This location is big enough to have a big group and the service and employees were very friendly. I had to try the Bagels and gravy egg sandwich when I seen it advertised. I was shocked to find out it didn't have gravy but that it was a peppered cream cheese on it but it was still delicious! My husband had the bacon egg and cheddar sandwich and that was just as tasty. I haven't been to Einstein Bagels in years. They're pretty similar to Panera in many ways. They have bagels, sandwiches, coffee, and more. They also have a rewards program. So sign up if you plan on being a regular!! The line was lengthy but moved quickly. The cashier was friendly and patient. By the time i put the order in and walked away it was done... Viola!! I got the farmhouse breakfast sandwich with sausage x 2... It was about $17... The picture on the wall had me amped up but the finished product looked nothing alike... It was the worlds flattest sandwich. Lol. The turkey sausage looked as if it were still gobble gobbling at me... It definitely needed a lil more time to tan for my liking. But okkkkkrrr!! This location has failed to call me back after charging my Visa card 3x now and I now have a 4th pending transaction for a visit I made in December. I understand they had an issue with their POS system however my card should have only been charged once. I have spoke to two managers there who said they would call me back and get corporate involved and still not one phone call and charges keep coming out of my account. Unacceptable. Garlic bagel all the way!! Ordered the lox with cream cheese, but I am complicated and prefer garlic bagel with chive smear toasted. The counter rep was very pleasant and adjusted to my needs. All-Nighter Egg Sandwich: Delicious! But for delivery orders, Einstein really needs to enable in-app options like removing the bacon, adding extra cheese, and adding extra chipotle mayo. And I would love an option to add grilled green peppers! I actually like this sandwich so much that it's become one of my safefoods. I like to make it at home by buying a baker's dozen sliced bagels, putting them in individual bags, and freezing them; then over the following weeks I thaw one bagel at a time by boiling a large cup of water in the microwave, then sticking the bagel in the microwave next to the cup of steaming water, shutting the door, and leaving the bagel in there to bask in the steam for about half an hour. This ensures the bagel does not dry out while thawing. Yum! Blueberry Muffin: Yuck. On the very first bite, I could tell they use a bad artificial butter flavoring to cut costs. With the prices Einstein charges, management should really be using real butter for these muffins. However, the muffin was baked and presented perfectly, so the employees at the bakery definitely did everything they could within the constraint of not being allowed to use a better recipe. Cold Brew, Large: Yummy!!! I got it wihout any flavoring, of course, and whatever coffee beans Einstein uses have a chocolatey flavor profile. Definitely gonna repurchase! In closing, the employees at the Volvo Parkway Einstein Bagels location are lovely people. I've been going there often for over a year, and I've had nothing but good experiences. They're patient, helpful, friendly, polite, professional, and FAST. 10/10 service for sure. (If anyone tells you otherwise, they probably mistreated somebody and received mild-to-moderate pushback as a consequence of their own antagonistic actions -- which is usually the case when a customer complains about "rude" employees. This did not meet the standard of Einstein Bagels that I've experienced in other states. Underwhelming to say the least. Coffee was nowhere near warm much less hot. I don't eat eggs or mayo so the Texas Brisket that I ordered was sans both....the staff preparing the food couldn't seem to grasp the idea that the order was placed without these two items because they talked about it loudly for several minutes while preparing the sandwich. Needless to say my Texas Brisket looked unappealing with what appeared to be a very thin serving of chipped pieces of brisket and a slice of cheese. Maybe I expected too much but if an order is placed without a significant item why wouldn't you add more of the other item or ask if I wanted more. Just get the bagels and bring your own cream cheese or eat at home. You'll be saving yourself half the cost without the cream cheese. Nothing unique about this bagel that set it apart from a store bought. I think this place is great to try and satisfies the craving. I also believe one would achieve the same buying store bought. We didn't see any warm fresh hot bagels nor did we smell any. So, we cannot confirm freshness. My daughter had the Asiago w/ plain cream cheese and she enjoyed but, has also had better. I get a bagel and coffee here occasionally. This is a bagel shop at its core, and they definitely do the bagels right. Lots of bagel style choices and plenty of options for toppings. They call their soft spread cream cheese "shmear", which I'm pretty sure is a nod to the Jewish roots of bagel shops. My favorite is a toasted everything bagel with smoked salmon shmear. Sometimes a twice-toasted hashbrown as well when I'm feeling extra hungry. If I'm thinking fresh bagels, I'll choose this over that other big chain any day. read more

