Dr. Ali is. by far the best doctor in in Los Angeles. He is polite, knowledgeable and professional. I know MANY patients that see him and have not heard ONE negative thing about him or his practice. They always go above and beyond to get me in the office for an appointment. I met with Dr. Ali twice this week, once at the Brighton Way office and once at his La Cienega office. I was extremely impressed with his care and level of attentiveness. I went there for the IV Hydration / IV Vitamin treatment. While there are various places in Los Angeles that offer IV therapy, I am much more comfortable knowing a physician is administering it in a medical office. Both times he put the IV in himself, and sat and waited to make sure the drip was going properly and that there was no issue. He also came back into the room frequently to check on me. While I do have an internist already, who is also a good doctor, I will definitely be keeping Dr. Ali's number in my phone. Good doctors are hard to find and he's awesome. read more

I've been selfishly holding off on writing a review for Dr. Ali for a while now because I didn't want to share that this doctor is amazing...look no further and trust the 5 star yelp reviews! That's what initially brought me in to his office. He is lightening fast responsive and truly patient-focused. I really don't know how he does it but you can tell he loves what he does and cares about his patients. He also has a speciality in geriatric medicine and I once saw firsthand a little old lady with a walker leaving her appointment with him and you could tell she just LOVED him and was beaming. I went in for a physical and was told by Dr. Ali that if there were any abnormalities that I would receive a call. When I reviewed my lab results and discovered abnormalities, I expected a call from the doctor's office but did not, so I proactively requested a follow up with the doctor. On the date of the follow up, their offices called to collect additional payment at a higher cost compared to a regular office visit claiming that is the cost of telehealth. My previous doctors have always gave me a courtesy call to let me know if my physicals were normal or abnormal without any attempt to charge me additional fees. Dr. Ali's office basically said if I do not remit the additional payment, the doctor would not go over the test results with me despite there being abnormalities. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor that actually cares about your health instead of just collecting fees. I will be filing a complaint with my insurance company as well as the medical board for their unethical conduct. read more

He was up at the front desk helping to check patients in (how often do you see that happen, where the physician lends a hand to his team at the front?), and I was able to get in right on time. During my appointment, which was a quick 10 minutes, he listened and gave me the opportunity to discuss all of my concerns. Thoroughly disappointed!! Recently moved to Los Angeles and picked Dr. Ehsaan Ali as my primary care Doctor. First appointment went great as I was getting a refill for my hypothyroid - Blood test was on location. Everything went well. Come time for second appt. which was scheduled on a Saturday morning at 9am. The office was shut. This is after the Doctor recommended I increase my dosage and they will have a follow up. Ended up with no follow up blood test after repeatedly calling the office to reschedule. Also, he denied my refill at the pharmacy. In my opinion, he doesn't care for his patients or believe in following up!!!! read more

This place is a complete joke! I called in for emergency allergy medication on a Saturday they said My pharmacy would have my medication within the hour NEVER HAPPENED. Then I called again on Sunday with the same response being told to me by the "concierge" (on call phone rep) promising a call back to keep me in the loop and yet still nothing no call to tell me no...no call to tell me yes... nothing at all.....! My wife and I are minorities so I am not sure if it's a race issue or pure laziness but if your looking for the McDonald's of Doctors offices this is it! Tiffany Ybarra is rude she doesn't do her job she yells at customers that's great customer service right there... she called to tell me the time of appointment and confirm although failed to mention my insurance was no longer accepted there . She should have called me and notified me that there was an insurance related issue before I came all the way to Beverly Hills only to have to walk away without seeing the doctor. I specifically ASKED if my insurance was fine and she said to come in to confirm which me and my wife did only to be told it was not accepted, I don't even think these people know what day it is let alone what year. This overall experience has been awful I pay a premium for their services only to be left with no results. read more
