We always have such a great visit at this location! My father-in-law loves eating there every Sunday after church! They have a huge round table that is our go to for sitting! I always get the Sticky Maple! This is a must try when in Keller! The counter service is fantastic and fun!!! The Maple Coffee is the best coffee in the metroplex!

We stopped in on a Thursday morning. We had visited a location in another state and had a good experience so thought we would check this one out. Here is what we liked: *Great customer experience at the counter as we had questions and several options were offered and it was nice that it didn't seem like we were a bother. * The food was great- good biscuits, and the shiitake gravy mixed with the sausage gravy is now a favorite. *Just a personal preference but coffee just tastes better in a coffee mug vs disposable cup. * The maple meatball was delicious. * interior was nicely done and clean. What could of been better: * You only get one maple meatball with the order. Seems like 2 would be more fitting. * The silverware seemed sticky. Overall we enjoyed and will continue to seek this brand out. Enjoyed our visit.

Ashamed to say that I couldn't wait for this place to open, but it took me this long to finally visit. It's not often my husband has enough of a break at work to be able to go out to lunch, but today he did so together with our 3 year old we headed out, then the dreaded question..."where should we go?" He rambled off our old typical usuals and I remembered this place! There's no way he couldn't like this place, Biscuits? Gotta be the largest portion of the food pyramid for him haha. Well I wasn't wrong! A lot of the times I get "Yeah it's ok." Out of him when we try a new place, but this one got two thumbs up and a "we should come back here." The ordering was easy, menus everywhere. Nice people up front, and I thought it was cute that for the name they call out when your order is ready is whatever you chose for their question of the day (which was "what would you name your turkey?") Husband ordered chicken fingers that came with a biscuit and potato chips that had a glaze on it. It came with buttermilk ranch and I think some sort of honey mustard dipping sauce. He was actually eating the honey mustard sauce and the guy doesn't even like mustard. I got The Farmer and was full after half of it, that apple butter is delicious! My husband was happy to finish it for me. I also enjoyed the beverage options, lots of different coffee, iced coffee, teas and soda. Very cute inside too.

Food was good. We came here on a Sunday after church. I ordered one of their favorites. The biscuit was soft and flaky. The chicken was also wonderfully flavored. It was hard to eat without silverware. This is where my experience turned... I went to grab a fork and knife... it was sticky. I pulled another... they were all sticky. After a few mins or sorting for clean silverware a lady stared me down from behind the counter and I told her kindly that I thought all the cutlery was dirty or sticky like Maybe something spilled on it. And she gave me the dirtiest look and said sorry we don't have anything else for you. And rather than taking it back to get rewashed- she left it. I noticed several doing the same thing I did. It's he acted like it was my problem I didn't have clean silverware. I think she may have been a manager or owner.

Tried this newer spot for a late breakfast and I was impressed with the portion size and service. The coffee is self serve and several options. It was alter in the morning so some is it was cold and a few empty but I was still Able to enjoy a few cups so no complaints. They have lots of options I did notice most everything comes with gravy which is fine with me, but it said that it had a kick so I am glad that I asked for it on the side because it had a big kick. I think they should offer one without spice, because it was actually almost too hot to enjoy Very peppery The prices for our new today's economy were reasonable they serve mimosas. I noticed as well did not see the pricing. They have outside seating, and the dining room was very well cleaned.

If you've never tried this restaurant, for breakfast give it a try, in many instances one order may be enough for two people. Awesome food.

I was really disappointed. I visited a Maple Street Biscuit in Savannah and fell in love! Had high hopes when I found out there was a location in Texas. My biggest issue is the wait time for food. I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and waited almost 20mins. The cheese on my potatoes looked like it was microwaved so by the time I got the plate the sheers was already semi firm. Not appetizing. Sandwiches were Ok. Take a look at my photo. The cheese was a slice slapped on and nothing in my sandwich was hot enough to melt it down. I then ordered a 1/2 dozen biscuits to go. I literally waited over 20mins for this box. Shocking considering there's a warmer with biscuits on the ready. When I asked the girl at the register about my food she told me they were a little backed up. Perplexing. Stop in if you have time to burn and be prepared for "ok" food.

This place is really neat it's cafeteria style you walk in place your order, the day we they asked us the 1st name of our 1st dog that's what they called when our food was ready. Different. We both got coffee which is self serve but a couple of different varieties. Javier order the Fritaffle & I ordered the squawking goat & a side potatoes o'Ryan. Javier said his was good he waited for me to get full which didn't take long then finish mine, he enjoyed mine better. I thought my flavors were delicious but the biscuit itself was so dry even with all that yummy sauce it was still dry. There was no need to order the potatoes o'Ryan it just made everything else really dry. All & all I would go back & see if I just caught them on a bad day.