I come here about once a week. I love how quick it is and now they have the rewards app so I get points and rewards (similar to Starbucks). I always get a sesame seed bagel with extra cream cheese. Sometimes regular amount of cream cheese ends up not being enough for both sides of the bagel. They also have good sandwiches. Staff was friendly. That's the only good thing I can say. The entire store was dirty, I had to wipe my table off myself. Despite the the store ​having an abundance of staff (several of whom were on break), there was trash everywhere and the floor, booths and drink station were disgusting. UPDATE: So after three sub-par visits in a row, I've decided to update my review of this location (I try not to let one bad visit change how I feel about a place I usually love - everyone has bad days)... over the last few months, there has been a significant decline in both quality/preparation and customer service. I've noticed that even when they're super busy, there's usually only 2 people working. On my last visit I received poor quality food, sub-par preparation, and disappointing customer service. I did go online and submit a review on the corporate "contact us" page and was contacted less than 24 hours later by phone with an apology and gratitude for the information I submitted. I will probably visit Einstein again, but not likely this one. Original Review: This location is hit or miss, though it's a hit more often than not. My favorite meal here is easily the Nova Lox on a sesame bagel and few places do it better for under $9. Occasionally I'll get my Nova Lox with a tiny portion of lox and only a few capers (though I generally ask for extra tomato and capers) and they're always happy to "fix" it. While the staff is occasionally distracted with behind-the-counter issues, they do offer good service. They're always kind and do a great job with accuracy and offering other things to go with my food and coffee (though I tend to stick to the same thing every time, haha). Instead of getting McDonalds for my family...I decided to get Einstein bagels. When you walk in it looks cozy with comfortable chairs and a fire place. It didn't seem to busy. It was nice and clean. The cashier was nice and greeted me. I ordered a turkey bagel sandwich with potato salad and my husband got the sunrise breakfast sandwich. I had gotten my food to go. They were quick and accurate. When I got home my sandwich was nicely made and it tasted delicious. Dane with the potato salad... It's made with red potato and I'm assuming it had dill...and I love that in potato salad! I went here for my first time on Sept 23rd. I got the all nighter bagel and it was super good. However, I did realize that my bagel was being made on a bare counter. The contents of my bagel were sitting on the counter while my bagel was still being toasted and it was a red flag for me. I notated it and thought maybe I'll ask for that to be different the next time I come back. I came in the following week and asked if it was possible to make my bagel on the wrapper and was told no it was impossible because they cut the bagels...??? I asked if the paper rips can they just use another wrapper to replace it and was told no. I could tell that the cashier just wanted to be difficult so I left and will never come back. Calls will be made to have this fixed because they could poison someone with cross contamination not to mention that's just not sanitary. Also, if a customer is asking to have their food that they have to ingest, made a certain way, it should not be shut down. You never know if allergies are present and there are a multitude of foods that have ingredients that people are commonly allergic to. This was unacceptable and it sucks because I thought I found a good breakfast spot near me for the days that I work from home. read more

The employees were not very friendly, & somehow my bagel was not hot (barely warm) even though I grabbed it as soon as they called my name. I was also disappointed to see that they didn't sell the large fruit cup I'm used to seeing at other locations. Instead, they have a 5oz fruit cup which definitely wasn't enough. The inside, however, has lots of seating to include nice workspaces such as booths and a high table with outlets.
