YELPERS BEWARE OF THIS DENTIST! PLEASE READ ALL ONE STAR REVIEWS AS THEY ARE VERY TRUE. I was recommended to Dr. Haddad by a very close friend of mine whom I trust very much. I have been looking for a new dentist because my dentist of 15 years retired. I had been spoiled with the best work and always know what to look for in bedside manner from the dentist all the way to the staff. I had a crown that fell and that I had for him to try and put back on. He immediately told me that it wont fit (had been out for only a day) and that he would prep me for another crown which I said ok. He also said he would give me a "nice" metal crown that he didnt think would last even 4 years. I told him I do not want a metal crown as I had been working on taking all the metal out of my mouth and no one uses metal because it is very outdated. He kept drilling and drilling and half way in he stopped to tell me that now I needed a post or a bridge. I had no idea what that even was and obviously couldn't do anything about it since the drilling was already said and done. I also paid for everything and wasnt told that I had to. I paid $1600 on a credit card. It wasn't until hours after I left that the temporary crown that he had his front desk girl put on fell off that I looked in the mirror and was horrified that my tooth had been drilled down to the gum. I had to go back in the next day so that they can fill it with some putty type filling. I was in pain for 2 full weeks and suffered sleepless nights and headaches. I have never experienced pain like this after a dentist had worked on my teeth. After 14 days of pain I went in so that he can give me a topical pain gel and Dr. Haddad told me that he knew that I was unhappy with his work and that he would give me my money back. I didn't do it right then and there because I was late to work and had to leave. I did however tell him that I wasn't going to do anything with him until I got a 2nd opinion. In the end I got 700 back in a check after going to hell and back being yelled at by the ghetto staff and after numerous attempts to try to dispute it with my credit card. They did everything they could to keep every penny and told them that I signed something that said all sales are final which they coulndt produce a copy of. There is so much more that I can say but I have had so much energy taken from me from the moment I started working with them and this review is doing the same. My now "post" is a implant and I am having to pay way more to fix the problems that have been caused. Please do your research before seeing this guy because I promise you this whole office is not who they claim to be. Including all these very suspicious 5 star reviews. Dr. Eiad also had nothing good to say about any other dentist and how he was the best and that he is confident that hes the best for your needs. THIS IS NOT A DISCUSSION. I entered your offices with some level of trust because my dentist, Dr Sigfried Weigel, who I had been seeing for 15 years, highly endorsed your office. He was assuming that you were going to take care of me, but you didn't- you weren't intending to extract money from my Dent-Cal account by scheduling unnecessary and expensive crowns and root canals. After the examination, I was informed that I required possibly $30,000 worth of dental work. Your dentist and nurse were basically calling Weigel's last examination A LIE, my last examination at Dr Weigel's Office was with absolutely no new cavities or any new work required. In fact, your nurse spoke badly about him in front of me. Which made my visit to your office even more highly suspect. Nobody develops the need to have crowns and root canals six months after an exemplary examination that found NOTHING. I had a hell of a time finding an honest dentist after that, I finally found one at FHC El Cajon. He repaired the minor damage that I had, all that I really needed was minor repair on about five teeth, I am extremely lucky that's all that I needed. Hiiiiiiiiii!!! Soooo I cracked a molar that was pretty much a dead tooth but it got infected and basically they told me it had to be extracted. Fml right??!!! But they made me feel soooo comfortable even tho I was freaking out the whole time. 30 min later it was out and I was relieved that all the pain I was in would be gone!!! I love this place. My family of six has had a long-term relationship with our dentist, Dr. Haddad. It has been nearly 20 years since we were welcomed by Ms. Vivian. My husband and I are thoroughly happy with the care, professionalism and family atmosphere in their office. They have worked with us in regards to scheduling and payments. Over the years, my kids have had wisdom teeth pulled and cavities filled. I had my first root-canal and, honestly, it wasn't bad. I like that Dr. Haddad and staff explained what needed to be done before they did it to lessen any anxiety. I got to keep my front tooth, which is super important to me. Dr. Haddad's policy is to save the tooth whenever possible. Recently, I had to switch to an HMO which forced me to go a different dentist's office. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE !!! SURPRISE BILLS WARNING !!! My wife has visited the office a few times. Every time, she ALWAYS asked if she need to copay anything to make sure that she will not receive any surprise bill. It'd been running pretty well, until we decided to move to other states, and so no longer stay with this office. Then we received this surprise bill, although even the last time we were there, we already asked the same question to be safe. Seems like someone is trying to extract the more juice from the lemon for the last time. The bill was couple hundreds, and the office already crossed out the original number, saying that we only need to pay a part of the bill. Although frustrated about their dishonesty with this "surprise bill", we paid the bill anyway. We always want to do good and honest thing to people, whether they share the same characteristic with us or not. Ive been to Dr Haddad office a few times now and its always frustrating to go . I never look forward to it . My mom referred me here and i originally came to see if i can get my wisdom teeth taken out . They said i have just a few cavities i need to fix before i can get that done .
