Super fast service at noon today. Friendly employee at the window. My avocado toast bagel was full of avocado and very filling. I decided to try a new lemonade drink,bay breeze. I was expecting it to be somewhat tart because it had cranberry in it but it was super tart and had an aftertaste. I think I can save it by adding spiced rum to it at home !! The food tasted good, but their quality has dropped significantly and their price for food has gone up. Got two bagels and a hashbrown, and walked out for 25 dollars. Both bagels were poorly made. My bagel I paid for extra cream cheese and extra ham, and I got a pathetic amount of each on it. It was also cut poorly, being a sliver on the bottom and the entire bagel on top. The other bagel I got wasn't even cut, and it was a signature bagel. I ordered no onions on it, they included them anyways (dangerous if you have food allergies). At least the flavor was decent on each. Service was slow, though it looked like it was only two people in the store, but the store wasn't even that busy. Store was pretty clean though, but because of the quality of service I won't provide higher than 2 stars. Very disappointed as I'm a long time Einsteins fan. read more

I just had my second horrible experience at this location in the past few months. Both times I walked in to order a box of bagels, and both times staff left me hanging even though the line in the drive through was short and there was only one person ahead of me inside who had already ordered. No acknowledgement of existence occurred. This first time this happened I spoke up and said, "Hello, is anyone taking orders inside?" No apologies were given but my order was taken. Today I just left. If the staff can't be bothered with helping customers then I guess they can do without them. It's strange because sometimes I go there and the staff is so nice. This is a nice location. it is one of the nicest Einsteins I have been at. I Liked the seating options. come high and low top tables. Lots of good bagels/pastries even later in the morning (unlike the one closer to me) I love all the coffee options and the prices are always reasonable at Einsteins. Excited to go in and try for the first time and was very disappointed in the customer service and food. No one greeted us we just stood there for a while. Nayli had a rude, standoff attitude, not informative at all on the prices and failed to notify us certain bagels were "gourmet" and cost more. We asked what are the best selling bagels as it was our first time here she just looked at us like we spoke a different language. Nayli asked if we wanted them warmed up and sliced, we said yes. She then proceeded to throw all the bagels in a bag and only half cut one all 6 bagels were ice cold. Ambiance was lifeless, all the workers seemed unhappy. Only half of them were sliced. Sucks when you drive there pay for the up charge on certain bagels and then come home and find them not there. Came here for breakfast with my boyfriend one weekend. Was excited to try this place ...I'm from NJ and miss having decent bagels around. The place wasn't too when we got there 11am on a Saturday, but did get a line when get got our food. They also conveniently have a drive-thru if you're in a rush. It's very clean inside and the decor is really cute and modern. I got the 6 cheese bagel with egg and cheese. I also got the double baked hash brown on the side and an orange juice. The orange juice was a bit pricey about 4$ for just a cup. It did taste freshly squeezed though. The 6 cheese bagel had good flavor, they are a bit flatter then NJ bagels but they are still good in their own way. I wish the quality of the egg and the cheese they used was bit better , but overall it was a decent egg and cheese bagel sandwich. The hash brown cup I felt was not baked as much as it should have been. It's supposed to be twice baked but was not very crunchy or crispy. ....for a dollar though can't really complain. I truly believe that If they upped the quality of the egg and cheese they use to make the sandwiches, it would make the sandwich taste so much better. Overall though, decent experience. I think next time I'll just stock up on bagels and make the sandwich at home. Can't beat the price of the bagels ...60 cents. I'll be back for those... read more

We have been twice now on the weekend both times at around 8 am. The good: The farmhouse bagel breakfast sandwiches are the bomb. You pick what kind of bagel and they add cream cheese, bacon, and warmth and bam, Goodness. Bagels behind the glass always tasty. Decor of the dining room is very cozy. Good job! The bad: It took 12-15 minutes to get our order for a dine-in meal. The worst Why is the tea behind the counter and not on the floor where a self- service customer can get it on their own. Hubs stood trying to get tea for a full five minutes talking to 4 different employees before getting said tea. Ridiculous. My wife and I come here quite often as we enjoy breakfast foods and Einstein's was a welcome change to the area. The building is pretty small and fills up very quickly. The shelf space is pretty small so your normal coffee items (sugar, stirrers, napkins, etc) are not where you expect them). Funny thing to mention in a review, but their parking lot / parking spaces were not properly painted. The cars are absolutely crammed in and there's a lot of opportunity for dinged doors. Overall the bagels are extremely tasty and very large. The main reasons why I took off two stars is due to a few reasons: 1) This location is popular so they run out of bagels quickly which is pretty annoying. I thought they made the bagels there (and they might) but its always surprising to see so few choices available. 2) Their sandwiches (which is what we tend to get the most) are just ok. The meats and cheeses inside are dwarfed by the size of the bagel so you kinda feel like you're getting jipped. The quality of the meats doesn't seem to match the quality of the bagel, especially for the price. Also, b/c they run out of bagels so quickly, you may not get to order what you want. 3) The coffee, while pretty decent, also runs out very quickly so you have to wait quite often. While this wasn't my most positive review, I would still suggest checking them out as the bagels really are awesome, the staff is very nice, and it's very much a welcome change in the area. read more

Arrived at 6:30 through the drive through. I said I wanted the bakers dozen special but didn't want the flavors listed. The young woman said to just enter it in the app and they would change it. I told her I'd get out of line and be back. I got out of line, placed my order for 2 dozen and then drove up to the speaker. I told her I was back and she told me to pull up. When I did she said she couldn't split up the flavors. reminded her I told her what I wanted before she told me to place the order in the app. She said she was trying to tell me but this thing and pointed to her headset. Not true. I was the only 1 in line and it was quiet. So I asked now what as I had paid. She told me she'd give me one and to reach out to customer service through the app for a refund. This was the second mistake in 2 weeks. Last visit they didn't give my husband my coffee. Customer service said it would be a few days and then in the end didn't refund me the full amount! Update: I did contact customer service again they issued a refund but still not for the entire cost of what I paid for the bagels I never received. I went in yesterday, to pick up several orders that were placed in advance. The orders were ready and behind the counter instead of in the rack for pick up. Although there were 5 people behind the counter, one working drive-thru, and only 1 customer in line, I had to wait for the cashier who was helping them. What is the point of putting in an online order for a certain time if you just have to get in line and wait? I wouldn't have updated this had I need been asked, but you asked. Really sad about my experience today. I usually come weekly and order the exact same thing and never had any issues and everyone is usually so nice. Today the lady taking the order must have been rushing cause I repeated it to her 3 times and she still was getting wrong. When I got to the window I asked the guy at the register if it was on a hashbrown bagel and he said no, he told the lady I ordered form and all went downhill from there. She got an attitude then told the girl making my order who also got an attitude and they all circled around my food while it was made. I try to support local Keller businesses and the bagels are good when they actually have bagels other than the off the wall flavors in stock. I've been here now five times and with several hours until closing time to find they are sold out of your basic types of bagels like Plain, Sesame Seed, Cinnamon Raisin, etc. If you know that you constantly are running out of these, why not lower the amount of the others that your having to trash and increase the amount of the popular ones?? Bad experience here this morning. The reason as to why I'm giving it 3 stars is because the gentleman at the window was super nice and very precise on our order. However when we asked for a simple change the gentleman acknowledged and was awesome about communicating it to another team member making the order. But when she heard what he said she gave major attitude and rolled her eyes at our request. As a customer and someone who is in the customer service industry this is highly unacceptable. I get it they probably been open since 5am or 6am and served many people already but to let a customer see your disgust and attitude is just unprofessional. read more
