The Habibti latte came with rose and cardamom, and it was really good, very light rose flavor. The pistachio matcha was good too but I wish there was more pistachio flavor, since the rose flavor was more dominant. My better half had a Beez Kneez latte and a lemon scone. Everything was fantastic and I would highly recommend the place as one of the best coffee spots I've tried in the Dallas area. The staff was courteous, fast, and came unprompted and cleared our table when we finished any food item, which is not often the case in my experience. On a Monday between 9:30a & 10a they were busy, but they were very well-staffed and moved fast without rushing anyone, and the line wasn't out the door. There's also a free covered garage right around the corner behind the location, so parking within a block or so of walking distance isn't a problem.

It's quite different to any other Boba shop. Except the other TeaLatte's around DFW (there's maybe 7 or 8 now), and the Teapresso Bars in Houston (I think there's 2 at the moment), and the ones in Hawaii, where the chain is from. Yes, they're from Hawaii. That might explain why they taste so different - in a good way.
