I tried it for the first time on my birthday and again during my birthday weekend and I brought along my love. The vibe is great. The seating is vast. The menu options are plentiful and unique. The service is exceptional. This is what I had: 1st visit: Coffee: Mocha covered cherries,10/10 very unique flavor profile. The cherry flavor is there along with the chocolate. They make their own chocolate milk. The mix of flavors is spot on. Veggie omelet: 8/10 the crust is flaky, the ingredients are fresh and well balanced. There is an even ratio of veggie to egg. It boils have used a but more seasoning. 2nd visit: Coffee: Graham cracker latte, 10/10 strong toasty coffee flavor. I could not taste a distinct graham flavor although the balance of flavor is there. It is pleasing to the palate. Cranberry Cider: 10/10 great flavor. It was warm and inviting. It felt like a warm hug near a fire place. Bacon, cheddar, chive, scone: 10/10 seasoned well due to the mix of ingredients. The bacon was crispy, the cheddar is present and gooey, the chive is like the hall monitor that keeps everything together. The scone is moist and not too dense. I enjoyed it. Breakfast sandwich with bacon and egg: 10/10 the bread is thin and crispy. They took the cheese off by request. The bacon has a great flavor but could have been crunchier. The egg is perfectly over easy and has the perfect balance of a soft and gooey yolk. read more

Stopped by with a small group. Two of us ordered lattes and one person got the apple cider. The lattes were good and smooth with nice flavor. The only small downside was that they weren't as hot as I usually like, but that's an easy fix -- I'll just ask for extra hot next time. Someone else in our group tried the apple cider and said it was okay, but it tasted more like warm apple juice since the spices you usually expect in apple cider weren't noticeable. Overall, a solid spot for coffee, especially if you're in the area and craving a smooth latte. Would definitely come back and just customize the temp next time. read more

It was VERY BUSY on a weekend morning. The inside space is small. They have an outside area but no heaters really??... it's feels like a random location? It's close to UTD so I think there are a lot of people studying from there. Decent size menu. They were out of some of the food options and theres no description on some of them where you wouldn't know what it would be just by reading the name. Apparently their coffee is sold at whole foods?? We were in the area for a family function and stumbled upon Eiland Coffee one morning. What a great find! The coffee is fantastic, and there are nice breakfast sandwich and pastry options to choose from for breakfast. We came pretty much every day while in town, and the staff always was friendly and quick to prep our order. The shop itself has nice indoor seating with high ceilings that give it an open feeling. There also is a patio outdoors. Great place, and we'll be back when we're next in town. read more

Not a huge fan of coffee in general but the environment is great for a study sesh. I got the French dispatch per the baristas recommendation and it was pretty solid for a hot coffee. ORDER Iced Matcha Latte with Honey - The default matcha latte does not come with any sweetening. It was a bit on the stronger side of sweetness. The matcha was evenly mixed and it wasn't too earthy/clay tasting which is good. It is better than a couple of other non-Asian matcha places, but I will say it does edge more on the sweet side of vanilla more so than matcha. Overall not bad though!! VIBES The vibes are really nice. I came at around 10 AM with my friend and it was packed and kind of on the louder side. There are a lot of small 2 people tables for conversations but not as many outlets aside from the wooden booths against the wall. There is also seating outside which is nice for days with good weather. Decorations give cute, planty vibes and the overall feel is a bit of (not sure how to word this) castle/rustic/country-ish with all the wooden furniture, walls, etc. The chandelier is a nice addition to the overall elegance of the place. We had received a couple of Eiland gift cards and decided to go to breakfast to redeem them. We placed our order at the counter and were then told that you couldn't redeem gift cards at this location, only at the Interurban retail store location. We had ordered the breakfast sandwich and a mixed berry muffin and a cup of Americano coffee. Our order was ready to pick up at the counter. The dining area was fashionably decorated and there was also an outdoor covered patio too. The food was pretty good, but not great and the coffee was very good. I would not seek out to eat here based upon the food alone. There was a positive vibe in the coffee shop and there were lots of young families enjoying their coffee and their meals. Beautiful coffee art! They made my dirty chai perfectly, and their vegan strawberry pop tart was AMAZING! Staff is super friendly and helpful, and the inside is chic and comfortable. Lots of people in on a mid-Thursday morning either working or studying. We've gotten their Ethiopian-originated coffee beans several times to make at home and have always been happy with the quality. Got a hot caramel latte, and the latte art was phenomenal. Amazing coffee, and have to come back to try the Martinelli's Caramel Apple Cider, which they ran out of. The people working here and extremely nice and friendly, and they helped suggest a coffee to get based on what I like. The music is perfect coffee shop music, and the interior is very well decorated. Been a while since I have been to Eiland, one of the first coffee shops I had been to over 6 years ago. And I am so glad they have their own shop to represent a fantastic and beautiful hang out spot. As always, I got the ice vanilla lattee for ~~$6 which is a good price and the beans were so fragrant, smooth and delicious with the vanilla. They stirred it so the drink was perfect temp throughout. I was actually on their patio during a rainy day and I LOVED the heated patio and the weatherized covers so we sat comfy in the ominous rain. I see an AC type machine so the summer should be a hit as well, I will come back for sure! read more