I wanted to love this place, I really really did. The cashiers were super friendly & even let me know that when you're visiting for the first time you can get an iced cinnamon biscuit for free! My husband & I ordered those & got our coffees and waited..... and waited..... and waited. A few people who ordered after us were eating & we were still waiting. The manager came & told us there was a kitchen mix up, but they would get it fixed right away. Totally fine, they're a new restaurant and there are kinks to be worked out. They were really busy and we weren't in a rush. But then we saw our food sit under the lamp in the kitchen forever before it was finally brought to us. I got the Five & Dime and my husband ordered the Squawking Goat. We also got an order of potatoes, two iced cinnamon biscuits and he had the ice coffee on tap while I had the toffee iced latte. The food was all very meh. I think the concept is cool, but the taste is nothing special. Especially for the price. The potatoes were very plain though they're supposed to be tossed in some kind of Cajun seasoning. The biscuits were all very dry & be warned that the sausage gravy is spicy. The restaurant is beautiful, the employees were friendly and it was very clean. But otherwise, it was nothing special and I'm really unsure if I'll go back. I will say that they had other menu items aside from the biscuit sandwiches and I might like one of those better. It's also a little off putting that they flip the screen at the register prompting you to give a tip, but this is a mostly self serve restaurant. You pick up your food from the counter and get your own drinks. There's no service given, so it's unclear if you're tipping the cooks or the cashiers? That was a little weird to me.

This biscuit restaurant is a welcomed addition to Keller. I've had my fair share of biscuits in my life and my waistline can attest to that. It's a casual restaurant where you place your order at the front and then wait to get your food from the pickup window. It seems at the present, the coffee and beverages for fountain drinks are on the honor system. You let them know when you're purchasing your food what beverages you're ordering, if it's not exactly a specialty order and available as a drip option from the coffee or beverage station you just pay for it and help yourself. What I really need to say though is there's some sort of voodoo magic going on with their maple syrup. It's joygasmically amazing. Not watery at all to where it really drips. Its thick and sticky. If you get a bit on your food or fork and expect it to just drizzle, it instead drools a bit and then pulls itself back up onto your food/fork. Magic... magic in its consistency and flavor... magic... The Sticky Maple Biscuit - Breading on the fried chicken is well seasoned and full of flavor. Chicken is still juicy and definitely not dry. Pecanwood smoked bacon is deliciously smashed atop your chicken. This is all sandwiched between some very good biscuits. Biscuit itself is good and better than your average from other establishments. It's no Mrs. Knott's biscuit, but very good. Nice consistency, flavor, and not the type that leaves your mouth feeling like its in a drought. Again, what sets it off is their amazing maple syrup... that sticky stuff is a must. Bam! Yo-Yo - Asiago and bacon waffle. It's not a crispy waffle, but had a chewier consistency, maybe because of the asiago? Anyhow, the waffles were still delicious... with the maple syrup. Fried chicken here was similar to the one on the sticky maple biscuit. You get two full pieces of chickens atop your waffles. Fried Green Tomatoes - Their fried green tomatoes is something special. I've had these a few times, but this place really hit it out the park and at an excellent price point of $5.15 per order. The breading on the tomatoes is similar to what you find on the chicken, and it goes amazingly well with it. The tomatoes have just of tinge of sourness that's a bit lighter than what you'd get from a pickle. The ranch and tomatoes goes amazingly well together. Great crunch on the breading on this item! All in all, this establishment was great. Coffees were amazing and service was great. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Considering they had just opened, the staff were very helpful and food was done in a timely manner. Definitely worth a visit.

I absolutely love it here but they are very inconsistent with to go orders. I'll come here almost every Sunday and get either 1/2 or full dozen of biscuits. Mostly 1/2 dozen but I always get like 3/4 b2 jams. When I order a full dozen I was given 2 with my order to go. I didn't bother checking while I was there but once I got home I was sad to see only 2 jams for 12 biscuits. Disappointed about that.

Biscuits and sausage gravy to go.

The hubs surprised me and went by Maple Street Biscuit Co. for breakfast this weekend. We both got the biscuit and sausage gravy, and it did not disappoint! The biscuit was tall, moist, with the perfect crumb texture, and the gravy was better than Memaw's. My FAVORITE thing was the grits, y'all, have you ever had grits made by someone else that didn't need salt, pepper or butter added to it? True story!!! I got filled up too quickly, so I decided to save the rest for later, the problem with that was, I couldn't stop thinking about eating the rest lol. I can't wait to actually dine in next time, which will probably this coming weekend, so will will add better photos, the take out packaging really doesn't do the food justice.

Even though they are still getting their footing and rhythm give them grace. My cowboy was alittle code but it was a crazy day however cold it was still delicious. It took 30 minutes for food so slot time or call ahead. The bisquit was light amd.fluffy. cinnamon bisquit has lots of awesome cinnamon.the original bisquit with jam was flaky and delicious . I know eventually their system will iron out but it was very good and customer service was nice.

They also shared that the employee helping me was in her first week, which gave helpful context to the situation. As a kind gesture, they sent me a $10 gift card, which I thought was very thoughtful. When I came back in to use it, they recognized my name from the situation and took the time to talk with me in person and explain everything again. That really meant a lot and showed how much they care about their customers. Customer service and communication go a long way, and I'm grateful for the way they handled everything. I'm looking forward to continuing to support them. Old review: Melby's has really great drinks and the atmosphere is honestly one of the reasons I keep going back. It's a cozy spot and the coffee itself is consistently good. That said, the customer service can be hit or miss. The employees often come across as a bit unpleasant, which takes away from the experience. One thing that's especially frustrating is their refusal to allow personal cups. Almost every other coffee shop I visit is happy to accommodate this, and it doesn't require much effort, many places simply set the cup on the counter and pour the drink without even touching it. It's a small thing, but it makes a difference for customers who are trying to reduce waste or just prefer using their own cup. I really do like Melby's drinks and vibe, but improving the customer service and being a little more flexible with simple requests like personal cups would make the experience much better.
