Plenty of seating

So cute, great service, and perfect lavendar latte! Can't wait to be back. There's plenty of space for seating inside and in the covered patio. This location is where Pearl cup use to be and they've definitely upgraded it since taking over.

We were in the area for a family function and stumbled upon Eiland Coffee one morning. What a great find! The coffee is fantastic, and there are nice breakfast sandwich and pastry options to choose from for breakfast. We came pretty much every day while in town, and the staff always was friendly and quick to prep our order. The shop itself has nice indoor seating with high ceilings that give it an open feeling. There also is a patio outdoors. Great place, and we'll be back when we're next in town.

Stoped in for a cup of coffee since our coffee maker broke. The service is quick and efficient. Ended up ordering a turkey sausage (a bit spicy...yum), cheese on an English muffin and it was delicious. The coffee was hot and delicious. The coffee shop was crowded yet efficient with a good crowd. Cool vibe with free internet.

Chocolate croissant

Food: Ordered a chocolate croissant- can't go wrong with that! Also ordered an iced honey & cinnamon latte! I've always loved Eiland coffee beans... the quality is so rich & smooth. I first started drinking Eiland coffee beans when this location used to be called Pearl Cup Coffee but since has changed and Eiland came in! Still the same taste I remember :) Service: pretty good! already knew what we wanted. coffees came out quickly. ordered another to go & that was fast as well. came by on a saturday afternoon & wasn't too busy! Ambiance: Not a whole lot of seating indoors- but they do have outdoor seating so if it gets packed you may have to resort outdoors. there are plugs you can charge your devices along the wall!

Mocha + Iced Matcha Latte

ORDER Iced Matcha Latte with Honey - The default matcha latte does not come with any sweetening. It was a bit on the stronger side of sweetness. The matcha was evenly mixed and it wasn't too earthy/clay tasting which is good. It is better than a couple of other non-Asian matcha places, but I will say it does edge more on the sweet side of vanilla more so than matcha. Overall not bad though!! VIBES The vibes are really nice. I came at around 10 AM with my friend and it was packed and kind of on the louder side. There are a lot of small 2 people tables for conversations but not as many outlets aside from the wooden booths against the wall. There is also seating outside which is nice for days with good weather. Decorations give cute, planty vibes and the overall feel is a bit of (not sure how to word this) castle/rustic/country-ish with all the wooden furniture, walls, etc. The chandelier is a nice addition to the overall elegance of the place. SERVICE Service is great overall! Drinks came out really quickly and staff was super friendly!

The location has an enclosed heated outdoor seating area that is pet-friendly. The coffee is on par with other handcrafted coffee shops. The pastries are above average.

Breakfast sandwich, mixed berry muffin and a cup Americano coffee.

We had received a couple of Eiland gift cards and decided to go to breakfast to redeem them. We placed our order at the counter and were then told that you couldn't redeem gift cards at this location, only at the Interurban retail store location. We had ordered the breakfast sandwich and a mixed berry muffin and a cup of Americano coffee. Our order was ready to pick up at the counter. The dining area was fashionably decorated and there was also an outdoor covered patio too. The food was pretty good, but not great and the coffee was very good. I would not seek out to eat here based upon the food alone. There was a positive vibe in the coffee shop and there were lots of young families enjoying their coffee and their meals. Cute venue!

Chorizo quiché
Goodness I.

Came here on a Friday morning and the aesthetic was so beautiful. The inside was beautifully decorated and the patio is really nice! There is also AC on the patio if it gets too hot. The interesting thing was that the pastries are not labeled so you have to ask what everything is-which feels kinda annoying. The bathroom is also kinda in a hidden spot, so don't feel bad asking!

Inside - dark paint and wood, glam lighting, cozy leather booths

Beautiful coffee art! They made my dirty chai perfectly, and their vegan strawberry pop tart was AMAZING! Staff is super friendly and helpful, and the inside is chic and comfortable. Lots of people in on a mid-Thursday morning either working or studying. We've gotten their Ethiopian-originated coffee beans several times to make at home and have always been happy with the quality. But I love the atmosphere here, I'll definitely be back!

Got a hot caramel latte, and the latte art was phenomenal. Amazing coffee, and have to come back to try the Martinelli's Caramel Apple Cider, which they ran out of. The people working here and extremely nice and friendly, and they helped suggest a coffee to get based on what I like. The music is perfect coffee shop music, and the interior is very well decorated. The shop has an outside seating area, which is also super nice! Has wifi, and this is a great place to get work done or catch up with friends!

Been a while since I have been to Eiland, one of the first coffee shops I had been to over 6 years ago. And I am so glad they have their own shop to represent a fantastic and beautiful hang out spot. As always, I got the ice vanilla lattee for ~~$6 which is a good price and the beans were so fragrant, smooth and delicious with the vanilla. They stirred it so the drink was perfect temp throughout. I was actually on their patio during a rainy day and I LOVED the heated patio and the weatherized covers so we sat comfy in the ominous rain. I see an AC type machine so the summer should be a hit as well, I will come back for sure!

