Very sad about this location because I genuinely love Einstein Bros, but I've had many issues with this specific site. I've placed "asap" online orders multiple times with over 30min of time for prep and still when I get there, it's never ready. I think the issue is that they seem understaffed in the morning. There's usually one person getting orders ready and one person is usually just walking around wiping things down.. This morning, there weren't any bagels out, but I know there were bagels made because they were on the cart. Definitely lots of potential for growth at this location. Every time i come here, I see people leaving without their orders because they just don't want to wait any longer.. On a positive note, the wait time aside, every time I've gotten bagels from here, they're fresh and warm! The location just needs some help! read more

This review does not deserve 1 star, it deserves 0 stars. The girl in charge is incompetent, she did not credit my points on a purchase. She processed the sale without asking if I had a phone number. After the sale I informed her that I have a phone number associated with an account. She said she could not help me. This is poor customer service, this business exists because of customers. I returned several days later, again she did not ask if I had a phone number associated with an account. Prior to completion of the transaction I gave her my phone number. I presented my previous receipt and asked to her to credit my points from the previous sale, she told me that the GM would have to do it. This is an example of poor customer service. This girl should not be running the store, she clearly lacks the leadership skills as well as the decision making skills to be in charge. Also, the service at this store is always SLOWWWW, people always seem to be waiting for their orders for a longer than expected amount of time. I would not recommend this store to anyone. I came in today and got a bagel and a coffee. I watched the worker make my coffee and it seemed like she messed something up with it and looked up at me to see if i saw but she gave it to me anyway it tasted fine so i didn't say anything but still weird and not a great start. That's not the worst part tho. The bagel i got was burnt to a crisp like black crisp. I'm never going here again and honestly all of the winston's i have been to have had terrible service the one in park ridge gave me a bacon egg and cheese and i found a life of paper cooked in to the egg and they always like always mess something up in my order. read more

This is a larger, clean, and airy EBB located in a strip mall. We were in the area and picked up their new Maplehouse egg sandwich and one of their double baked hash browns to go. It wasn't busy at noon on a weekday for whatever reason. The two staffers were friendly and welcoming. Unlike the EBB in downtown Park Ridge, parking was plentiful and easy here with their strip mall parking. The products were in the ok range for the price. read more

The farmhouse sandwich was okay even though it was cold and the bacon was missing. The Nova Lox sandwich was a sham of a sandwich. I ordered it on a plain bagel and got it on a cold, not toasted seed bagel without any cream cheese or red onion. The store is dirty and very unkept. You have a captive audience and you still slid into a ditch. Clean your restaurant. Change the filters. Shampoo the carpet.