I went here with a friend to wfh for a few hours and we both absolutely loved it! The Wi-Fi connection was strong, there was soft music in the background that was not overwhelmed and made the ambiance relaxing, the food was delicious and staff super friendly. I got a bacon, egg and cheese toast with chai latte and my friend got a muffin with coffee - we both enjoyed our breakfast and water more. I'll go back again and highly recommend it. read more

Great spot near the other restaurants. The interior of the shop feels very upscale rustic chic. The menu includes your standard coffee shot pastry assortment but they also have a breakfast menu with sandwiches and salads. The nitro cold brew was nice and strong! Lovely, lovely, lovely! The decor here is crisp and beautiful - lots of tile work and lavender/purple accents with lots of mirrors and a chandelier. In addition to their drinks and snacks menu, they also sell mugs, coffee beans and t-shirts. It was crowded on my visit, but my friends and I were able to snag a booth inside. I tried a lavender latte which was creamy and soothing. My friends tried the lavender herbal tea which was lightly brewed, but satisfyingly complex and delicate in flavor. We also tried a strawberry smoothie which was achingly sweet and tasted like it may have just come from a mix - it definitely had a Nesquick note to it. They also had salads and hummus plates (outsourced from The Fifth Fireside Patio and Bar) and keto pastries available. The bathrooms were clean and spacious with lavender hand soap (of course!). There's a covered outdoor patio if you want to enjoy your drinks there. The entrance is beautifully planted with colorful flowers and we saw a lot of families with their dogs there. read more

I think it's one of the best coffee shops in the area. I come here frequently just to get work done and I love their cappuccinos! However, I do wish that when it they offer a glass cup, then that's what you get instead of a plastic cup. This place also can get pretty busy if you want to work here. This review was long overdue! My husband and I truly enjoyed our visit to this location. We have always been fans of Eiland coffee and have visited the roastery location in Richardson quite a few times, but wished they had an actual sit down location. Our wish was granted when this place opened up! When we entered we were impressed with the beautiful interior. Orders were taken at the counter and there was ample seating inside. Outside there is even more seating for individuals and groups. The patio is covered and partially closed it, but still has great visibility. There were fans to cool off the patio during the hot summer months. We both ordered vanilla lattes with oat milk and both were made perfectly as usual. Atmosphere gets above average marks. I was there Saturday morning about 8:30ish. Not too busy, several families with little ones. Hot coffee is really good. Nitro leaves a little to be desired. It's OK. Warning: Breakfast Sandwich is served on two slices of pretty hard sourdough. Not fun for little ones (unless they are teething) or older folks. Also, when my food order was ready, the lady said my name in just a conversational speaking voice. With the little ones and other customers, i had no idea what she said.
