which) per session and I recommend 3 sessions. I said I'm just here today for the service I scheduled for. She leaves to go get the room ready. At 5:35 it's been 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment I get up out of their consultation chair to see if I'm getting a service done today because so much time passes. Both young girls helping me were not at the front desk so I sat back in the chair. As soon as I sat down she came back to get me. I had 2 services scheduled which I was told over the phone at booking it would be an hour. She was done at 5:57. The service was 20 minutes but I had to sit and listen to their sales pitch for 35 minutes. I didn't go in asking about and other services but I know it's their job to sell me because that's their business. I would have listened if I were looking for other services but I wasn't. You see me for 2 seconds and pitch me $1000 worth of services as soon as I walk in the door. I spent 20 minutes driving there, 35 sitting for a sales pitch and 20 minutes on an hour long service. The girls were very but young. I wouldn't recommend this place. I wouldn't waste my time going and I wish I didn't even bother yesterday even though I didn't even have to pay since it was prepaid from years ago. Waste of my time. read more

"ILL BE BACK" I found this place on Groupon and I gotta say I was impressed by the care and attention to detail they provide. I was taken care by an aesthetician who had recently just moved to Arizona this year she was very lovely and was super informative. There was also another girl in there who was shadowing my treatment for learning experience. I walked in and was greeted at the front door and then took a seat. I filled out the paperwork before hand so check in was a breeze. I communicated my skin care regimen and basically gave them the rundown of what products I've been using and what issues my skin was currently having. I let the aesthetician take the lead in regards to what treatment she would recommend on my visit. We started with a cleanse and then did light extractions. We continued with an enzyme and then heat compressions with a towel, then they applied a gel to my face and gave me an oxygen treatment which basically infused my skin with oxygen and a cocktail of other great ingredients. I love the oxygen because it feels like someone is paint brushing your skin and it's really cooling. After that we finished off with some SPF and did some high frequency with a wand which they communicated that it killed Bacteria and helps with texture, tone and glow. My stay lasted about an hour; they also offered me a really good price for my second visit and I took it. I have my appointment booked and I'm feeling great!!! read more

Got a cheap $20 groupon with my friend which should have been a red flag but I have gone to cheap Groupon places in Los Angeles which is way more expensive and it was a good full on facial since they want to bring in new clients. The receptionist here kinda acts entitled, gets your card ahead for the $20 (as if such a small amount is really needed), then tries to tell you there are no refunds (as if I can't have my credit or refund it no problem), and then makes you reschedule if you are no joke, 1 minute late past there 5 minute cut off time and already standing in the parking lot. I get it but that is not a way to impress new possible clients. The place inside is very nice, clean and seems professional and has a young high school type of scene as most girls there are super young which is fine, if it wasn't for the experience required to know to turn off the steamer machine or move it away from the client when it is squirting out boiling water. Regardless, she did get me an ice pack and I'm alive but it didn't impress me that they offered me nothing in return. A manager lady did come by and tell me she was a nurse before and it looks like nothing but you tell me from the pic that it's not a 2nd or 3rd degree burn? With all this, I was still a good sport, tipped well for my friend and I even though the oxygen facial basically included a good face wash. No extractions and while my face felt fine, hers turned red and has been that way for several days now. Yucks! Need I say more. Hate leaving these types of reviews but felt I needed to be honest for others getting themselves into this deal... Oh I also emailed them pics first of my arm just letting them know and never heard back. The receptionist said she would call next day to check on me and never heard back. In response to the business response. Thank you but things don't add up with you guys. The first time as I said we were 6 minutes late and you said that's too late so no it was not a 10 minute cut off and we were already in your parking lot. I even said I can fill out the paperwork online. No idea what number you called because it wasn't mine or my friend's, we wouldn't make that up. And your last sentence... The service was not in our home. Plus this is your only location I see so why keep referring to Groupon location and pricing. It's silly and more focus would be best spent on better customer service instead of being defensive. I am aware running a small biz isn't easy but reviews are everything and customers don't purposely make stuff up. read more