Stopped by for an event and ordered the mango sticky rice matcha since I love the traditional mango…read moresticky rice dessert. If you're someone who finds traditional matcha a little too strong or grassy, this is a great option. It was lighter, fruit-forward, and the mango flavor came through nicely. The pastry case also caught my attention--everything looked fresh and incredibly tempting. I didn't get a chance to try any this visit, so I'm looking forward to trying some of the pastries next time. Overall, a nice spot for a lighter matcha drink and worth checking out if you're looking for something a little different. Staff was sweet and organized as they were a bit busy.

Trisha took my order and was super awesome at making many great recommendations while Miriam cranked the beverages for the people ahead of me. Loved the GF option for an almond loaf. This reminds me of a wonderful home cafe mixed with a nice southern coffee shop. They even have seating outside for a beautiful day like the day I went. Very Austin vibes. Seating options are from regular wood bench to a cozy couch. Loved the live plants that add fresh air and a nice atmosphere. They had low playing music that was very urban so you can carry a conversation while supporting smaller artists and working on work. Headphones if you'd like your own music would be great and wouldn't be interrupted with the music playing in the shop. Biscoff caramel latte: Wonderful flavor of coffee. I was fearful it'd be too sweet but it was perfectly sweetened. The Biscoff crumbles add the Biscoff flavor and the caramel isn't overpowering. It's a soft balance of the two together. The foam was pleasant and would recommend hot. Personally would love a stronger Biscoff flavor cause Biscoff is my favorite cracker. But other than that, a super solid beverage. Almond Loaf (GF): The crumble and moist texture were perfect. Not too crazy of a GF taste. Different but wonderful. The top has a crumble similar to Almond croissant that is so satisfying if you're craving a lil more sweet with your bite. Together: Wonderful together. The almond loaf isn't dense but it doesn't completely fall apart either. Super happy.

My better half had a Beez Kneez latte and a lemon scone. Everything was fantastic and I would highly recommend the place as one of the best coffee spots I've tried in the Dallas area. The staff was courteous, fast, and came unprompted and cleared our table when we finished any food item, which is not often the case in my experience. On a Monday between 9:30a & 10a they were busy, but they were very well-staffed and moved fast without rushing anyone, and the line wasn't out the door. There's also a free covered garage right around the corner behind the location, so parking within a block or so of walking distance isn't a problem.

So if you just ate nasty Pate And puked up your odd Yerba Mate Just wash it back down With the best tea in Town A yumstastic Milk Tea from TeaLatte! Very interesting and different bubble tea shop, making some of the strongest and best-tasting milk teas I've ever had. Their fruit drinks are fantastic too. What to get: Ceylon Milk Tea, Teapresso Milk Tea Everywhere outside Dallas, this is known as Teapresso Bar, and it's a shame this one isn't Teapresso, otherwise I could have used this limerick instead: So if you come down to Teapresso Be careful you don't make a messo Or like Monica Lewinsky You can get a bit kinky And show up with cum stains on your dresso. Oh wait, I just did. So this is probably the best milk tea in Dallas. A lot of the other chains have gone down in quality and don't taste like tea anymore, although Tea Top and OneZo are good, among others. But for the best, most delicious Black Milk Tea around, come here. I also love the Teapresso Milk Tea which is a combination of different milk teas and has a very interesting taste. Some of the many Dallas locations are less than friendly, and less tasty, but this one was hyper tasty, and perhaps the most friendly of all of them. Sooner or Latte you have to try this place. It's quite different to any other Boba shop. Except the other TeaLatte's around DFW (there's maybe 7 or 8 now), and the Teapresso Bars in Houston (I think there's 2 at the moment), and the ones in Hawaii, where the chain is from. Yes, they're from Hawaii. That might explain why they taste so different - in a good way. We will definitely be coming back in the future to try different things, but do bear in mind that for the purist this is definitely along the lines of somewhat Americanized (or Hawaiianized) Boba rather than a Taiwanese original. For me, it really works. Because I love my strong tea taste in my milk teas. I'm so old fashioned. Barbi absolutely hated it the first time she came. She got one of those bright blue drinks and it honestly didn't taste that great. I didn't really want very much of it either so I don't blame her. But I do think my booty was good. I mean Milk Tea. But my Booty is f***ing good too. I was gonna write this review Latte on when I've been back here a few more times, but the photos are expiring (great job Yelp) so what I can I do. So cycle or drive here by car Or fly here if driving's too far But get here quite soon And you might see me moon Oh, and tea's great at TeaLatte Bar!
