The pistachio is good but not very pistachio-forward - pretty subtle, almost like a vanilla with subtle pistachio flavor. I wouldn't get that again - but I'd definitely get dark chocolate again. I got the fig and mascarpone and lavender flavors but everything was really good that I tried! There is a great depth of flavor here. I usually look for vegan flavors as well and saw that there was 4 vegan options. I'm excited to see what flavors come in rotation - hopefully a pistachio vegan soon!!