If I cannot trust people to treat me with respect and kindness when an issue does arise, why would I give that business my hard earned money? I contracted an INFECTION and they are denying it!!! I went in for Groupon special, microdermabrasion and had a great experience with Alex.... I even had my mom schedule. HOWEVER the following day I woke up with itchy/painful red bumps and white pustules all over my face where the facial was done. (Nothing on my eyes or neck) Since I went in on a Friday come Monday morning I went in, they took pictures and gave me hyaluronic acid to place for dryness as well as encouraged me to purchase an additional $35 facial cleanser due to my "totally normal" reaction. Being that they are the "expert" I did as they recommend only for the INFECTION to get worst and more painful AND SPREAD to my under jaw line. I sent pics to a friend/nurse injector who immediately instructed me to go to doctors because it looks like an infection from contaminated machine! Gross!! I of course went to my doctor to have this looked at by an actual Doctor who confirmed infection and prescribed me a topical antibiotic. They instructed me not to use make-up until antibiotic course is completed to avoid "further spread of infection." I gave EGO one more opportunity to help me handle this issue and advised them what my friend has stated being that she is in the industry and the employee of EGO couldn't have been more rude about that...I'll explain later. Their way of "helping" me this time was to deny any fault, read me the documents I had sign upon intake, and took more pictures to send to owner Doctor. They gave me a different sample of a facial moisturizer and denied any sort of infection. Which was comical because when I asked if I should use the topical antibiotic the women said "oh yea absolutely" lets think about that for a moment....If I didn't have an infection why would you tell me to use antibiotic?! I told you id come back to the reaction of when I told front desk woman that my friend/nurse injector recommend I see a Dr ASAP for possible infection and wanted her information to dispute it!? Like really THATS what your upset about not my painful face with an infection all over it! That is horrible patient care. EGO you really could have done better then this!!! I was kind and patient and your lack of patient concern and complete lack of taking responsibility is disgusting. Ohhh and the cherry on top of the infection I received was they are "reaching out to corporate" to process a POSSIBLE refund for my moms cancelled appt and my future cancelled appt. You have ONE location so whoever owns it, most likely can be texted quickly $20 Groupon $20 Tip to Alex $20 Purchased 2nd visit at special pricing $86 product recommended $35 product recommended $25 copay to my MD $15 topical antibiotic You get it....that $20 special turned into an infection and $221 WASTE of money and time read more

I would've scored 5 stars, but there's a few things that changed/happened that I'm not a big fan of. - They updated their policy where you can't request for an aesthetician. They assign you a room and assign an aesthetician to that room that day. - Alexander doesn't work there anymore. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He cared about my skin and what I wanted. I hope he comes back. - I went for a birthday facial and refreshments were not offered, no disposable headband was provided and the microdermabrasion facial was rushed. Definitely did not feel special. - I went for my microneedling appointment and this time refreshments were offered. I was not happy with the microneedling like I normally am with Alexander. I do it with hyaluronic acid instead of PRP, and normally with Alexander, my entire face is red when I leave. This time, it was barely red. Barely any pressure even when requested. It felt like the aesthetician was new/scared to do so. I know my skin and this session did nothing but cost me. - My email was continuously entered incorrectly in their system so I wasn't receiving any emails. Finally got it updated. I'm hoping things get better since I have more sessions. I hate having to tip when I'm not happy with the appointments. I'll have to pray I get a good aesthetician next time. read more

The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and my temperature was taken. During these hard times with Covid so rampant I really appreciate the care that they took. These people are scammers!! They marked my Groupon redeemed when I have NEVER been there. They blame it on Groupon and even tried to say that maybe I marked it used within the app (which I hadn't even looked at the voucher until they told me to open it so they could verify it hadn't been redeemed) but are not willing to fix the problem and verify with Groupon that I have never been to this place or used the Groupon. I have been dealing with them for weeks just trying to fix this so I can actually use my Groupon elsewhere. They don't wear masks! It's a medical office for goodness sakes! The nurses, overseen by doctors, stand right next to you in a small, enclosed space, with no masks! Ventilation is poor, but no masks by the medical staff is outrageous. They are so dumb and misinformed they actually think a face shield without a mask is the same thing as wearing a mask! Oh and they started the treatment 45 min late, the whole process was completely unprofessional. At one point the nurse who refused to wear a mask despite me asking - literally threw a syringe! I should have walked out as soon as I realized the place is dangerous. Don't fall for the groupon specials, and if you have just chalk it up as a loss. Go to one of the many other medspas in the area bc it simply isn't worth the risk. read more
