I snuck in to this little place on a whim based off of a local lady's recommendation and she hasn't made a bad recommendation yet! This store had a great selection of cookies and the staff was very welcoming and attentive even though they were very busy. I decided to try a snickerdoodle and a variety of sugar cookies on my first experience. Holy smokes these cookies are soft, chewy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious! We've always ordered cookies by the dozen here, but my daughter wanted a custom cookie cake for her birthday after seeing her friend's cake at a party. We brought in a design but it turned out to be too complicated, but the employee worked with us to use part of the design as something they could make. The customer service is terrible. Very MAGA. I ordered $40 of cookies and the owner LOUDLY and with lots of DRAMA like she was putting on a show refused to give me a single napkin but instead repeatedly told me to go to the dollar store. She seemed like a narcissist with a race problem. She actually stopped her employee from giving me any napkins. It was silly. She was way over the top. No one even thanked me for my purchase. read more

Not the biggest cookie monster in the world, but I was craving for cookies and one of my friends brought me here and said I'd absolutely love it. So...for someone who isn't a cookie monster, this place absolutely took me by surprise! Got the Reese's peanut butter cookie, and their plain ol' chocolate chip cookie. Reese's peanut butter cookie got the biggest stamp of approval from the boyfriend, and I adored their chocolate chip cookie. Not super sweet, and just the right texture! We love Eileen's. Not only do they do special order items, but they have a rack full of fresh baked cookies everyday. Our favorites include no bake, sugar, chocolate chip and snickerdoodle. You can buy cookies individually or in rolls of maybe 12. I don't remember how many are in the stacks, but it's quite a few. We have also used Eileen's for many special events such as college graduation and our baby shower. They were able to create designs on the cookies including a stethoscope and elephant. We recommend this cookie shop to all our friends and family. read more

I personally love the almond flavored iced cookies. LOVE. My son thinks they are too sweet but he's pretty sensitive to sugary things. I love all the decorations and designs. They have cookie cakes as well. You can order cookies by the dozen too. They also have fundraising options, cookie dough buckets & icing buckets. This is probably my kids favorite food on earth. The icing on these is thick! If you've lived in OKC for a year or more and haven't been given Eileen's cookies by friends or at work, or church, or school, etc, you might need new friends or a different school or workplace. Maybe it's just me, but it seems whenever I get together with people and we all bring food, someone always brings these cookies and they always disappear. They're really good. read more

AWESOME SERVICE! They are always prepared for large last minute orders. We had some issues with another company and Eileen's SAVED THE DAY, literally! I have ordered PLENTY of dozen cookies from here and it has ALWAYS been put together well. The plus side is staff never seemed bothered by my last minute requests and whoever knew that Eileen's has other flavors besides their colored sugar cookies! They are always so helpful and go above and beyond with their customer service. One example, I was pregnant and walked over from eating dinner at a local restaurant to see if they were open. These are the best cookies ever. If you don't like these cookies you're delusional. Seriously though, they're fantastic. They even have other flavors besides the plain sugar cookie. I love the vibrant colors and the way they decorate them. Great for kid or adult parties. Highly recommend! My only complaint is that they're never open when I'm off work. I always have to go on a Saturday. It would be nice if they stayed open later. Other than that, I lurve them. read more

So I don't usually go out of my way to stop at cookie or cup cake shops but I won a dozen of Eileen ' s cookies at work and went to pick them up at the store. Of course I ended up buying extra because they smelled and looked really good. Sandy at the shop was really friendly and all the staff seemed eager to help. The cookies are a great hit at home and the triple chocolate cookie was awesome. I'm not a huge fan of frosted cookies but these are really good. If you are close and have the need to bring something for a bbq or party or want to just bring a surprise home to the family I highly recommend this store. We got their house latte and an iced pistachio latte with a saffron milk cake. I really liked the cake. It was refreshing and not too sweet. Their house latte was well spiced and enjoyable. I didn't really taste the pistachio in the iced latter but my friend liked it regardless. I will definitely come back to try more of their pastries and sweets.
